你曾因在高速公路開車時假牙飛出窗外，家裡門窗全遭黏膠黏死，或一大群蜜蜂百般阻撓你進入車內而跟老闆請假嗎？美國求職網站公布請病假調查，不少創意爛理由令人匪夷所思。

CareerBuilder昨天公布的研究顯示，過去1年，近1/3（32%）員工沒生病卻請病假不上班，略高於前一年的30%。另外，有30%員工身體不適卻沒請病假，只為了把病假用在健康的時候。

這份線上全國調查由哈里斯互動公司（HarrisInteractive）在2013年8月13日至9月6日之間執行，樣本包括3484名員工、2099名人事經理和人力資源專家。

天氣太冷跟想放連假是最常見的缺勤理由，19%雇主說12月請病假的員工最多，其次是1月和2月。

30%雇主會確認員工請假的理由真偽。去年64%雇主要求醫生證明，48%打電話給員工，19%檢查員工的社群網站貼文，17%讓同事打給請假員工，15%特地開車經過員工的家門。

亂請病假的員工裡，有33%是因為真的很不想去上班，28%只是想放鬆，24%例行赴醫生的約，19%補眠，14%辦雜事。

千奇百怪的請假理由包括：

●員工開車行經高速公路時，假牙飛出窗外

●員工最喜歡的美式足球隊週日輸了，痛心到整個週一都在療傷

●員工正在戒菸，心情很不爽

●員工說有人黏死她家所有門窗，她沒辦法出門上班

●員工咬到舌頭不能講話

●員工說有一群蜜蜂包圍汽車，使他無法開車

●員工說火雞裡的化學成分害他睡過輪班時間

●員工說他陷入狂怒狀態，進辦公室可能會動手傷人

●員工接到威脅電話，必須向聯邦調查局（FBI）報告

●員工要去耶誕血拼

●員工的義眼掉出眼窩

●員工迷路，發現自己身在另外一州

●員工無法決定要穿什麼去上班

芝加哥的員工缺勤管理公司「太平洋資源」（Pacific Resources）副總裁柏迪（PatriciaPurdy）說：「這些理由很有趣，但員工缺勤對雇主來說是相當嚴重的問題。」

柏迪說，平均而言，員工缺勤占了雇主基本薪資支出的35%。如果有人沒來工作，老闆得付加班費給其他幫忙的員工，有時候要付錢請代班員工，並自行吸收生產力降低所增加的成本。

CareerBuilder說：「部分雇主可能讓員工自由使用病假，但16%雇主曾開除亂請病假的員工。」

食完第二集，真的很多伏點，小雷中的一點點心得。 與第一部的故事差很大，雖然都是無雙大門，第二部反而大門被冷落，第一部還有一點點團隊的感覺，反而第二部就沒這個了，等於要像醫龍，自己找團隊，小弟以為御意三兄弟會願意當助手，然後跟第一部相同，結果『御意三兄弟』根本不可能會像第一部那樣還有一絲絲的團隊感覺。 第二集老實說，比我預期的好看，這集中看的出近藤(藤木)是馬淵的外科間諜，以絆倒外 科的蛭間，馬淵很重視總院的院長這個位置，無論任何手段都要拿到，本來想用大門擾亂 外科，馬淵沒想到大門還是不理會，直接開除大門，反觀蛭間『收回成命』，想利用大門 的醫術，讓外科更光彩，讓他更有機會當總院院長。 間諜的近藤忍，是會繼續當間諜+小狼狗+踩著馬淵的頭往上衝，還是最後轉向大門，值得 期待。 心得就是： 第二部整個就是『故事是故事，大門是大門』第二集與病人的互動真少，而第二集集中在馬淵與蛭間的權力爭鬥，外科部的御意三兄弟，為了搶奪主任位置，唯命是從。內科也是。 之前小弟回覆的心得中提到，這系列都以大門與病人為主，很欣慰的是第二部大門還是只 重視在病人身上，一直覺得奇怪，因為權力鬥爭少了大門與病人之間的互動(至少第二集 就少很多)。 不過再第二集，用手術真相來威脅蛭間統括部長，二集中都沒什麼手術的大門，第三集之 後應該會回歸到病人與醫生的互動了，不過馬淵應該也會扯後腿，越來越期待了。 最後一直覺的近藤(藤木)有可能會搞壞大門『我不會失敗的』，畢竟這兩集近藤都有幫大門，而大門的助手的人，卻是馬淵的間諜，感覺故事越來越迷離了。 如果腳色關係圖是正確，馬淵想扳倒蛭間拿到總院院長，並且讓近藤拿外科統括部長，這 樣內外科都會是馬淵的天下 堤外話 藤木演這腳色真的演的很好，陰沉，腹黑的感覺都有，如名人的一句化『這不是腹黑，那 什麼才是腹黑』 小弟心得...如寫的不好請多指教 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.135.51 ※ 編輯: ufo24x 來自: 112.105.135.51 (10/27 13:10)

新北市李登輝民主協會27日晚間在蘆洲區舉行成立大會，由三重區大有里長董俊宏擔任秘書長、他的哥哥董金興擔任會長，未來會址將設在三重區。前總統李登輝致詞表示，李登輝民主協會自2010年成立以來，新北市是第10個成立分會的城市。

李登輝還說，他去年4月開始從屏東一路向北，訪問每個縣市，上周5 才從花蓮、宜蘭返回台北。他看到台灣這麼美麗，百姓善良打拚，但是地方政府沒錢、沒權，無法發展繁榮，實在很可惜。

由於國民黨政府長期將權力與資源集中在中央，地方只能靠中央補助，因此造成區域發展不平均，其中台北市分得最多錢，新北市和台南市最少。

他認為台灣是民主國家，為了落實主權在民，中央應放權給地方，給地方更多發展機會；因此在走完台灣1圈之後，他要求李登輝基金會11月2、9、16日連續3個周6召開「健全地方發展」研討會。

將請專家學者就當前區域發展困境，未來地方如何分權、經濟開發、產業發展進行研究，希望討論出以民為本的地方區域主權，讓每個縣市地方政府擁有更多權限，繁榮發展地方。

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】急著想傳宗接代嗎？英國市面上最近出現一款「驗精棒」，10分鐘即可測得精蟲數量多寡，有助提高女伴受孕機率。

這款名為「精子檢查」（SpermCheck）的新器材，26日在英國開賣，外型與驗孕棒類似，使用者可自行在家檢查精蟲數量是否正常，若每毫升少於2000萬隻即屬過低，號稱準確率高達98％，每個售價約1430元台幣。

製造商表示，生出不小孩的壓力往往由女性單獨承受，但其實40％到60％案例是男性不孕，盼驗精棒能幫助夫妻及早發現問題。

三峽截流紀念園位於大壩右岸下游800公尺處，園中保留了長江兩次截流的施工場地原貌，與當年截流時使用的大型機械。
