國中小過有標準嗎

在國中裡，被處罰的程度有:
口頭>警告(服裝不整、老師處罰、態度不好)>小過(公然吵架)>大過(打架、公然嗆老師)
其實這些標準主要是老師按造校規決定處罰程度
但是老師也可以加重或減輕
假如被記了的話，銷過不會太難，可是到畢業都還沒消掉，會影響你的升學

保釣人士聚集萬里漁港遭攔截

保釣人士黃錫麟等人18日晚上6點半聚集在新北市萬里漁港，欲開漁船「永春號」出海，遭岸巡人員攔截。黃稱他們一行6人只是想出海釣魚，並非為保釣出海。岸巡人員表示，他們人尚未到齊，還未完成報關程序，目前雙方仍在交涉中。

  • 國民黨延期舉辦的19全會，將寄給王金平的開會通知，頭銜從原先的「中評會主席團主席」改為「王院長金平」， 頗有解讀空間。（資料照）

國民黨表示將會在月底寄發19全開會通知給與會黨代表，立法院長王金平當然也在其中，但據了解，有別於上一次國民黨中央是以「中評會主席團主席」身份邀請王金平，這次則改成「王院長金平」的頭銜，讓人產生「善意尊重」或「有意切割」的不同解讀；對此國民黨內部人士說，這單純只是距離開會的時間緊湊，內部的行政作業予以簡化。

國民黨19全會原本訂於9月29日在國父紀念館舉行，卻因多個民間團體揚言要在會場周邊發起嗆馬行動，國民黨內部研商之後，以「基於社區秩序安寧及民眾安全」為由宣布延期，並在日前敲定，將改在11月10日轉往台中港區綜合體育館舉行。

在爆發「九月政爭」國民黨宣布開除王金平黨籍，王隨即向法院提起「確認國民黨員資格存在」的民事訴訟，並獲法院裁準保留黨籍的假處分後，雖然國民黨早早定調，王金平因具立委身份是當然黨代表，自然會邀請王與會，但據了解，在將要重新寄發給王金平的邀請函頭銜方面，國民黨內部經討論後也決定做了變更。

前次黨中央寄給王金平的邀請函，頭銜寫的是「中評會主席團主席」，這次則將改以「王院長金平」來稱呼，就外界看來，「立法院長」的稱呼顯然比較具有份量，且國民黨要在國會中推動法案，勢必還需仰賴王金平之力，改以「王院長金平」頗有刻意「尊王」之意；不過就國民黨內部而言，「中評會主席團主席」卻是象徵著「黨內大老」的地位，更帶有「自己人」的含意，這次國民黨內部決定更改王金平的頭銜，是否另有深意耐人尋味。

但黨內人士私下表示，過去因為每個人將參加的會不盡相同（除了全代會，還有中全會、中評會等），頭銜也會跟著做區分，但這次的全代會突然延後舉行，作業準備時間已經所剩不多，為了簡化行政程序，被邀請對象的頭銜上也跟著做了簡化，不再區分得那麼仔細。

民進黨立委所提的倒閣案沒有通過，立法院各委員會的議程也持續進行，民進黨立委薛凌今（16）日在質詢財政部長張盛和時就表示，聽說閣員都是有任務的，張要負責5位立委，張盛和則表示，只負責3位，薛凌除虧張盛和怎麼沒打給她，也質疑這叫不叫關說？這是不是院長叫部長關說？

立法院財政委員會今日併案審查行政院函請審議「所得稅法第15條條文修正草案」暨立法委員盧秀燕等36人、委員許忠信等19人、委員吳秉叡等21人及委員吳秉叡等17人分別擬具「所得稅法第15條條文修正草案」計5案。

民進黨立委薛凌在質詢時對著財政部長張盛和時表示，她知道在倒閣案表決前「你都有任務啦！」，「你負責5位」，張盛和則表示，「只有3位啦～」，「我只有打了3個電話」。

薛凌接著問，張盛和打了電話後，委員都怎麼說？張盛和表示，委員都表示會全力支持。薛凌也虧張盛和怎麼沒打給她？張盛和只說，給他的3個名單中並沒有薛的名字。

薛凌也質疑這叫不叫關說？是不是院長叫部長關說？也希望張盛和不要把自己做小了，不要變成「國民黨的財政部長」；張盛和則表示，違法的才是關說，這是請求委員支持，就像他也有到薛凌委員的辦公室請求支持法案順利通過。

勞委會預算想解凍 等關廠工人爭訟有解

〔自由時報記者甘芝萁／台北報導〕立法院社福衛環委員會昨審查勞委會預算凍結案，委員會最後有條件通過解凍案，要求勞委會在立法院修法讓關廠工人免還款有法源依據前，針對目前在民事法院審理提出移轉而尚未裁定案件，向各該管轄法院轉達立院的主決議，始得動支。

勞委會今年度預算有五分之一、約一億零六百三十一萬元，因勞委會向關廠工人提告而遭到立委凍結，昨天審查預算解凍案時，立委討論焦點多著重在如何解決關廠工人僵局。

昨在立法院門口也聚集二十多名關廠工人，要求立委在關廠案爭議解決前，不得解凍預算。關廠工人連線代表吳永毅說，勞委會若不主動且明確表態本案為公法契約，反而拿著立法院決議推諉卸責，立法院就不應解凍勞委會預算。

社福衛環委員會最後做出主決議，要求勞委會應主動將關廠工人官司向法院聲請移轉管轄到行政庭，也要求立法院修訂就業服務法第二十四條，建立法源依據使關廠工人免予返還全部貸款。

預告下月十日威「鞋」藍營全代會

關廠工人昨也手持破鞋，丟向由紙箱做成的台中梧棲中港體育館，象徵關廠工人已經準備好十一月十日一定會到國民黨全代會現場來萬人威「鞋」。吳永毅也預告，將在十一月初啟動募鞋列車，預計從台北行經桃園、新竹、苗栗、台中各縣市募鞋。

負債跑路出軌過 龍劭華人生如戲 【聯合報╱記者杜沛學／專訪】 從出生就注定「人生如戲」，龍劭華說自己特別早熟，國小4年級就會「把妹」，16歲決 定要當明星，開始跟在陳松勇身邊當小弟。從前年開始連3年入圍金鐘獎，今年雙料入圍 影帝，他演技早受肯定，他說，演過的每部作品、每個角色，人生都幾乎經歷過，或許就 是造就演技活靈活現的原因。 詮釋病痛 演技有層次 這次入圍的兩部作品「含笑食堂」、「喇叭宏的悲喜曲」，龍劭華分別飾演阿茲海默症及 舌癌患者，都和病痛有關，前幾年他也因爆瘦診斷出糖尿病，頗能體會病人的心情，但每 種病痛詮釋起來仍有不同，尤其是「含」劇，他說是從影以來最有深度、層次的一個角色 ，他形容：「一個轉身要掉淚，卻因失智又不知道為什麼自己要哭。」 糖尿病無法根治，但龍劭華近幾年戲約不斷、氣色頗佳，他透露靠運動維持健康，大量排 汗促進新陳代謝，每天跑步3公里、做100下伏地挺身，訪問當天現場示範，做10幾下臉不 紅氣不喘，平常還會上網搜尋國外健身影片，在拍攝片場做簡易運動，飲食有太太幫忙控 制，坦言：「生病後有怕到，開始有所覺悟，如果再不注意就要洗腎了。」 妻子相伴 親情最掛心　 「含」劇中龍劭華為外遇對象離家，現實生活中他也曾背叛妻子，現大方面對這段過去， 笑說：「我老婆都說我那時是『鬼撞牆』，被下符咒了。」現體悟到男人應自律，也感激 妻子原諒他、無怨無悔陪他走過人生大半輩子。 從出生就被母親拋棄、成為別人家的養子，龍劭華一度和生母相見，後來又斷音訊至今， 他把自己失去的親情「加倍奉還」在自己的兒女身上，新出的玩具、電玩都一樣不差的買 給孩子，也和他們一起玩，和兒子像朋友、對女兒是慈父，他說：「小時候得不到的，現 在希望盡力給小孩。」 大起大落 演戲如傳道 龍劭華的人生大起大落，在最潦倒、低潮的時候，借貸度日、負債跑路都經歷過，甚至一 度想輕生；隨後又有徐進良、林福地等貴人相助，演出「台灣水滸傳」、「天公疼好人」 等戲一炮而紅，當時走紅程度，去3天工地秀就能帶回4、50萬現金。 但當龍劭華終於大紅，拍戲、出唱片、主持等工作源源不絕時，他又害怕失敗，因而患憂 鬱、躁鬱症，他笑著回憶：「當時每天晚上都睡不著覺，在客廳把家具搬來搬去換位置， 惹得鄰居都來抗議了。」還好最後仍慢慢想通，走出憂鬱症。 龍劭華認為，藝人的工作像「布施者」，演戲如同傳道，「演到一齣有教育性質、對社會 有幫助的戲和角色，就是在做善事。」因此沒有想過何時退休，笑說：「演到大家不想看 我為止吧。」 今年金鐘獎影帝之爭，外界都認為龍劭華最大對手是周渝民，他認為，「每個入圍者都是 精英，沒有誰比誰演得好，就看誰的角色較討喜，受到觀眾和評審喜愛。」今年他有兩項 獎的機會爭影帝，透露也會走兩次紅毯，愛漂亮的他一個晚上會換3、4套禮服。 http://udn.com/NEWS/MEDIA/8226828-3176123.jpg

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】新北市海山分局昨天深夜前往桃園破獲1個販毒集團，逮捕以47歲李姓主嫌為首共7名嫌犯，由於這個販毒集團所販售的海洛英及安非他命品質有口碑，所以在北桃園一帶頗負盛名，在警方監控蒐證期間粗估每個月收入超過30萬元。
 
警方表示，李姓主嫌原本就染有毒癮，前年其妻47歲的游女罹患骨髓癌，因需要龐大的醫藥費治療，因此鋌而走險，夫妻倆開始了販毒生涯。加上游女手術將腫瘤切除後，因行動不便而且全身莫名的疼痛，靠吸食海洛英及安非他命止痛也染上毒癮，李嫌就常以其妻吸食自己所販賣的毒品後能止痛兼治病為噱頭，使他的販毒集團日益壯大，直到到昨天遭警方破獲將集團共7人依違反毒品危害防制條例移送法辦。

美元下跌 CBOT農產品全面上漲

芝加哥期貨交易所（CBOT）三大農產品期貨10月1日全面上漲，主要因美元下跌有利出口的激勵；主要交易月份12月玉米期貨收盤小漲0.06%成為每英斗4.43美元，12月小麥上漲0.7%成為每英斗6.86美元，11月黃豆上漲1.3%成為每英斗12.9325美元。

美國洲際期貨交易所（ICE Futures U.S.）12月棉花期貨10月1日上漲0.8%成為每磅83.82美分，2014年3月粗糖期貨小跌0.05%成為每磅19.00美分。

作物預測機構Lanworth週三（10月16日）將2013/14年度全球玉米產量預估下調100萬噸至9.52億噸，主要受到巴西產量預估下調的影響；Lanworth將巴西玉米產量預估由7,410萬噸下調至7,380萬噸。報告稱，巴西異常高的玉米庫存最終可能會導致南美的玉米種植面積減少。Lanworth對全球黃豆與小麥的產量預估則維持不變，分別為2.86億噸與7.06億噸。

分析機構英富曼經濟（Informa Economics）上週報告預估，截至明年8月的2013/14年度，全球玉米產量將達9.636億噸，此將帶動期末庫存增加至1.583億噸。美國農業部（USDA）上月報告的產量預估為9.567億噸，期末庫存預估為1.514億噸。英富曼經濟預估2013/14年度全球黃豆產量將為2.84億噸，高於USDA上月預估的2.817億噸；期末庫存則預估較上年度的6,160萬噸增加至7,130萬噸。

《油世界》在報告中稱，南美前五大黃豆產國在2013/14年度料種植5420萬公頃(1.339億英畝)黃豆，較上一年度增加200萬公頃。巴西黃豆播種面積料為2900萬公頃，高於上一年度的2770萬公頃。阿根廷黃豆播種面積預估為1970萬公頃，增加3%。報告顯示，若干燥地區的降雨面積擴大，南美2014年年初的黃豆產量將超過去年創紀錄的1.45億噸。

BLOG圖文安靜閱讀版 http://prongs256.blog103.fc2.com/blog-entry-192.html 前一陣子看了PTT的美妝板的penguin74627板友的快速晾乾大量刷具的小方法 覺得非常實用~~但是又不想去特地購買掛架... 所以就找了手邊現有的材料來替代XDD 剛好有最近周年慶買掛燙機送的S勾 就直接用上了~~~XD 一開始是掛在廁所 http://blog-imgs-62-origin.fc2.com/p/r/o/prongs256/IMG_1032.jpg
