紅雀今天在1局下先聲奪人，單局攻下4分，2局下再靠卡本特(Matt Carpenter)陽春砲，將差距拉開至5比0。先發投手溫萊特(Adam Wainwright)投7局，被擊出7安打，失4分，責失3分。紅雀牛棚雖然投得有驚但無險，最終以7比6力克教士，溫萊特也繼紅人庫艾托(Johnny Cueto)，成為大聯盟本季第2位15勝投手。(王覺一／綜合報導)
