●鬧鐘最好離床頭越遠越好！

柔軟的靠墊、清新的綠色植物、叫人起床的鬧鐘，這些幾乎各個家庭臥室床頭位置都會有的小東西，很多人覺得把這些東西放在床頭覺得很方便，但是大家也許不知道，這些「方便」拿的東西很有可能一直影響著大家的健康。

1.靠墊
有人喜歡把靠墊放在床頭，睡覺時堆在一旁，這樣對頸椎及睡眠都有影響。首先，最適宜的枕頭高度是10至12公分，而靠墊、枕頭堆在一起會增加其高度；其次，靠墊會藏匿一些病原微生物、蟎蟲、灰塵，被吸入口鼻容易誘發支氣管問題；最後，雜物繁多的床還會給人心理造成壓力，同時占用空間，讓人睡得不自在。

2.鬧鐘
經常被床頭鬧鐘驚醒會導致慢性壓力，使人出現血壓高、睡眠質量下降和壓抑等問題。鬧鐘最好與床保持1.8公尺或放在更遠的地方。

3.綠色植物
綠色植物能夠淨化空氣，增加含氧量，舒緩緊張情緒，但夜間綠色植物的呼吸作用會吸入氧氣，放出二氧化碳，容易使人長時間處於缺氧環境中，難以進入深度睡眠，造成持續性疲勞。此外，土壤中可能隱藏著大量黴菌，放在床頭會引發呼吸系統疾病，如過敏或哮喘等。如果需要綠色植物裝點，可擺放少量富貴竹等水培植物或仙人掌科植物。

4.手機充電器等小電器
根任何電器都應該遠離床鋪，有些電器雖然體積小，但是輻射量卻不可小視，例如收音機、手機充電器、小型滅蚊燈等。如果真有需要，最好將其放在遠離床舖的牆角。插座至少要離床頭2公尺遠，否則通電時輻射會變大，影響健康。

5.絨毛玩具
絨毛玩具表面極易隱藏灰塵、細菌和甲醛，還有一些「三無」（無廠名、無廠址、無合格證）的絨毛玩具是用有害化學纖維填充的，容易使人流淚、起紅斑，甚至引起呼吸道和皮膚感染。臥室裡不要擺放任何絨毛玩具，尤其是不能抱著睡覺。而且這類絨毛玩具容易堆積細菌等過敏源，容易造成人體過敏，因此不宜在床頭擺設。(來源)

經常聽外國朋友談論起台灣汽車駕駛人的技術，都紛紛表示「刮目相看」，因為在地狹人稠的都會區，不僅上下班尖峰時段塞車成長龍、重要節日、熱門景點等地方也是一個字「塞」，除此之外，並肩而行的、機車、自行車、公車、遊覽車，甚至在路上與重機械工具車相遇，在台灣的街頭也是常有的事，隨時要保持高度警覺性，以面對可能於車陣中穿梭的機車騎士，這些驚險的場面天天上演，也讓許多外國朋友不禁稱讚台灣的駕照考核制度肯定是具有一定難度…
