標題[討論] 關於一個面試問題的測試

各位好 小弟上禮拜去面試一家日系企業的公司，因為算是透過人力仲介介紹到這家公司 因為先前有稍微看過這家公司所需要的人才還有條件，薪資條件也看過無經驗有三萬左右 其實那間公司應該是看過我的資料才願意面試，可是面試當中被問到 因為你都沒有經驗學歷背景也不同進來學習的話，如果拿22K以下的薪水你介意嗎? 我當時真的有點傻住，我想問一下這個主管問我這問題的動機， 是要測試我的臨場反應，當然我回答的時候是說因為仲介公司給我看資料的時候是 三萬左右，我不知道會差到這麼多，這話一出口才有其他主管出面緩頰， 因為一次很多主管一起面試，問這問題的當下沒人阻止他問這個，是我回答完才有人 當面念那個主管亂提問題，我很疑惑很奇怪的氛圍。 有人這種情況被問過嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.129.84.213 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410250817.A.532.html
