標題[請益] 學校程式設計職缺

近期即將畢業正面臨求職投履歷的選擇 撇開大公司畢竟不想爆肝QQ 找小公司的話可能要再多看看 想先問學校的部份 想請教像一些國立大學的程式設計缺的問題或狀況 像有很多學校需要開發各單位的資訊系統 這種職缺是不是都是約聘式的? 這樣會不會不穩定? 比方系統開發完就結束聘任了...QQ 還是這種可以轉成正職人員? 因為覺得在學校上班似乎比較單純 應該都是能準時上下班吧 以求職新鮮人來看 畢竟第一份工作就至少能三.四萬甚至五萬起感覺就很吸引人 想請教也在學校工作者的狀況或問題建議？ 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 134.208.6.115 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1404032810.A.CF3.html
