凍獨不討論 綠不排除再開全代會

民進黨今天舉行全代會，凍獨案引發關注。主持會議的民進黨主席蔡英文在下午2時40分說，下午3時要開始改選中執委，時間只剩20分鐘，但涉及黨綱修改與決議文等提案有好幾案，需要時間充分討論，建議交由中執會處理。

現場有黨代表發言表示，對於台獨黨綱，要凍結還是維持，必須說明清楚。蔡英文回應，關於台獨黨綱的討論，在許多提案中都已經說清楚，希望交由中執會好好討論，若有必要，不排除再召開一次全代會。

蔡英文詢問現場黨代表是否同意將黨綱相關提案送中執會，大家鼓掌通過。
