【動新聞】口嫌體正直　OL喊不要卻頻換體位

高雄市一對男女同事，去年6月中午用餐後發生性關係，隔天女方控性侵，高雄地院調查發現，2人性交過程數度變換體位，判男子無罪。全案可上訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，女同事指控，當天與蘇姓男同事午餐後回到住處聊天，不料蘇男將她強押在床，她因怕遭不測不敢強力拒絕，僅柔性告知「不要這樣」被性侵得逞。

合議庭調查時，兩造均稱過程中，蘇男未以言語或動作壓制女方，2人甚至數度變換體位，女方全身上下也都無外傷，難以認定是強制性交。
