如題..我在彩卷行上班.因為人不舒服有於上班前約一小時打電話跟我老闆請假.結果他就不高興說沒人可以上.要我做到昨天就好.我有跟他說要求遣散費.他說我那樣叫恐嚇他可以告我.他還說如果不高興可以去勞工局告他.因為我這各工作是沒有勞健保的.那我還可以到勞工局告他嗎?如果我要投訴他該怎麼投訴.
PS我去做了大概5個月吧這是第一次請假.

大連港(2880)公佈，董事會決定放棄向母公司購入錦州港股權的機會，主要由於今次涉及股份只涉及錦州港約3.92%股權，僅屬財務投資，對優化公司業務佈局及生產經營無實質怍用。此外，今次受讓股份價格為每股3.51元人幣，相當於2012年度及2013年首三季市盈率53.18倍及36.75倍，投資成本較高。

另外，董事會亦認為，錦州港業務與公司不存在重疊及衝突，兩者並不構成競爭。

美國一架聯合航空客機16日從紐瓦克國際機場飛往北京，起飛後碰到亂流，返回機場，過程中五位機員受輕傷，主要是碰傷和瘀青。紐約與紐澤西港務局發言人說，聯合航空89航班16日下午起飛45分鐘後，返回原機場降落。聯航表示，班機上有乘客189人、機員16人。沒有乘客受傷。

當身體負荷過大時，即使沒有出現明顯的體力不支和心理崩潰等現象，我們的身體和大腦也會發出多種信號，暗示：「真的受夠了！」。美國奧普拉生活網就提出「身體負荷已到極限的6個信號」與大家分享，快來看看你是否已經上榜：

1.午休小睡一下也做夢：
午睡可以幫身體「充電」，然而，美國維吉尼亞州馬薩傑弗遜醫院睡眠醫學研究中心主任克裡斯托弗．溫特博士指出，午睡最長時間大約為30分鍾左右，通常只處於淺眠狀態，但如果你午睡時一閉眼，就開始做各種奇怪的夢，這代表你的大腦嚴重缺少睡眠，迫不及待地想要進入深度睡眠階段。

2.記性變差：
美國哥倫比亞大學焦慮與相關疾病診所主任安妮．瑪麗·阿爾巴諾博士表示，有些身體健康的人卻記性不好，其實，這些人是「大腦超載」，激素變化擾亂了記憶功能，使人無法記住更多的內容，容易忘記近期的事情。

3.運動後更難受：
美國維克弗斯特大學醫學院婦產科教授薩拉．伯加博士指出，在一般情況下，慢跑45分鍾會讓人感覺輕鬆，但是如果你剛開始運動就感覺疲憊，代表你的身體已經超過負荷！根據伯加博士的研究發現，壓力大的女性進行中等強度的運動，身體能量會供應不足，容易感覺疲憊無力。

4.頭皮變敏感：
美國賓夕法尼亞州臨床心理學專家理查德．弗雷德博士表示，壓力通常會導致皮膚中神經肽和其他自然化學物質增加，引起發炎，這種發炎會以粉刺或酒糟鼻等形式爆發，有的還會導致血管收縮，使臉部和頭部的皮膚過緊、刺痛或敏感。

5.吃溫和的食物也會加重胃酸過多：
根據美國《身心醫學研究雜誌》報導，壓力不會導致胃酸過多，但會加重胃酸過多的病情。即使沒有吃辛辣刺激的食物，胃酸過多的症狀仍然存在或更嚴重，就代表壓力過大。

6.喝完咖啡還是睏：
美國臨床心理學家邁克爾．布裡斯博士表示，喝咖啡後人的大腦活動會發生改變，如果咖啡因沒起作用，意味著身心已經極度疲勞，抵消了咖啡因的興奮作用。(來源)

日本靜岡縣濱松市政府昨日宣佈，在該市104所市立小學中，共有14所學校的905名兒童出現了嘔吐腹瀉等症狀而缺席，其中12所小學已經停課。據悉，這些孩童可能是感染了諾羅病毒或流感病毒。(來源)

美國空軍周三(15日)表示，由於涉嫌在評估核彈頭操作能力的測試中集體作弊，34名負責發射核導彈的軍官被停職調查，他們的安全權限也被收回。美國空軍部長德博拉．李．詹姆斯在記者會指出，這些軍官隸屬於北達科他州的馬姆斯特羅姆空軍基地，其中一些人參與了用簡訊發送測試的答案，另一些人則知道此事。(來源)

遠傳手機綁約後可以在加行動網路嗎?

我現在是辦遠傳的學生專案綁約2年半的
一個月繳199但沒有網路已用一年了
但我之後換工作想要用網路
如果我現在加遠傳無線飆網400
那我2年半後可以連同綁約的199跟無線飆網400一併取消嗎??
無線飆網400的不是綁約的吧??

無線飆網400如果只是一天逛逛網拍(約15-20分鐘)看信箱(5-10分鐘)回復網拍留言(10分鐘)回LINE(10分鐘)這樣一個月的500MB夠嗎??因為我真的很少再用手機網路只是人在外面有必要才會需要用

最近A-ROD的事件後讓我忽然想到一位洋基前輩那個人就是Jason Giambi 當時他有自己承認說有使用禁藥事後也獲得了多數球迷的原諒 05年也拿下了東山再起獎而A-ROD是先賴一陣子後包不住火才承認的承認後又強力認為自己無罪而Bonds則是從頭到尾否認到底被認何人桶都說不認識這兩位不承認的好像到哪邊出賽都會被噓 "你今天吃藥了嗎" "你今天注射針筒了嗎"已經成為球迷的笑話反觀Jason Giambi在球迷們的眼裡就是浪子回頭至少能給予這位球員的尊重不像A-ROD大家叫他"禁藥男" Bonds大家問他"打針了嗎" 大多數球迷不給予尊重? 搞到在歷史上留下臭名 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.250.111.118
