臺南市後備指揮部6/21在臺南市生活美學館舉辦「國軍推動募兵政策暨人才招募活動」，由國防部副參謀總長兼執行官廖榮鑫上將親蒞主持，轄區三軍部隊、學校、市府機關與民間團體等52個單位約計2500人參與盛會。

廖榮鑫上將表示，國防部為戮力推動募兵制，提升各項福利、薪資待遇，吸引青年學子踴躍報考；另外本次活動吸引許多學子現場報名，成果相當顯著。

活動除實施募兵政策宣導說明以外，另結合IDF戰機衝場表演、海軍陸戰隊樂儀隊、飛訓部戰鼓表演，以及海軍陸戰隊蛙人操等多項精彩表演，轄區三軍部隊亦參與開設人才招募站，由單位招募員及志願役士兵現身說法，爭取民眾認同，增加報考誘因。

臺南市後備指揮部表示，藉由人才招募活動，能吸引更多優質青年加入國軍行列，為國軍增添生力軍，同時也期盼各界繼續給予國軍支持，以實現募兵制目標。
