【動新聞／綜合報導】淫魔富少李宗瑞上月被判刑22年4個月，其中1名被害女子因性愛片在網路瘋傳，遭到未婚夫退婚、討回訂婚鑽戒。女子不甘人生被李宗瑞給毀了，憤而向法院提告李強制性交、偷拍。沒想到法官檢視性愛光碟後，認為影片中李曾問：「喜不喜歡？」被害女子先答「NO」又答「喜歡」，法官因而認定她未被性侵。

這名被害女子向法官說，她前年七月在夜店與李宗瑞喝酒，接下來發生的事情她都不記得，醒來時已天亮，李還睡在她身旁，自己雖還穿著裙子，但上衣卻被褪到腰部。女子當天在日記寫「他拉我去他家轟趴，我居然失憶，也不記得怎麼回家，還花五百元計程車錢，氣死人」；隔日她又寫「我睡到下午五點，Justin（李宗瑞）發簡訊來，說他拍了影片，天啊！我完全沒印象」、女子又找李宗瑞理論，看李當場刪除手機中的性愛影片，被害人以為從此事過境遷，豈料去年八月，性愛影片在網路上瘋傳，三個月後，被害女子的未婚夫也看到性愛影片，憤而要求退婚並討回訂婚鑽戒。

我是展元,我在FB[徐展元。後援會] https://www.facebook.com/tesl.anchor PO了以下的文章,內有相關照片連結 我是展元,今天10/9(三)晚上6點30分,高雄澄清湖球場 Lamigo桃猿(林柏佑)vs義大犀牛(林英傑)原定馬克因傷更換 緯來體育台現場直播,請開心看球囉! 今天的照片是在昨天PO的那張之後緊接著拍的, 展元雙手高舉3秒鐘後,難免會痠嘛! 所以把手放下來也是很合理的囉! 嘻嘻 展元說過,我播球所前PO的文,一定跟主場球隊有關,以示公平, 這篇文章內容雖然是與林益全有關, 但今天是我本季例行賽最後一次播義大犀牛的主場賽事, 大家捫心自問,你們是想看展元與[義大神拳]的合照呢? 還是與"犀睛女孩"的合照呢? 嘻嘻 請各位好朋友給超級認真,美麗動人的"犀睛女孩"支持鼓勵吧! 【陳亮諭／綜合報導】藝人羅霈穎和名嘴許聖梅的罵戰越演越烈，另一名嘴王瑞玲也加入混戰，她昨天在許聖梅的臉書留言，一開始先「道歉」，文末寫到，「有隆乳的你，要記得去做乳房攝影檢查。」許聖梅頗不爽，「我會讓她100倍奉還」。

《蘋果》報導，王瑞玲曾在許聖梅臉書留言，指她「搶別人老公眾人皆知」，許揚言告她。王瑞玲昨在她的臉書先「道歉」再說：「這個月10月是全球乳房防治月，有隆乳的你，要記得去做乳房攝影檢查。」

許聖梅說，「我承認我有做胸部，但她煽動網友，還賺到上通告的機會，我會讓她100倍奉還」。許透露這2天就會按鈴控告羅、王2人，但王解釋：「我是真心道歉，到此為止，反正朋友也做不成了。」

標題[請益] 測試都沒問題 跑遊戲會黑頻+爆音

這是我的配備 OS：Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 Motherboard：ASRock G41C-GS CPU：Intel Core2 Quad Processor Q9550-E0 VGA：Gigabyte GV-R785OC-2GD RAM：Kingston KHX8500 AD2K2/4G Power：jawin 威力600w Harddrive：WD SATAII 1TB/32MB 10EADS 7200rpm 顯卡驅動版本:13.152-130830a-163178C-ATI 一個半月之前電腦就會黑頻 所以拿去給維修店家處理 後來店家說是顯卡的問題 所以我自己就拿去原購買處(原價屋)送修 送修回來 維修單寫說跑3D MARK沒問題 所以原物回來 後來店家又幫我測 猜測可能是Power有問題 後來前幾天跟人借一顆新的 開機正常 為了確認電腦沒問題 當天晚上睡前就掛著燒機 燒了9個多小時 早上起來看一切安好 然後開開心心的更新Diablo3 然後玩大概10分鐘就黑頻+爆音 重開機後換一款遊戲玩America's Army: Proving Grounds Beta也是黑頻+爆音 再重開機之後 跑3d mark06 不到5分鐘黑頻+爆音 之後幾天我都沒再碰3D遊戲 但奇怪的是我玩CS就很正常 玩一個小時都沒問題 今天再次測試 燒機將近19分鐘沒問題 更奇怪的是我這次跑3dmark06 都沒問題 只不過跑到最後會出現 IDirect:Device9::Present failed: Device lost (D3DERR_DEVICELOST) 的視窗 然後再次玩Diablo3 一樣大概10分鐘還是黑頻+爆音 重開機之後再跑3dmark06沒問題 只是一樣會跑出上面那個視窗 然後再玩America's Army: Proving Grounds Beta 一樣會黑頻 只不過這次沒爆音 我真的覺得我的電腦十分詭異...請問這有解嗎Orz 我只是想好好的玩遊戲而已 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.97.239

今年雙十國慶大典氣氛緊張，不少抗議團體一大早就聚集在國慶典禮外圍，衝突不斷，有學生團體企圖衝入景福門管制區，台灣國團體還闖入立院拆國旗。

由學生團體組成的「 黑色島國青年陣線 」在景福門附近靜坐，手持標語高喊「馬吳江下台、人民除三害」，情緒激動企圖衝入封鎖線，與警方發生激烈衝突。

反核團體 拆立院國旗抗議

還有反核團體一大早闖進立法院，拉起布條、抬棺抗議，要求馬總統滾下台，還突襲翻牆衝入立院屋頂拆下國旗，換升起反核公民旗，過程中也與警方發生肢體衝突。

※ [本文轉錄自 PttLifeLaw 看板 #1ILS2NkF ] 事實經過： 今年在台中市某公寓租了個小套房，對面房客時常吸菸且不關門 故走廊上時有菸味， 甚至飄進我屋裡(雖已關門，卻仍從門縫飄進來) 剛剛向鄰居協調 希望他在吸菸時關閉房門 --------------------------------------------------- 協調結果： 失敗。 鄰居認為他在私人空間抽菸，那飄到馬路上不就每個人都要找他 開門也是為了室內通風， 最後直接開大絕：「我住那麼久也都沒有問題！」 --------------------------------------------------- 問題： 爬了一下文，有人舉出《菸害防制法》與《公寓大廈管制條例》 《菸》對於禁菸所列項目裡，有哪些細項可適用呢?
