卡麥隆：蘇獨不是分居 是痛苦的離婚

英國首相卡麥隆15日到蘇格蘭首府愛丁堡為蘇格蘭留在英國最後衝票，他說，蘇格蘭若選擇獨立，「不是嘗試性的分居，而是痛苦的離婚」，不能再回頭。

卡麥隆並承諾蘇格蘭若選擇留在英國，將啟動空前的權力下放。
