【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】位在南美洲的秘魯，最近收到許多目擊不明飛行物體的報告，近日秘魯政府將原本已經關閉的「不明飛行現象研究部門」(The Peruvian Office of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena Research, OIFAA)重開，決定再研究這些不明飛行物。

 OIFAA在2001年設立，雲集天文學家、空軍、考古學家以及社會學家等精英，但在2008年關閉。不過最近OIFAA重整旗鼓，開始整理不明飛行物體及目擊事件的相關訊息。不單只在秘魯，巴西、智利以及阿根廷等政府都設有專門部門，調查神秘飛行物體。

曾是「宋毅夫」剝皮詐騙集團旗下成員的36歲陳姓女子，在宋毅夫集團被警方瓦解後，自立門戶，循原有管道與大陸叩客機房合作，繼續詐騙台灣男子。

刑事局偵七隊接獲被害人報案，發現已抓過兩次的陳女竟又扮假騙人，循線將她逮捕，同夥陳姓、張姓兩名男子一併落網。

警方初步清查，陳女透過大陸叩客機房，3個月內至少化身24個不同女子身分，騙倒40名男子。

廠牌:ASUS 型號:A43SV 購入日期:2011/11/10 距上次使用正常時間:2013/10/10 OS版本:i5 平常作業內容: win7 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):y 問題內容: 今年四月時曾經讓筆電喝下半罐養樂多， 已經有泡水經驗的我， 當下就是能拔就拔 (拆背板、拔了硬碟、鍵盤，主機板那些不太會拔) 擦乾再用電扇吹， 約莫放了兩天，再打開看起來頗正常，但鍵盤有幾顆鍵壞掉 於是拿去皇家換鍵盤，維修的人說筆電看起來還算正常， 但因為泡過水，所以哪天突然壞掉也說不定。 接著一直很算順的用到九月， 突然中秋節硬碟壞掉，拿去皇家免費換了一個。 後來有一天早上下著微雨，趕著上課， 就用普通的筆電袋掛在機車前面，但是風扇發生很大又很不穩定的喘息聲， 隔天早上在寢室宅，用的還算順，風扇聲音也小了許多， 中午想帶去圖書館寫作業，就再也不能開機， 隔兩天，拿去皇家，他拆開筆電後說記憶體、硬碟等似乎有液體滲入的痕跡 隔了幾天，又說經過檢測，主機板、鍵盤，筆電內部都有液體滲入， 換一個主機板要一萬七起跳，聽到以後當然說不修， (但他沒有提到筆電能不能開機這件事) 今天把筆電領回來，開機以後看起來頗正常，真的很出乎意料 一直很好奇皇家所謂的液體滲入，是四月份的養樂多之殘留 還是早上上課的雨水 (他們說那液體不是水，因為黏黏的，而且有一段時間) 再來又怎麼處理這台筆電呢(目前看起來正常) 把能拆的拆一拆再把裡面的液體清一清， 還是廉售出去呢? 順便問一下有沒有人很擅長處理這種泡過水的堪用機子 可以用酒精擦拭嗎 結論是我真心覺得筆電要過保前一個月就是一直會出事啊!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.122.136.4 ※ 編輯: PARADOX0202 來自: 140.122.136.4 (10/25 19:40)

企業大老杜英宗「丟鞋不會讓國家進步論」，讓聽到的人心酸且無奈。而他最精華的見解，「公平正義須比經濟成長優先」，呼籲馬政府非但要「聽到心坎裏」，更要「起而行」。

眾所皆知，經濟政策的擬定、執行，牽一髮而動全身；即使老練如宋楚瑜，也曾說出「為政不易，當家猶難」話語。然而，台灣為何形成一股「『威鞋』權力核心」風潮，其實與社會嚴重的「分配不均」有密切關係。

畢竟，現今台灣的財富分配，幾乎已跳脫口語常提的Ｍ型，進入極其糟糕的Ｌ型—大部分的經濟資源集中在少數人手中。而當大家眼見馬政府對經濟政策如履薄冰、唯唯諾諾，連原訂十月中旬就要公布的「奢侈稅進階版」至今還不到影子，新稅法也是更有利富人…心底的感受真的就是「馬政府對艱苦人沒有同理心」，難怪乎要舉鞋攻之，抒發鬱悶之氣。

又譬如，媒體報導財政部查炒房，本是大快人心的，但細看內容又不禁為之氣結。原來對象竟止於預售屋，三千萬以上，台北市、新北市、桃園縣、台中市四個藍營縣市。

單就此一「超小型經濟改革」，筆者就想請問馬政府幾個問題：一、請問官員，中古屋、店面、土地，不能炒作嗎？二、請問官員，台灣大部分民眾買得起三千萬以上的房子嗎？三、請問官員，高雄市、台南市、屏東縣，這些綠營縣市房地產沒有飆漲嗎？繼續秉持這樣的脫線思維，馬政府還需要敵人嗎？

實在是搞不懂為什麼政府媒體鄉民都要在職棒問題上糾結鴻海..... 他們錢是多，但是錢多跟花錢多是兩碼子事阿= = 義大統一錢比兄弟多的多了吧， 但是以花在職棒的預算與母企業的比例來看， 義大統一遠遠比兄弟要小氣阿..... 他們兩家真要玩什麼二軍什麼主場早就有了， 怎麼會搞到球隊規模和兄弟一樣= = 同理鴻海也是一樣， 誰規定他們就一定會花比兄弟更多預算在球隊上.... 投資球隊的動力不外三項， 一是為了賺錢，二是為了廣告，三是為了組球隊爽。 或許如果政府給政策優惠可以再多個節稅一項， 但是以目前來看如果沒指望能賺錢，又沒有組球隊玩的興趣， 也就只有廣告效益能指望了， 而這恰恰是鴻海不需要的。 在沒有廣告效益以及老闆沒個人興趣的情況下， 就算真的賣給鴻海恐怕也是悲劇吧..... 人家兄弟以及以前興農還有老闆興趣在撐， 鴻海有什麼阿..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.77.242.37

【黎百代／桃園報導】由商品檢驗局、桃園消保官等組成商品聯合稽查小組，針對攤商所售玩具鴨是否合乎商品安全標示及安全等項目進行聯合稽查，今稽查多以勸導為主，桃園縣消保官羅明堂表示，今天上午稽查結果情形不錯，大多數攤商所販賣小鴨玩具商品都符合標準，很多攤商都曾到高雄作生意，所以都已經知道標準，將會持續稽查維護民眾購買商品安全。
