張家祝：支持環保機關嚴厲懲處日月光

對於日月光k7廠被檢調查到不法排放廢汙水，經濟部長張家祝十六號在立法院經濟委員會答詢時表示，任何產業、公司和工廠，如果違反環保法令，經濟部非常支持環保機關嚴厲處分，經濟部決不偏袒，日月光身為國際大廠，更應該比任何廠商對環保相關法規有更嚴格的自我要求。

經濟部也已經組成專案小組，派出五位專家到日月光的廠區，實地了解廠商的產品製程，和汙水排放處理情況，了解排出非法廢汙水的原因。

張家祝：『而且除了處分、處罰之外，我們希望能夠立刻改正，而且這種事情絕對不能夠再發生，尤其是一個國際級的大的公司，他們對於自身環保的要求，以及環保法令的遵守，應該要比任何的公司都要更嚴謹，標準應該更高。』
