【大紀元2013年11月03日訊】　（大紀元記者岳青綜合報導）本週日將有罕見的日食——「全環食」現象。天文專家表示，本次全環食的食帶主要穿越中非地區多個國家，全環食的發生尤為稀罕。非洲地區是地球上的最佳觀測地點，但加拿大東部一些地方也可以有幸看到日偏食。

此次全環食更特殊

根據美國宇航局的說法，此次全環食一開始是日環食，最後將以日全食結束。據相關預報，本次全環食開始階段，大西洋西部等地區可觀測到日環食，隨後日環食轉變為日全食，進入非洲中部，在索馬里中部結束。南美洲北部、歐洲南部、亞洲西南部等地區可以見到日偏食。

據當地媒體消息，在加拿大東部地區，週日日出時只可以看到日偏食的現象。加拿大皇家天文學會副主席Colin Haig表示，加東可見的日偏食，只有約25%的太陽面積被月亮遮擋。

加東幾處觀測地點及時間：

多倫多：6:58 a.m.至7:11 a.m.
渥太華：6:47 a.m.至7:12 a.m.
蒙特利爾：6:35 a.m.至7:12 a.m.
哈利法克斯：7:16 a.m.至8:15 a.m.
聖約翰斯（紐芬蘭省）7:02 a.m.至8:49 a.m.

網上直播全環食過程

無法親眼看到日環食也必要灰心，2003年開始就將天文望遠鏡圖像連接至互聯網的組織Slooh將對此次全環食進行全程直播。大家可以到他們的官網（http://events.slooh.com）查看。

本世紀迄今 共有7次全環食

日食分日全食、日環食和日偏食三種。同一次日食，如果一部份地區可見全食，另一部份地區可見環食，則稱全環食，也稱「混合食」，非常罕見。天文 專家解釋，如果日食發生期間地月距離恰到好處，那麼從地球上觀測到的太陽和月球的視直徑就會幾乎相等。但由於月球的運動以及地球表面起伏會造成地月距離在 日食發生期間的數小時內有微小變化，這就會導致「混合食」的形成。

全環食發生機率甚少。本世紀迄今，總共發生224次日食，其中僅有7次全環食，預計下一次全環食將發生在2023年4月20日。

【大紀元2013年11月03日訊】（大紀元記者張小清綜合報導）當地時間昨（2）日晚，39歲的香港資深玉女楊采妮（Charlie）與情牽19年的圈外男友邱韶智在新加坡聖淘沙W酒店舉行婚禮，現場星光閃熠。邱韶智應傳媒之邀三度親吻新娘，幸福滿溢，問到欣賞采妮哪一點，他笑說：「認識20年，她對我來講是一個天使。」

派對、奉茶、拍婚紗 場面感人

婚禮前晚，楊采妮舉行告別單身派對，除演藝圈好友，她的高中同學也飛抵新加坡，送上底色溫馨的杯子蛋糕、印有她英文名字的花茶及糖果，讓楊采妮感動流淚。

新人昨早先在飯店進行奉茶儀式。據李心潔透露，敬茶時乾爹徐克是其中一個。下午，兩人在酒店二樓露臺拍攝婚紗照，由著名攝影師夏永康親自操刀。一向低調的楊采妮穿上白色美人魚尾露肩婚紗，簡約大方，接近兩卡的鑽戒相當吸睛；兩人十指緊扣，邱韶智擁吻嬌妻，愛意藏不住。

求婚細節保密 造人順其自然

婚禮席開30桌，全部由新郎埋單。300位嘉賓以新郎在新加坡的親友為主，邱韶智的哥哥開心表示：「家人很滿意采妮，我們跟她都認識20年！」

問及二人婚後的造人計劃，楊采妮說：「老公同意順其自然。」邱韶智被問楊采妮哪裏吸引人，楊采妮立刻接：「我是不是要離開一下？」邱韶智反問：「你有多久時間可以讓我說？」隨即表示楊采妮就像他的天使一樣。被問到求婚細節，他害羞說：「這是秘密。」

據悉，婚後兩人會香港、新加坡兩邊走。楊采妮表示，爸爸年紀大身體差不便過來：「但爸爸祝我開開心心，要幸福。」更哽咽說：「我會回香港再安排向爸爸奉茶，而媽媽是台灣人，我還會去台灣請客。」

圈內姐妹淘 分任司儀伴娘

約7時左右，兩人在婚禮公開露面。她謂和三個好姊妹早早商定，由梁詠琪和李心潔擔任婚禮司儀，許茹蕓則約定好誰先結婚就當彼此的伴娘。

與丈夫Sergio同來的梁詠琪負責英文部份，她大讚新郎很尊重Charlie，又是個幽默的男生，Charlie在他身邊很開心。中文司儀由李心潔擔任，三姊妹製作視頻送給新人，并合唱《至少還有你》等歌曲。

演藝圈眾好友 現身稱羨祝福

出席婚禮的還有張之亮、袁詠儀、郭富城經理人小美、何韻詩和古天樂等。袁詠儀祝福新人永結同心、早生貴子，又鼓勵兩人養好身體。她給新郎打100分，並表示相信采妮當太太絕對做得比自己好。小美也給新郎100分，說他「很好人」。她代表郭富城送上祝賀視頻，希望她三年抱倆，城城還準備了20年前與采妮合作的品牌鑽飾，讓新娘大為開心。

【大紀元2013年11月03日訊】（大紀元記者李辰報導）在本週六（11月2日）的例行講話中，奧巴馬表示，為了保證經濟增長和創造良好的就業機會，華盛頓必須結束「製造危機和自我傷害的週期循環」 ，他敦促國會儘快解決預算問題。

由民主黨與共和黨兩黨議員組成的一個國會小組從本週三（10月30日）開始運作，他們需要在接下來的六週時間內達成聯邦財政開支協議。

奧馬巴表示，現在是兩黨合作通過財政預算案的時候了，理智的削減不必要領域的資金，關閉稅收漏洞，同時在創造工作機會的領域進行投資。

奧馬巴在週六的講話中，再次提到本週在華府的「選擇美國」全球投資峰會，他說，「我的觀點很簡單－－選擇美國，投資美國，在美國創造就業機會。」

「我很高興聽到參議院的共和黨領導人本週表示，他們不會尋求另一次政府關門和威脅另一次債務違約了，美國不能每隔幾個月就進行自我傷害，美國應該進行自我投資。」

他表示，達到這一目的的辦法是兩黨通過預算案。

據《美國之音》報導，美國總統奧巴馬在白宮任職的五年間，大半時間都未能和他在國會的共和黨對手，就政府整體預算方案達成一致。國會時常採用危機驅動措施來保持政府運作。

10月16日晚，美國國會通過協議，對聯邦政府撥款延長至1月15日。債務上限期限延長至2月7日，結束了長達16天的華盛頓財政僵局和政府關門，避免了債務違約。著名國際評級機構標準普爾估計，美國政府關門帶來的經濟損失為240億美元。 奧巴馬在10月17日在結束政府關門的講話上表示，這一切都是「自找的危機」。

美國政府部份關閉的原因是共和黨反對奧巴馬總統標誌性的健保法案。

共和黨議員表示，繼續反對這項醫保方案，同時聲明，他們將努力防止政府再度關閉。

美國財政部10月30日最新數字顯示，美國2013年財政年度赤字減少了一半，政府赤字目前達到2008年以來的最低點，這也是奧巴馬就任美國總統以來財政赤字首次低於1萬億美元。

心得:
首發的IPAD MINI RETINA 也要到11月中才會開始發售。
IPAD用來看影片居多，所以也不考慮小螢幕的MINI。
尺寸變小，螢幕大小不變，重量明顯降低，對手腕負擔較輕。
上網感覺有比較快一點。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】英國蘇格蘭尼斯湖到底有沒有水怪，眾說紛紜，澳洲昆士蘭省磁島的居民近日拍到一張照片，海上有個長頸神祕物體，被指可能是尼斯湖水怪從蘇格蘭游到澳洲。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，《澳洲人報》等澳洲媒體指昆士蘭省外海的磁島，上月25日多名民眾看到離海灘200公尺的海面有神祕物體，只見牠有長頸、頭部似龍。居民赫倫說：「牠在水面上載浮載沉，我起初納悶不知道是什麼，但有人喊著牠看起來像是尼斯湖水怪。」於是他趕緊拍照存證，並上傳臉書（goo.gl/pzQOUM），指稱難道牠是「迷失的尼斯湖水怪？但就算不是，也仍是嚇人的物體」。

澳聯社報導，澳洲詹姆斯庫克大學生物學教授齊爾頓說：「它可能是樹木的一部分或是半沉的船隻。」尼斯湖水怪是傳說或真實生物，迄今仍無定論。

最近在遠傳直營店買了ㄧ台sonyz1手機，用不到ㄧ個月上星期拿回去維修了，我聽說sony的手機維修率很高，在加上先前在另外ㄧ家門市買了ㄧ台sonyzu手機也是ㄧ個月內維修兩次我要求換了別家廠牌的手機，事情才處理好，隔沒幾天換z1送修，因不同門市，我可要求退費或換牌子嗎？備註:送修是手機本身的問題，而不是人為因素
