【法庭中心／台北報導】檢調偵辦頂新旗下味全公司混摻大統長基黑心油案，今天上午赴味全公司位於新北市汐止的中央研究所檢驗分析中心搜索，並約談鍾姓所長、副所長、協理、研發人員等5名證人，釐清味全是否早就驗出油品含銅葉綠素，及高層是否早就知情。其中協理陳榮輝、黃姓研究員傍晚移送北檢複訊後，於晚間10時許請回。
 
陳、黃2人離去前，還由律師幫忙探路，企圖躲避記者拍攝，但仍被媒體發現，一路追逐到側門離去，面對大批媒體詢問不發一語。至於所長、副所長及另名研究員，目前仍在市調處接受訊問。

民進黨立委潘孟安今天在臉書上秀出他年輕時候的照片，網友紛紛按讚，並且留言稱讚很帥，還有人說神似棒球選手陽岱鋼。

潘孟安接受聯合報記者訪問表示，這是他高中時候的照片，照片中的吉他是他哥哥買給他的；他在高中時對音樂很有興趣，除了吉他，也會吹口琴跟笛子。

潘孟安說，最近在整理舊資料，翻出一些有趣的照片，於是公布在網路上，和網友分享；對於網友稱讚照片中的他有點像陽岱鋼，潘孟安笑說：「沒那麼帥啦！」

中國、俄羅斯、沙烏地阿拉伯及古巴12日在聯合國人權委員會重新取得席位。聯合國大會為人權委員會選出14個新席位，使委員會總共由47個會員國組成。由於敘利亞內戰及其他地區性衝突頻仍，使人權委員會的重要性提高。新的委員會將從明年元月1日開始運作，將是人權委員會成立以來成員最為極端的一次。同時取得席次的包括南非、越南、阿爾及利亞、摩洛哥、納米比亞、馬爾地夫、馬其頓及墨西哥。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】台東警方昨晚上11時許執行酒駕路檢，但在馬蘭橋上卻發現有名男子丟下機車，從四米高橋上跳下至臭水溝中，警方出動大批人馬前往搜索並進行援救，想不到男子也受不了臭味自行逃出，還與警方在黑暗的長草中展開追逐，即使最後被追上，還藉酒裝瘋突然「起乩」，自稱「孫悟空上身」，還要警方若沒事大家一起退駕，但最後仍被警方以五名警力強力壓制送上車，酒測值高達0.54毫克。但由於「孫悟空」沒帶駕照，警方目前仍釐清男子身分。
