【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】香港電視未獲政府發放執照，引起許多港民憤怒，中國民運人士王丹17日，也在臉書上聲援表示「讓港人能有真正自己的電視，這已經是香港人最後的防線。如果這道 防線潰堤，香港將再無自保之道。這一步，港人不能讓。支持王維基先生。」獲得不少網友支持，同仇敵愾聲援香港電視。

港視主席王維基17日出席一講座時也表示，自己受到不公對待，但聲言他仍會努力，能夠攔他一次，不代表能攔第二次。他還提到目前香港的電視節目，是由幾個人決定是否播出，而港視想改變這個情況，港視的同事若想做不同的節目，只要不涉色情或嘩眾取寵等，他不會阻止，但港視不做「中央十台」，香港的電視台應該做本土節目，因此香港的電視台不應叫亞洲台，而應叫香港台。

又到了換季的時刻， 長髮及腰且頂著布丁頭的我決定找Peggy大改造！ 一直不習慣頭髮被剪短很多，但由於髮尾乾的情況相當嚴重， peggy決定這次的大改造成為超有質感的亮髮， 所以一刀就剪掉我留了許久的長髮，雖然那刀下去蠻心痛的， 但是一直都很放心給Peggy處理我的頭髮，聽她的交給她準沒錯又放心。 這次決定染比較偏暖色系的髮色， 沒想到一說出需求馬上跟Peggy就達成共識， 決定染「楓葉紅」，聽起來超級有秋天的感覺！ peggy真的是很細心的設計師，頭皮隔離做得相當仔細， 過程中也一直詢問頭皮會不會有不舒服感， 而且全程都是由設計師peggy親自處理， 上染劑時也都上的很均暈完全不馬虎，染完也親自幫我做深層護髮， 結果當然是相當滿意相當柔順喲！ 而且整個髮質感覺起來真的超乎意料的好又亮， 真的很謝謝Peggy，讓我恢復有質感的頭髮^_^ 趕快附上染後照給大家看： http://ppt.cc/5HDt http://ppt.cc/o2KT http://ppt.cc/SGoV ------------------------------------------------------ 為了維持頭髮的柔順， 染完後隔幾周又再去找Peggy做護髮，不過發現Peggy搬家囉!!! 目前視覺二店是在　台北市羅斯福路三段300號2樓， 想找Peggy的人不要跑錯地方！ 這次護髮馬上體驗新環境，有點興奮， 新環境很寬敞又漂亮，坐在落地窗旁用頭髮， 而且有電視看還有可口的點心，真的是一大享受！！！！！ 最貼心的是Peggy還幫我泡了杯特別的香草茶>///////※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.102.182.116

九月中開始找工作 這次一個月就找到了 不過是計時的業務工作 時薪175 有勞退 勞健保 隔周休 上班九點到五點 雖然不是理想中的工作 但計時的好像沒啥福利 也簽了一張表 業績達到多少 薪水是多少 如果三個月沒達到可解職=.= 似乎沒什麼福利 感覺還是得騎驢找馬.... 本來想慢慢找 但沒工作還是在燒存款 只好先來做 囧> 之前去複試過的工作 沒上 但職缺出來 我又投 他又找我面試 為啥不能直接找我上班啊/_\ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.111.128

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】九月政爭以來的朝野僵局可解，行政院長江宜樺今可望上台施政報告；立法院長王金平上午受訪時表示，今天等於是一個新民意的展現，非常感謝民進黨能夠尊重局勢，完全遵守民主精神。

至於是否參加國民黨全代會？王金平表示，還沒有收到邀請函，若收到就出席。

美國債限問題進入倒數計時，今日亞洲股市觀望氛圍濃厚，早盤呈現漲跌互見，外界擔心美債危機會衝擊到台股。財政部長張盛和表示，美債若出現違約問題，影響最大的是股市，國安基金已進入備戰狀態，一旦台股發生失序狀況，如無量下跌，就會立刻召開臨時會議並進場護盤。張盛和指出，若跌50或100點則屬正常，國安基金就不用進場。

張盛和上午到立法院財委會進行「所得稅法第十五條條文修正草案」口頭報告，並備質詢。國民黨立委盧秀燕質詢指出，明天是美債大限，各國央行都已進入備戰狀態，美國前十大銀行中，甚至有3家銀行憂心美債危機無法解決，已開始囤積鈔票，避免發生擠兌現象，台灣的八大公股行庫將如何因應？

張盛和回答說，政府將會密切注意並且高度準備，外界不用過度憂慮，強調美國人不會笨到不解決而讓美國破產，只是會笨到最後一刻才解決。

張盛和指出，美債若違約，影響最大的是股市，國安基金已開始密切注意後續發展，除了相關人員會加班留守觀察外，行政院副院長毛治國也可以隨時召開臨時會議，授權國安基金進場護盤，但張盛和強調，若台股明日只跌50或100點，是正常情況，則不需要國安基金進場護盤。
