美元傳統險第4季熱度大增。壽險業者說，消費者除希望保單能加倍奉還保額之外，還本速度也希望更快。近期多張美元增額險及美元終身險，都主攻「保額加倍及加速還本」雙策略，投保後，第三年保額就加倍、並可領回還本金，一路領到100歲以上。

國泰人壽一張2年期繳的美元還本終身險，就因為同時兼具這項雙特色，在市場強力吸金近200億台幣。雖然國泰保單已暫停銷售，但新光人壽已經跟進，富邦人壽同類型商品也規劃在10月底前上架。

壽險業者指出，以近期推出這幾張美元保單為例，不管是增額險或終身險，都有「保額加倍及加速還本」特色；例如一張2年期的美元終身險，繳費期滿後、保額立刻拉升到10倍。還有一張美元增額險，在投保第三年、保額也快速增加到六倍。至於還本起始點，幾乎全都是自投保後第三年開始。

壽險業者說，這種保額「加倍奉還」的老梗，就是所謂的「增額」，但過去增額和還本，讓消費者沒有感覺，可能是因為增額及還本時間不夠快；但現在這幾張新商品，只花二年就繳費期滿，而繳費期滿後，除保額變大外，同步開始還本；等於繳滿二年、就馬上有錢可領、保額倍增，讓消費者覺得很有fu。

壽險業者說，「增額」險，因為更強調保額加倍奉還，較適合保額不足的青壯族群購買。第一金人壽總經理林元輝就說，若美元增額險，在保單年度前三年，是以「倍數」方式增加到最多六倍，會比用5%到20%單利方式增額的保險，「提前數十年」達成保額快速擴大的目標。也因此，保障不足、家庭責任又大的中壯年族群，比較愛買。

至於強調「還本」特色的美元保單，由於訴求，只要被保險人持續生存，就可「活到老領到老」，可一路領到保戶100或105歲，較適合做退休規劃。在實務上，壽險業者也發現，這種還本保單，以50、60歲的已退休人士及中高資產族群買最多。

大家好 小弟有個問題想要請教一下 我的筆電剛買兩個月 用的是Win 8 正版 現在去官網下載8.1 竟然出現了一個網頁上面顯示的文字如下: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. 【陳意佳／綜合報導】女星王思平與魏蔓接拍台視、三立偶像劇《回到愛以前》，分別著黑、白芭蕾舞裝較勁，魏蔓詮釋純潔白淨的白天鵝，穿上芭蕾舞裝大秀33D好身材。她們倆在戲中飾演同父異母的姊妹，同是芭蕾舞者，但姊姊王思平忌妒妹妹魏蔓擁有的一切，王思平笑說：「我演心機女，是來耍狠的，想詮釋出不同的層次，希望大家看了會恨得牙癢癢的。」
 
2人為戲苦練芭蕾舞，魏蔓表示芭蕾舞很美，但練舞壓力很大，全身痠痛，感覺肩膀就像要長出翅膀一樣，還練到腳指甲外翻斷裂。

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台中1名陳姓電腦工程師(33歲)，坐靠窗處辦公，每天太陽西移就曬到他的右臉，每天至少日曬4小時、曬了10年，半年前他右眼視力變差，就醫發現竟是單眼白內障，手術後恢復。

《蘋果》報導，中國附醫眼科部主任蔡宜佑說，白內障是水晶體混濁致視力不良，過去是「老年人的眼疾」，建議逾30歲的近視民眾，若單眼短時間內度數暴增，可能出現白內障前期水晶體硬化，應立即就醫。醫生提醒，烈日下務必戴太陽眼鏡、帽子防曬，以免視力受損。

★店　　名：新化老攤雞蛋糕 ★地　　址：台南市新化區信義路213號(屈臣氏旁，新化老街週邊) ★營業時間：09:00~18:00 圖文網誌版：http://ilf2ks.pixnet.net/blog/post/7116532 以下為網誌轉貼 有沒有一大早就想吃雞蛋糕的時候呢?哈哈 來新化老街就有很多台南道地小吃可以在早上品嚐 這次來到的是一間排隊名店 聽說是夏天賣冰，冬天賣雞蛋糕 麻糬造訪的時間是10月份~已經開始賣起雞蛋糕啦 一大早吃完早餐後，約莫10點就已經開始出現排隊人潮 現點現做，所以要耐心等候 除了賣雞蛋糕以外，也有賣鳥蛋、茶葉蛋 哈~還真是奇怪的搭配 招牌上所謂的"香蕉"，並不是真的香蕉哦! 是類似紅豆餅，但是是香蕉造型XD 有小時候才會吃的到的感覺 裡面有滿滿的紅豆餡料，料很扎實，蠻實在的 另一邊則是老闆娘製作紅豆餅，除了有紅豆口味以外 還有奶油、芋頭、花生、菜浦、巧克力等口味 因為先買了紅豆內餡的紅豆餅，後來又加點了香蕉 不知道香蕉也是紅豆內餡... 因此此次就是只能分享紅豆的口感啦! 此家雞蛋糕是屬於厚實口感的 如果是喜歡吃脆皮的人，可能會感到不習慣 但是內餡的料也非常的多，且吃起來不會太甜 算是料多價錢實在 如果是吃完早餐才來買的話，可以當個在午餐前的小點心 也是個不錯的選擇唷! 地點：台南市新化區信義路213號(屈臣氏旁，新化老街週邊) 營業時間：09:00~18:00 備註：冬天賣雞蛋糕，夏天賣冰 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.125.143.85

兼任國民黨主席的馬英九總統，昨天在國民黨中常會上指兩岸航線是「國內航線」，因發軒然大波。對此國民黨今天發布澄清搞，指出馬總統於99年就曾經在公開場合多次清楚闡明，兩岸航線既不屬國際航線亦非國內航線，而是特殊航線。

國民黨解釋，馬總統昨在天中常會的說法，最主要的目的是指出，因高鐵通車造成國內航空業業務萎縮，而國際航線又不足以彌補，但短距離的兩岸直航為航空業帶來新的榮景，這是陳述事實，並非改變兩岸航線或兩岸關係的定位，外界無須加以曲解或擴大解讀。

班尼狄克康柏貝奇因「新世紀福爾摩斯」走紅。 （取材自官網）

在英國BBC影集「新世紀福爾摩斯」（Sherlock）裡飾演天才主角而走紅的英國男星班尼狄克康柏貝奇（Benedict Cumberbatch），即將登上10月28日出刊的「時代」雜誌國際版封面。

康柏貝奇最近才被英國電影雜誌「帝國」（Empire）票選為2013年全球百大最性感男星，演出從小螢幕跨到大銀幕，他挑戰多元戲路。例如在「闇黑無界：星際爭霸戰」（Star Trek Into Darkness）裡飾演高智商的反派角色，接下來則在「危機解密」（The Fifth Estate）裡飾演維基解密的創辦人亞桑傑。

「時代雜誌」因他飾演一連串聰明絕頂的角色，以「天才的詮釋者」來形容他。這些角色雖然讓他大放異采，但也讓他變成別人眼中的「明星」──而這是他最害怕的事。

餐廳名稱：瓏日本料理 消費時間：2013/10/18 地址：台中市東區十甲東路190號 (振興路口) 電話：04-22110685 營業時間：早上11點-下午兩點/下午五點-晚上九點 每人平均價位：80起 可否刷卡：不可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：茶碗蒸 生魚片 什錦火鍋 炸天婦羅 壽司 沙拉 網誌圖文介紹 http://blog.xuite.net/comebacktome201314/wretch/140525456 因為去台新醫院看醫生 本來就想吃日式料理 剛好旁邊的7-11, 大埔鐵板燒附近有一個日本料理 於是就選擇這家了 我們點了一個梅定食 + 炒烏龍麵 (80圓) + 什錦火鍋 (320圓) 這道應該是日式小菜吧 最前面的應該是蓮藕? 吃起來脆脆的 口感不錯 但沒特別突出 中間的菜, 酸酸甜甜有腥味但滿好吃的 不過跟家樂福的比起來應該一模一樣 最上面的黑豆非常好吃 不會太甜, 一點甜, 剛剛好, 很開胃 生魚片 應該一種魚算兩小片 我非常推薦 鮪魚的部分, 新鮮外, 非常厚, 不是薄薄一片 咬下去新鮮且不會有那種未退霜的咬感 相當不錯 鮭魚非常的讚 放入嘴巴整個油脂遍佈口腔 基本上我去吃爭鮮的跟其他高級的鮭魚, 我都吃不大出來差在哪 但這家的油脂以及那獨特的味道, 真的很顯然的勝出許多 非常推薦 壽司 我個人覺得左邊跟右邊應該是同一種 但我吃不出來是什麼魚 應該不是鰻魚 他是一個半熟的魚 然後上面還放了魚卵 放入嘴巴口感極佳 然後甜甜的醬汁加上嫩嫩的魚肉以及適當的醋飯 超級好吃!!!!!!!!!! 至於中間的壽司我不知道, 我朋友吃的, 但看起來一般般 烤香魚 媽阿 這是恐龍嗎 看到狂尖叫 好可怕 最後我叫朋友把頭用掉我才敢吃 他的肚子很大 有魚刺 但相當美味 不用沾鹽巴就很好吃了 那個魚肉很嫩很香很新鮮 烤的恰到好處 魚肉飽滿本身口感比秋刀魚好很多 可惜長的太可怕 土瓶蒸個人覺得不優 但因為我喝的時候有點涼掉了 但不能怪我為何涼掉 因為他上菜速度超快 我第一道剛吃完可能就上完全部的了 所以湯不燙 然後裡面的料有雞骨, 雞肉, 不知道為何, 我覺得有腥味, 我不大喜歡 是我吃過土瓶蒸裡面, 最不喜歡的 當你吃的有點膩了, 記得喝點熱茶, 可以去油解膩, 這是上菜前會送的茶 明蝦天婦羅 非常好吃非常推薦的一道!!!!!!!!!!!!! 首先, 這個明蝦又長又粗 我覺得有超過15公分 塞入嘴巴咬了一大口 整個汁噴出來還有鮮嫩的蝦肉 超級好吃, 非常推薦 此外, 其他炸物, 例如炸番薯 也非常讚 咬幾口立刻釋放番薯應有的甜味 好吃極了 醋物 看起來是沙拉 但其實是沙拉的升級版 最上面撲著生牛肉 好吃是好吃但有點柴 旁邊還有生苦瓜, 超苦, 但我愛吃苦 牛肉下面還有章魚, 很Q 不錯 再下面就是青菜了, 就沒有吃了 和風沙拉 相信我 他真的不是和風沙拉 他是類似西提的西式沙拉 但是超級超級超級無敵美味 醬料酸甜適當, 應該是水果優格沙拉 搭配水果 非常解膩 擺在後面上實在是太正確了 一堆日式的突然來了一個西式的 其實更顯的美味喔 茶碗蒸 很好吃喔 很清淡的味道 然後裡面有香菇, 有雞肉等等的料 很清爽, 我很喜歡 最後還有水果我沒拍 但其實也沒必要拍 就兩小塊鳳梨, 句號 以上就是梅定食, 相當不錯 炒烏龍麵 朋友覺得普通 但我很喜歡 因為他很大盤 味道不會很鹹 然後烏龍麵的彈性還不錯 雖不能說是彈牙 但吃過太多地雷 所以我覺得還不錯 什錦火鍋 相當豐富 有肉片 一堆玉米 小黃瓜 芋頭 火鍋料 海鮮料 還有烏龍麵 我覺得還不錯 比我們家附近三本山的好吃多了 因為不會這麼甜, 味道剛剛好 但是, 我也不覺得有多好吃 不知道為何這種日式料理的火鍋都有點壽喜燒的感覺 還是喜歡台式火鍋 喔 話說 我曾經在屏東也吃過差不多價錢的日式什錦火鍋 還有螃蟹呢 不過無論如何 他的在我吃過的裡面確實算不錯的 老實說我覺得這家不錯 但是他上菜速度過快外 我覺得他營業時間太短 對於日式料理九點關有點可惜 希望可以在晚一點 推薦指數 三顆半星 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.109.189
