上班玩手機　有助提升工作效能

美國近日一份研究顯示，上班若有「玩手機」的休息時間，就能讓職員感到快樂，進而提升工作效能。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，美國堪薩斯州立大學的一份研究顯示，研究團隊對72名受測者進行調查，觀察他們在上班時間玩手機後的狀況。結果顯示，受測者在8小時的工作時間當中，花上22分鐘利用手機玩社群網站，或者玩憤怒鳥等遊戲軟體，受測者幾乎都表示可以減輕壓力，他們能感到快樂，進而提升工作效能。

研究也指出，如果工作中讓職員花1個小時玩手機，確實會影響工作效率，但適度讓員工放鬆休息玩手機，就像喝杯咖啡一樣，能有助員工提升工作效能。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
