齒模師充當密醫拔牙害死人二審判刑

基隆一名邱姓齒模師，沒有醫師執照卻從事拔牙等醫療行為，邱被控為一名患有高血壓的男子拔除大臼齒後，患者起身上廁所時，卻突然暈眩倒地不起，送醫急救因腦底動脈瘤破裂、蜘蛛膜下腔出血死亡; 全案經台灣高等法院審理後，依違反醫師法將邱男判處2年徒刑，併科罰金100萬元。
