標題[請益] 掛名的約聘?

之前透過獵人頭面試一家母公司是外商的公司 談到後面HR說由於現在沒有任用額度 所以第一年的職缺是掛在獵人頭的公司底下 然後保證福利制度會跟公司其他同事相同 等第一年快結束的時候會跟母公司申請任用額度 所以第二年才會掛到公司底下(前提是考績OK) 請問大家有聽過這樣的方式嗎? 在某些外商這是正常的方式? 跟獵人頭反應之後他說這是很普遍的方式 因為我對這種類似約聘的方式感到很疑惑所以問問看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.248.161.28 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1404793313.A.91C.html
