行政院人事總處今天表示，依「行政院運用勞動派遣應行注意事項」規定，各機關得運用派遣勞工人數上限為15,514人，不得再增加，且截至本年6月30日止各機關實際運用派遣勞工人數已下降至10,223人，下降幅度達34%，並無浮濫用人情形。

另人事總處並已要求各機關在勞動派遣相關規定完成立法前，其運用的派遣勞工人數應以持續精簡為目標，並應依派遣注意事項規定，就現行以勞動派遣方式辦理業務，俟派遣勞工契約到期後，通盤檢討業務性質，研議改採委外或其他人力替代措施等方式辦理可行性。

根據中國日報網報導，據日本媒體10月10日報導，日本一項網路調查顯示，日本20幾歲的年輕女性中，有6成人承認自己有過『一夜情』。

東京一家以女性白領為主要讀者物件的生活網站『CITY LIVING』所作的一項最新網上調查結果顯示，有41%的女性承認自己有過『一夜情』的經歷，同時有59%的人表示『沒有』。

調查顯示， 20幾歲的年輕女性中，盡管有70%的人表示『對一夜情有抵觸感』，但是事實上有60%的人回答『有過一夜情的經歷』。40幾歲的中年女性中，對於『一夜情』有抵觸情緒的比例，只有23%，顯示中年女性對於『一夜情』比較容忍和渴望。

調查結果也顯示，最容易發生『一夜情』的物件，分別是：高中同學、前戀人、友人聚會上相遇的帥哥、工作關係相遇的俊男、單位同事。最容易發生『一夜情』的場合是『聚餐喝酒後一起去情人旅館』。

事發於當地時間周二(8日)下午5時許，該名女高中生在返回位於三鷹市家途中，遭一名男子割頸，腹部被捅多刀。據目擊者稱，兇手是一名年約20至30歲的男子。東京警視廳在晚上約7時，已逮捕了一名懷疑涉案男子。
