皮膚莫名長丘疹，別等閒視之。一名70歲高齡企業家，日前皮膚出現多處丘疹，手腳、前胸加後背，搔癢難耐，原本以為只是單純過敏，就醫竟赫然發現罹患非何杰金氏淋巴癌（NHL）第四期，必須化學治療，偏偏難以忍受化療副作用，為達到較高治癒機會，接受醫師建議進行自體造血幹細胞移植，才幸運撿回一命。

根據衛福部99年癌症登記資料統計，非何杰金氏淋巴癌每年新增病患約2300人，多發性骨髓瘤（MM）每年新增約500人，發生率分居台灣血液癌症排名的第一、第三名，自體造血幹細胞移植可有效延長存活期。

台大醫院血液科主治醫師林建廷表示，移植能否成功，最重要的關鍵在於能不能收集到足量的造血幹細胞，據統計，臨床有10%至25%的患者，在使用傳統的造血細胞驅動劑後仍無法收集足量幹細胞，不得不被迫放棄移植。

健保去年12月則已核准給付全新機轉造血幹細胞驅動劑（plerixafor），若病患使用傳統驅動劑失敗即可申請使用，比起傳統驅動劑即使連續使用第二次仍有一半的失敗機率，臨床證實，使用新藥，約7到9成患者可成功收集到足量的幹細胞。

台大醫院內科部骨髓移植病房主任唐季祿指出，在美國，50%以上的多發性骨髓瘤患者皆接受自體造血幹細胞移植，台灣卻僅有八分之一的患者接受移植，一年移植人數是美國的十分之一，原因可能是國內民眾對於自體造血幹細胞移植接受度較低，而失去延長存活的機會。

自體造血幹細胞移植要成功，唐季祿強調，必須先從病患周邊血液中收集到每公斤200萬顆造血幹細胞，健保給付全新機轉造血幹細胞驅動劑之後，病患可以省下近67萬藥費，大幅減輕經濟負擔。

台中市警察局長刁建生即將就任警察大學校長，今天最後一次出席市政會議，他感性表示，希望繼任者可以拚出最後一塊版圖。

刁建生16日接任警察大學校長，今天上午市府在豐原區公所召開市政會議，這是刁建生任內最後一次出席市政會議，市府團隊紛紛上前表達祝福。

刁建生表示，就任台中市警察局長3年以來，在治安及交通整治上交出亮麗成績單，但在為民服務上還沒獲得市民認同，留待新任局長來完成最後一塊拼圖。

刁建生指出，警政最大困難是風紀問題，風紀管好、勤務落實，就能做好警政，台中市這幾年來只有個案風紀問題，沒有結構性風紀問題發生。

他最後感性表示，他帶著滿滿祝福接任新職，市警局長任內該做的都做了，已經黔驢技窮，希望未來在新職能再有所發揮。
