歐洲安全暨合作組織今天呼籲，保持馬來西亞航空MH17班機墜機現場完整性，並組成開放、獨立、透明的國際調查小組，調查馬航墜毀事件。

馬航MH17航班17日在烏克蘭與俄羅斯邊境遭飛彈擊中墜毀，機上298名乘客與機組員全數罹難。

因應這起事件，歐安組織（OSCE）今天特別召開緊急會議，常設理事會會後發表聲明指出，歐安組織57個會員國一致同意強力支持由歐安組織、俄羅斯與烏克蘭共同成立的三邊聯絡小組，為創造可持續的停火條件所做的努力，希望能結束烏克蘭東部動亂。

聲明也呼籲給予歐安組織特別觀察團與其他相關國際組織代表得以立即、安全進入失事地點，並保持墜機現場的完整性，不要破壞、移動殘骸、設備、雜物與個人財物。

歐安組織也支持成立一個開放、透明、獨立的國際調查小組，與國際民航組織（ICAO）共同合作，成員將包括來自烏克蘭、馬來西亞、荷蘭官方與其他相關機構的技術與法醫專家。(中央社)
