餐廳名稱：oilily 消費時間：2013年10月(例：2010年/7月，必填項目，違者刪文) 地址：台南市崇學路213號(內外標題皆請附上地區！) 電話：06-3368008 營業時間： 每人平均價位：200 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 圖文好讀版：http://alwaysmisscugi.pixnet.net/blog/post/4960141 因為前幾天閃光閒來無事，逛了許多早午餐的部落格， 熱愛吃早午餐的她，決定立志品嘗各家早午餐，因此開啟了我們的早午餐之旅， 日光緩緩是這之後的第一家，olily是第二家，不過剛吃完olily，因此就從這篇寫起， 當然，在這之前我們也吃過幾間，日後再陸續補上。 很幸運地，今天一到就有位置，不過是吧檯前的位置，閃光覺得有點不自在， 剛好後方一桌客人結帳離開，我們就換到兩人桌了， 看了menu不到五分鐘，店員很立刻的詢問點餐，(好像還不錯~很迅速) 但詢問餐前要牛奶還是果汁，沙拉要甚麼醬料，主餐麵包要甚麼，講得很快， 讓我覺得很急，很有壓迫感， 因為我是第一次來，也和閃光分點兩種不同的選擇，牛奶果汁各一，醬料選擇油醋和桔汁 麵包則是可頌和厚片，因為我不愛法國麵包偏硬的口感 牛奶和果汁都是味全的(可以在第一張照片中間看到)， 沙拉的醬料口感都偏重(和日光緩緩比起來的話) 尤其是桔汁，裡面還加了黑胡椒，這是我吃不習慣的， 因為吃完之後，嘴巴裡面都是黑胡椒麻麻的刺激感，而不是清爽的感受， 閃光的油醋醬也是，雖然多汁的生菜可以稀釋掉醬料的味道， 但對我來說還是太重了，不過如果喜歡重口味的人應該會很喜歡。 (閃光說，他很愛吃菜，因此olily的整盤生菜光看就很滿足了，吃完整個就是大開心) 不過主餐就比較單調，分量看起來比較少一點， 蛋煎半熟，滑嫩入口，不過完全沒有調味，我就加了一點黑胡椒， 閃光則是加了許多番茄醬，他超愛番茄醬的!! 馬鈴薯泥蛋沙拉我覺得還不錯， 培根只有一片，我覺得有點少，還有番茄和奇異果(1/8片，沒去皮)， 厚片有塗上果醬(不選口味)，可頌有烤出酥脆的口感，不過也是原味， 閃光加了他點的柑菊茶附贈的蜂蜜，WOW~增添了不同的風味，好吃。 飲料我點的是焦糖蘋果奶茶，閃光則是柑菊花茶， 奶油上面灑的是肉桂粉，我忘了焦糖蘋果和肉桂是絕配(其實我本身不愛肉桂刺激的味道) 還好味道不會太重，還有奶油包覆，讓肉桂的味道不至於太過刺激，容易入口， 焦糖應該只有加在奶油上方，奶茶本身有水果味，但不太像是蘋果味道， 閃光的柑菊茶用茶包沖泡，一上桌的時候沖泡不夠久，即使顏色已經泛黃， 味道還是太淡， 不過整體來說，還可以接受，因為任選飲料不加價!! 對閃光來說，滿滿的沙拉盤和任選飲料不加價，讓人覺得這樣的早午餐價格($200)很OK， 只差在假日生意很好，人真的很多!!這次真得很幸運一到就有位置， 其實我們前幾周都有經過，看到等待的客人有三四組就直接離開了， 而且假日用餐限時兩小時(每家生意很好的早午餐店都這樣， 也要讓其他人享受美味的早午餐) ， 我們就是坐到讓店員提醒我們用餐時間已經到了才離開 (吃飽總是會拿出手機玩玩candy或其他遊戲啦~XD) 希望大家想去用餐時，都能馬上有位置，不用等太久。 (假日不接受訂位，都要現場留下姓名，和現場等待，到了會叫名字，不會用手機聯絡唷) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.116.177.138

【晏明強／台北報導】國共論壇（兩岸經貿文化論壇）將於10月26日、27日在廣西南寧登場，國民黨照例由國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄率團出席，共產黨則由新領導班子核心成員、全國政協主席俞正聲與會。國民黨代表團成員涵蓋政、產、官、學界，包括新黨主席郁慕明、人民最大黨主席許榮淑、親民黨秘書長秦金生、經建會副主委黃萬翔及鴻海集團董事長郭台銘等200餘人參加。

國民黨人士透露，去年國共論壇正值中國大陸高層權力交班，部份議題安排不免帶有試探意味的政治性，但今年論壇就完全沒有政治性議題，回歸論壇原本具有的經貿文化功能與角色。我方與會官員除黃萬翔外，還有教育部次長黃碧端，及陸委會文教處長華士傑等人，而黃萬翔也將在論壇中專題演講「推動兩岸經貿與文化合作方向與策略」。據了解，俞正聲將於25日晚間設宴歡迎吳伯雄等一行人，26日開幕式與27日閉幕式，吳伯雄與俞正聲也都會發表談話。

平埔族西拉雅系大滿族的高雄市甲仙區小林里居民，每年農曆9月15 日為「太祖夜祭」日子，今晚小林人返鄉，共同舞動，與太祖進行心靈交流。行政院重建會執行長陳振川、文化部主祕蕭宗煌、高雄市陳菊市長、甲仙區公所李元新區長等人到場參加，夜光中超過千人湧入會場。

陳振川表示，他第一次參加小林夜祭時，大家心情還很悲悽，第二次參加時，小林居民已完全安置，夜祭活動像嘉年華般，讓人感受到「小林回來了」，今晚人潮更多，他帶來馬總統的賀電，期望小林鄉親能發揚平埔文化、發展觀光創意產業、永續經營。

陳菊說，101年時市府已將小林平埔夜祭登錄為重要平埔祭典，今年更向文化部申請登錄指定為國家級文化資產，期使平埔夜祭能成為本市第一個指定為國家重要民俗文化遺產。

這次小林平埔夜祭，由平埔走鏢活動展開序幕，上午進行公廨整修、立向竹，下午進行平埔會親、平埔美食饗宴，並播放五部重建影片，傍晚時舉行公祭、族人穿著傳統服飾，哼唱牽曲古調「塔母洛」，並表演牛犛陣、戀戀平埔情、平埔婚禮、查某瞑等十多項戲曲及舞蹈表演。

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】現行法令規定，女性勞工生理假和病假天數併計，立委江惠貞認為此方式造成女性勞工病假縮水，昨立法院因此初審修法通過，女性勞工每年可有3天生理假不需併入病假計算，等於一年有33天的病假加生理假，其中30天為半薪，多出的3天生理假僱主可不給薪。

《蘋果》報導，上班族劉小姐說，修法沒感覺，多3天假卻沒薪水，不太可能請，因為生理痛也許是半天，卻要損失一天薪水，「划不來！」不願具名的人資主管則指出，一般女性員工生理痛，都會先請特休假，幾乎不可能請完半薪病假。

（軍聞社記者方正臺北十八日）376對參加國軍一０二年聯合婚禮的新人，今天在良辰吉時，帶著總統馬英九先生福證與二千多位親友的祝福，熱熱鬧鬧完成終身大事。

　國軍今年「愛你一生、情定今世」聯合婚禮下午在國防大學復興崗校區實施，馬總統擔任證婚人，國防部長嚴明、參謀總長高廣圻上將為雙方主婚人，陸軍司令李翔宙上將、空軍司令劉震武上將則是男、女方介紹人，見證三百七十六對新人互許終身、幸福的一刻。

　吉時一到，新人們分批搭乘禮車巴士，抵達美輪美奐的會場，依序步行通過由三軍儀隊帥氣官兵所搭起的劍門，接受在場觀禮的二千多位親友及國軍代表最誠摯的祝福。

　儀式中，首先全體新郎向新娘高跪姿求婚、相互鞠躬及交換信物後，由馬總統宣讀結婚證書，新人代表、主婚人、介紹與證婚人用印，以及頒發證書、賀禮，並在致詞中期許佳偶牽緊彼此的手，一輩子幸福相守，共創美滿家庭。

　總統首次參與國軍官兵聯合婚禮，為三百多位新人福證，也感受到國軍重視家庭、軍眷的用心，並舉「十年修得同船渡、百年修得共枕眠」勉勵新人珍惜緣分、福氣，相親相愛，共結連理組成為家庭。

　總統以「國際大導演李安」夫妻共患難為例，期許新人們相知相惜、互信互諒，經營生活美滿的家庭，尤其配偶都是要能犧牲奮鬥的軍人，必須要彼此瞭解，大膽信任並支持其從軍報國志業，更希望大家努力「增產報國」，忠實履行國家政策，並在完善育兒措施及無後顧之憂下，共同創造幸福美滿的人生。

　新人代表吳曉青中校致謝詞時，帶領全體新郎宣誓向新娘效忠，也感謝三軍統帥出席證婚，至為榮幸，並表示，將謹記總統的祝福賀詞，為國家效命、為人民服務，在工作上盡忠職守，也會在家庭中真心相守，永遠愛護珍惜上天恩賜、岳父割捨的心肝寶貝。

　典禮結束前，全體佳偶在總統讀秒見證中，彼此深情擁吻，向世人宣示兩人終身無悔的愛情與婚約；稍後，總統與全體新人合影，並逐一向每位新郎、新娘握手致意，祝福他們「相知相守、永浴愛河、白頭偕老」。

前總統蔣中正夫人蔣宋美齡逝世10週年，為緬懷這位跨越3世紀歷史人物，婦聯會等單位將聯合展出「永遠的蔣夫人」紀念特展。

中正文教基金會執行長邵銘煌今天說，中華民國婦女聯合會、中正文教基金會及中正紀念堂管理處將聯合舉辦紀念特展，追思「中華民國永遠的第一夫人」。

展場設在台北市中正紀念堂1樓「美齡藝廊」，預計23日下午3時舉行揭幕典禮，展覽到12月8日止。

邵銘煌表示，中華郵政9月以蔣宋美齡肖像結合畫作，推出郵票1枚，面值新台幣12元，發行85萬套，隨即「秒殺」一空，意外造成兩岸搶購，席捲一股「美齡熱」。

他說，這枚郵票網拍價上漲10倍以上，足見蔣宋美齡魅力不減。

除紀念郵票，邵銘煌表示，有廠商推出文創商品「美齡茶」，是當年蔣宋美齡在台灣官邸愛喝的「茉莉花茶」，經業者包裝成商品。

有趣的是，「美齡茶」由蔣家第4代蔣友柏開設的澄果設計公司設計。

邵銘煌表示，紀念特展展出190餘幅罕見或首見影像、及60餘件珍貴文物，包括蔣宋美齡畫作真跡。

在「優雅人生」展出項目中，他說，蔣宋美齡嫁給蔣中正後，扮演賢內助，各方面都是好幫手。其實她非常講究、享受人生，琴棋書畫都有不錯表現。

蔣宋美齡曾向國畫大師黃君璧拜師學藝，邵銘煌表示，這次展出中，黃君璧的女兒將提供8件蔣宋美齡畫作真跡，首度呈現在世人眼前；此外，也將展出蔣宋美齡旗袍、手提包、扇子及手套等。
