請問屋頂做專業防水防熱工程與裝天花板輕鋼架哪個隔熱效果為佳？

我家是平房~普遍到了夏天就好像三溫暖一樣 請問如果我裝了天花板上的輕鋼架隔熱板 它的隔熱效果到底如何 至少有沒有隔到3分之1 或者一半熱呢？ 裝完之後有沒有必要裝抽風機 ？

又或者選擇做屋頂防水防熱(如水泥膠膝之類)工程比較有隔熱的效用呢？懇請大大回答~~ 謝謝！！
