烏克蘭叛軍坦承以處決方式止亂

烏克蘭叛軍高級顧問杜魯茲向英國廣播公司證實，叛軍確實透過法外處決方式，以「防止亂象」。杜魯茲說，這些「處決」向其他叛軍傳送一項重大訊息。

杜魯茲還說，烏克蘭政府是一「恐怖主義」組織，犯下殺害人民的戰爭罪行。

烏東戰事4月爆發後，迄今逾1500人喪生。
