標題[心得] Legal High2 ep3 收視回升不是沒有道理

這一集整體表現終於回到看完LH會有的激動感!! 想和大家來分享一下ep3的想法： 1.岡田羽生 不!!!等等!!大家不要一看到這個名字就左轉XDDD 這集的羽生終於有點血肉之感 前兩集真的很表面搞不清楚這位先生到底想幹嘛 但這集瘋狂被古美門打臉的情況下 有了一點情緒性的爭執 不再是一副看似為全人類幸福卻表現得很局外人。 彈手指或講英文的部分也比起前兩集自然很多 被黛的球打到流鼻血囧臉喊oh my god!! 也終於有他是LH一員的感覺 (前兩集一出場就瞬間看別部戲的感覺沒有了) 比較有趣的設定是最後他跟黛說的那番話 "如果古美門是不擇手段得到勝利， 那麼他就要不擇手段讓大家都得到幸福。" 剛開始講第一句超怕他想跟黛一樣說要成為 不會不擇手段的，與古美門不一樣的律師之類的話 這樣我又要唾棄這個晨間劇男主角了XDDDD 但這一集終於有點感受到他的不一樣~~~(╯ω╰) 只是嬉皮女還是很瞎~另外一位連名字我都忘了 囧 2.外表。內在 這集比起上一集的議題更為爭議性 因為整形而訴請離婚的官司還真的有過 剛開始我也覺得因為這樣離婚會助長這種整形官司 但當古美門確定最終獲勝後 跟穗香說你值得更好的男人時(－^－)ｄ 才真的退一萬步想，這件事會這樣開始這男的本身就很瞎 離的對~~~馬上跟黛一樣的覺得羽生你還差很遠! 外表論雖然殘酷，但古美門在法庭上舉的例子真的很實際 想到以前大學班上轉來的學生 明明一個是乖乖牌，一個就是報告會亂做的正妹 但乖乖牌老實說就是長得不美的女生 另一個馬上就融入班上核心團裡面 乖乖牌到畢業似乎都沒有要好的同學， 不要問我為什麼沒跟他當朋友 只想說生活中多的事這樣發生 殘忍嗎? 但這就是現實。 3.笑點，自然滿分 這一集有兩大笑點 (1)古美門的毒舌 這集像是講出觀眾想說的(還是只有我想說XD) 新律師事務所被罵的一文不值 古美門點出羽生老是想激怒他的這一點 真的超好笑XDDD 讓我有一種古美門終於討厭這傢伙了的心情XD 另一個就是對高中同學會的看法 真的非常中肯~~然後完全預言成功 黛沒朋友還被當小妹使喚 (2)莫名其妙的開頭 旁白搭上莫名其妙熱血慢跑的古美門和黛 瞬間想說啊~~LH真的要轉型了嗎XD 結果沒有~黛一臉勝利的面對孩子們 古美門卻在計程車上吐的亂七八糟笑翻我XD 有一種果然熱血這東西不太適合你啊~~古美門~~(σ′▽‵)′▽‵)σ (3)黛的三段式裝容 這一集必須說新垣~~辛苦你了! 從大腮紅被羽生說發燒了嗎 這個點上羽生的正直臉就有點笑果XD 接著大濃妝的樣子太犧牲了!! 聽到服部當過化妝師 古美門一臉欣慰和黛得到救星的臉 都非常好笑!!!!! 最後絕對是第三集最神來一筆的超級笑點 安和秒轉身看幾次笑幾次XDDD 尤其一轉身後迎上的是黛的藝妓妝容 太經典了!!!!(σ。▽。)σ 總之看到第三集真的覺得很好看 然後收視果然也回升了!!! 不論是官司議題、古美門經典毒舌和最佳拍檔黛 都讓人非常期待下一集的到來~~~ 以上。 ( ￣ ￣)/ -- 有一天 我們會發現 結局寫在煙霧瀰漫之中 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.13.237 ※ 編輯: Sessyouarn 來自: 114.25.13.237 (10/26 13:02)

【蔡維歆╱台北報導】羽庭向來作風大膽，敢秀敢露，近來她轉型拍戲，接下三立《戲說台灣》演反派女主角，1集酬勞約8千元。她拍戲之餘不忘充實自己，日前抽空回南部復學，現在就讀高苑科大的國際貿易學系，成績不錯，還考到班上前三名，她表示：「畢竟演藝收入不穩定，希望可以多學一點東西。」

第48屆金鐘獎上的表演將過往經典一一重現，林宥嘉獻唱5566歌曲「我難過」，被網友大讚「神曲重現，56魂不能亡。」還有網友說一輩子就等這一刻；集合經典綜藝人物陽婆婆、福州伯及董月花的表演節目「電視人生」，網友評價則兩極，有網友認為是童年回憶、也是台灣綜藝的經典梗，但也有不少網友覺得時間拖太長、有點冷場。

此外，開場表演由選秀節目參賽者合體上陣，包括孫自佑、黃文星、關詩敏及許富凱等人，希望以人海戰術炒熱氣氛，不過卻被網友嫌「太老梗，是過年特別節目嗎？就像選秀遊園會。」

餐廳名稱：義美見學館港式餐廳 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：中壢市延平路520號 電話： (03) 425-5564 營業時間：11：30-21：30 每人平均價位：300 可否刷卡：不知 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：香蒸芋頭糕 官網：無 http://kikikiwi820.pixnet.net/blog/post/165850890 義美有賣港式料理很讓人驚訝耶 聽媽媽說這家在很久以前就有囉 媽媽以前在南崁吃過 沒想到中壢也開了一家 但我覺得他們有點宣傳不力，因為他開在延平路的婚紗街 一般很少人會走那裏，尤其開在二樓，走過去根本就會忽視他的那種 有一天我經過完全沒看到這間店，是店員在底下小聲的說：歡迎參考看看哦 (不是很大聲就是講給我聽的) 這才注意到這邊有這家餐廳 一直很想吃港式料理偏偏中壢港式料理少得可憐，於是對這家義美旗下的港式餐廳很好奇 雖然對義美的印象就是巧克力酥片很好吃就是了 哈哈哈 他們是以套餐的方式供應餐點 每份套餐299(另+10%) 前菜3選1：櫻花蝦泰式沙拉、水果和風沙拉、燻雞凱薩沙拉 湯品3選1：香菇雞湯、牛蒡四寶湯、什錦海鮮羹 主點26選2：蝦仁蒸餃、鮮肉芋頭糕...等等26種 甜點3選1：桂花紅豆糕、紅豆紫米露、芒果鮮奶酪 飲料4選1：100%鮮榨柳橙汁、100%芒果汁、酸梅湯、醋飲 選擇還算OK，可能比一般港式餐廳少一點點 桌上放有熱茶和餐具 還有一塊放置餐點的食盤，看起來蠻有質感的 我們三人的餐點主餐互相分享，這樣就可以吃到6樣主點，來這種店還是要人稍微多一點比較好 可以吃到比較多樣化的餐點，不過因為他是單人套餐形式 所以如果臨時想吃又懶得找朋友，自己來吃也不用擔心吃不完 雞肉凱薩沙拉分量單人吃蠻充足的 蔬菜很新鮮多汁不會太乾，上面的麵包烤得脆脆像餅乾一樣 裡面有生菜、甜椒、烤麵包、洋蔥、小黃瓜、哈密瓜(左上角) 櫻花蝦泰式沙拉 這道不錯吃 但是如果你是不敢吃生洋蔥的人可能要避開這道了 生洋蔥都會有點辛辣，尤其這道的生洋蔥有點多(因為分量本來就多) 我和家人都敢吃生洋蔥，吃到後來還是都感覺蠻辣的 可能生洋蔥放少一點會更順口 上面有櫻花蝦、花生、芝麻...爽口的一道味道不錯(只是太辛辣) 什錦海鮮羹 加一點醋的海鮮羹喝起來比較順口 料還蠻多的，吃得到小蝦仁和小干貝 香菇雞湯的雞肉肉質軟嫩，但湯頭不算濃郁，稍微有點失色 表現普普的一碗湯 雞肉是蠻好吃的 叉燒滑腸粉 吃起來還OK但不驚喜 腸粉皮滑嫩柔軟 叉燒帶點甜味 每一塊都吃得到叉燒 雖然不多 海黃蒸燒賣 燒賣一般都蠻好吃的 這家的燒賣也是普通(目前吃下來都是普通@@) 不難吃也不特別的口味 尚可接受 仙蝦滑腸粉 比叉燒的更清淡，但我本身不是很愛叉燒，所以這道更得我心 裡面還真的吃得到蝦，大概是一塊一隻 鮮蝦腐皮捲 我不愛腐皮 所以...口味跟前面幾道的感覺很像 這家的口味我覺得每道都有點像，不知道是我的錯覺嗎 可能是一種台式的港味 香蒸芋頭糕 個人最愛的一道 上面的蔥花搭配香香吃得到芋頭塊的芋頭糕還蠻搭的 有些芋頭糕是看不到芋頭塊的，但這家的芋頭糕從斷面可以看到很多芋頭塊 吃起來也比較有口感 上面不知道是肉末嗎?吃起來是芋頭+肉末+蔥花的三種層次 蠻好吃的 小籠湯包用小湯匙盛著放在蒸籠裡 很可愛 每一支湯匙都有一顆小籠湯包+一片紅蘿蔔 皮很薄口感不錯，裡面包的肉餡蠻濃郁的但不會有油膩感 也不錯吃 店家贈送的地瓜 老實說...口味很失敗@@ 不甜、不香、口感也稱不上綿密 雖然是贈送的不用錢，但每人吃一塊之後還有剩真不知道怎麼辦(我們臉皮薄，感覺送的沒吃完又不好意思>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.179.53 ※ kikikiwi820:轉錄至看板 ChungLi 10/26 14:47

財政部長宣示，預售屋不納入奢侈稅，將針對三千萬元以上的預售屋加強查緝、遏止炒房。

部長！你真的太天真了！第一，財政部只針對三千萬元以上大戶課稅，筆者好友是典型投資客，他們只炒二千萬以下預售屋，理由是脫手容易，買家多是小家庭自住客，不懂行情；第二，如果國稅局真能掌握這些隱私資訊，過去兩三年預售屋早該為國庫進帳滿滿的所得稅了，也不會淪落到今天這種「炒紅單」滿天飛的地步；第三，何況這些投資客都是以人頭名義購買，名下只有一棟自用住宅，請問部長你是要怎麼查？

馬政府的「居住正義」一向只有口惠而不實，也難怪蘋果民調只有33.92%受訪民眾認為這措施可抑制炒房。馬總統一向自詡為中山先生的信徒，然而國父民生主義所主張的「漲價歸公、地利共享」，對照龍頭建商老闆喊出「台灣每坪二五○萬元的房價不算太貴」，在現今台灣看來，簡直是一場悲劇！

筆者在此誠懇呼籲，馬政府如果真的有心改革，至少先把預售屋納入奢侈稅課稅範圍，再延長奢侈稅為三至五年。這是一個公與義的國家，人民只盼明君垂憐！

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰檢偵結大統長基食品公司黑心油案，查出大統公司 ８大類的４８個品項油品都有攙偽、假冒的情事，其中該公司生產的花生調和油系列產品中，非但都沒有花生油的成份，大統公司販售沒有花生的花生調和油的不法獲利，竟高達６億４３１４萬４５０元，高居各油品不法獲利之冠，其次則是橄欖調和油系列的油品，不法獲利也高達５億３０６１萬７５元。

41歲于姓婦人自大陸東北大連市嫁來台灣，兩年前於新北市新莊區八德街昭德宮前，與人分租店鋪開設男女美髮店。今天上午9時，相鄰修鞋店夫婦拉開鐵捲門要做生意時，發現兩店相連通道的門打不開，修鞋老闆從窗外往內探，發現于婦渾身是血倒臥地板，立即打119求援。

消防人員發現于婦早已氣絕，通報新莊警方前來處理。新莊警方立即封鎖現場，並請市刑警大隊支援，在現場採證鑑識與蒐證，初步了解，鄰居昨晚11時發現她店還開著，研判她應在今天凌晨時分遇害，全案正朝凶殺方向偵辦。

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨1時許，永和區信義路1家小吃攤發生酒後打架事件，1名劉姓男子(約20歲)遭友人以安全帽砸傷，頭部有撕裂傷，派出所警員抵達後將他送醫，所幸傷勢並無大礙。
 
警方初步調查，劉男與友人在小吃攤餐敘，席間有喝酒，在聊天時發生口角後竟大打出手，友人遂拿起店外的安全帽，朝劉男頭上砸下去，派出所警員見狀隨即將劉男送醫，打人的友人則逕自離去。劉男就醫後到派出所製作筆錄，目前在考慮是否對打人的友人提告傷害。

【高堂堯／南投報導】總統馬英九今中午赴南投中興新村省政資料館，參加台灣光復68周年紀念大會暨頒獎活動，上台致詞說：「報上說我對台灣光復不太重視，我想我更應該來！」但還不到1分鐘，就遭坐在台下的民進黨南投縣議員廖梓佑嗆聲：「無能政府下台！」、「不要來這裡取暖！」廖梓佑馬上被5、6名維安人員連推帶拉，架離會場。
 
馬英九對嗆聲充耳不聞，冷靜地繼續發表談話，從甲午戰爭、八年抗戰和二次大戰，一路講到台灣光復後的二二八事件和韓戰，強調中華民國擁有台灣領土主權，足足講了半個小時；台下滿場聽眾，有的自顧自看手上的資料，有的乾脆閉目打瞌睡，甚至活動開場時唱國歌起立時，禮堂最後一排座位上的多位聽眾卻沒站起一起唱，讓「台灣光復」活動場面氣氛略嫌尷尬。
 
「如果能用鞋敲到他的頭，也許能讓他能醒過來！」廖梓佑表示，一週前受邀觀禮，事先不知道馬英九會出席，一看見他上台就趁機為人民表達心聲；廖梓佑說，原本有帶一支備用鞋，但進場時被維安人員暫時收起保管，今天這麼好的機會、這麼近的距離，如果能用鞋子敲醒馬英九，也許他會為民不聊生的百姓多做些好事。
