清水高中：沒有學生被日月明功吸收

在清水高中擔任輔導工作的蔡姓主任、詹姓老師跟林姓職員參加「日月明功」，讓外界擔心學生是否被吸收？清水高中秘書王勝民表示，校方今天再次進行追查，甚至連畢業校友也進行聯繫，都沒有發現學生被吸收的案例，至於教職員部份，因為五年前曾發生退費糾紛，當時校方就已經嚴禁教職員不得傳教，因此，確定教職員也沒有人被吸收。

「日月明功」爆疑似集體凌虐高中生致死，在清水高中，有三名老師職員也是日月明功學員，而且擔任的是輔導主任、輔導老師等，讓外界憂心校園內是否有學生及教職員被吸收，校方再次進行確認，秘書王勝民說，校方詢問學生自治會會長及學生，理解情形，學生自治會表示，這些老師任教的班級，學生並沒有被吸收加入日月明功。王勝民也利用臉書或line聯繫畢業的大一大二學生進行詢問，也沒有發現有人被吸收。

王勝民表示，研判可能入會費太高，加上，清水高中跟靈修團體位於彰化，地理位置比較遠，因此，學生沒有被吸收。

國教署十六號也到清水高中瞭解情形。至於教職員部份，五年前曾經因為老師加入日月明功，要求退費產生糾紛，當時校方就已經嚴格要求不能在校園傳教，因此，目前的教職員當中，並沒有人被吸收。至於這三名參加日月明功的老師職員，將交由教評會審議。（圖：取自清水高中校方網頁）

張家祝：支持環保機關嚴厲懲處日月光

對於日月光k7廠被檢調查到不法排放廢汙水，經濟部長張家祝十六號在立法院經濟委員會答詢時表示，任何產業、公司和工廠，如果違反環保法令，經濟部非常支持環保機關嚴厲處分，經濟部決不偏袒，日月光身為國際大廠，更應該比任何廠商對環保相關法規有更嚴格的自我要求。

經濟部也已經組成專案小組，派出五位專家到日月光的廠區，實地了解廠商的產品製程，和汙水排放處理情況，了解排出非法廢汙水的原因。

張家祝：『而且除了處分、處罰之外，我們希望能夠立刻改正，而且這種事情絕對不能夠再發生，尤其是一個國際級的大的公司，他們對於自身環保的要求，以及環保法令的遵守，應該要比任何的公司都要更嚴謹，標準應該更高。』

不容縱放 胡志強：監測污染源和地下暗管

工業廢水污染，持續引起關注，中央認為縣市政府稽查作業有縱放之嫌，並表示將高雄、彰化兩件污染案，送廉政署調查。台中市沒被點名，但市長胡志強週一主持市政會議時，要求環保局，針對已查察處分的違規案，要積極監測，加強污染源頭、地下暗管稽查，甚至可請檢方幫忙，不能等到有人檢舉，或被中央指出問題，才惶惶然跟著補救。(寇世菁報導)

台中市長胡志強說，最近幾件工業污水排放事件，嚴重造成土壤、河流等環境污染。根據環保局報告，去年臺中市共稽查一百六十次，都已依法處理，但仍有部分污染源頭難以查出。環保署認為地方政府環保單位的稽查作業有缺失，有縱放嫌疑。而台中市雖然沒被點名，一年查獲的違規案件，也不到十件，但偶爾還是會發現有河流一夕之間染黑或染紅的情形，有時也找不到污染源頭，如果稽查源頭或地下暗管確有困難，他希望環保局可請檢察官幫忙。

胡志強強調，稽查污染是重要的工作，相關稽查動作不能間斷，更不能等到有人檢舉後，或被中央指出問題，才惶惶然跟在後面補救，別讓同仁疏忽當中犯下行政責任

環保局長劉邦裕則指出，目前對於廢水污染，都先進行水質監測，如有懷疑，就委託專業單位使用雷達偵測有無偷埋暗管。

此外，胡志強表示，內政部日前公告列管的五百三十三處山坡地危險社區，要求相關局處掌握台中市是否有此情形，並主動處理。

渡邊是日職知名的下勾投手，曾經2006、09年兩度入選世界棒球經典賽日本國家隊國手，在日職13個球季都效力羅德隊，累積87勝82敗，防禦率3.65的成績。

樂天不想放人　田中赴美再等1年

【楊逸民／綜合報導】田中將大挑戰美國職棒問題紛擾多時，這兩天有較明確的結果。樂天球團考量到新的入札制度對田中與球隊來說都不划算，傾向讓田中明年再留在日職打1年，明年球季結束後再放人。

根據新的入札制度，美職球團的入札金上限僅2000萬美元(約5.9億台幣)，與達比修、松坂大輔破5000萬美元(約14.7億台幣)相比差距太遠，樂天認為對田中來說很不尊重，且樂天球團損失一筆不小的補償金，若田中留下來，對球隊票房、商品都有助益。

只是田中要到後年球季結束才能行使自由球員，明年球季打完想要赴美，還是得依循新的入札金制度。

結局雷 詳細的就不說了 反正就是兩個字:和諧 但有一點想提的是:牛井課長的真實想法 大家一直都在想說牛井課長到底是那邊的人 但在結尾部分才真的明白 牛井課長單純只是警察內部的人 櫻吹雪會的事情他和他上司這些人都知道 牛井並沒有阻止要以殺清家父親的罪名逮捕澤渡 因為他大概心知澤渡已經保不住 只是櫻吹雪會的勾當不能讓外界知曉 不然對於警察大大不利 所以全部櫻吹雪會存在的證據 在結局看來都給他鎖在証物房之內 高橋和澤渡 看來也不會有重見天日的一天 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.119.232.8

據新疆天山網報導，12月15日23時許，新疆喀什地區疏附縣公安局民警，在薩依巴格鄉抓捕犯罪嫌疑人時，突然遭到多名暴徒投擲爆炸裝置並持砍刀襲擊，造成兩名員警犧牲，警方隨即公安民警果斷處置，當場擊斃暴徒14人，抓獲嫌犯2人。

陸國防科工局：嫦娥五號2017年發射

大陸國新辦今上午舉行嫦娥三號記者會，大陸國防科工局新聞發言人吳志堅透露，探月工程將轉入三期，主要目標是實現無人自動採樣返回。執行這一任務的嫦娥五號研製進展順利，預計於2017年前後，完成研製並擇機發射。

對於探月工程的技術影響，吳志堅表示，比如說大推力的運載火箭、深空探測和通信、遙測科學、光電、人工智慧和機器人以及新材料、新能源等等技術，這些技術對於我們國家社會發展、科技進步都會發揮重要的作用。

中國航太科技集團公司科技委副主任于登雲指出，此次登月有「四新」，技術新、產品新、平台新、環境新，80%是新技術、新產品。以前我們的衛星是沒有腿的，包括到月面去，這個探測器平台（有四條腿），是第一次、以前從來沒有去過。
