【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名58歲張姓男子，今年3月24日上午10時許，與家人在暖暖區東碇路上掃墓，與62歲鄭姓兄長因祖產問題談不攏，爆發口角。張男竟拿出除草用鐮刀，左右手持雙刀猛砍鄭男，鄭男當場濺血，送醫檢查後發現身上有多處撕裂傷。
 
警方調查，張男有家暴頃向，家人已針對他申請保護令，訊後張男也坦承犯行。日前全案偵結，檢方依傷害罪起訴張男。

【辛啟松／台南報導】台南仁德分屍案露出曙光！警方公佈畫像後，一名桃園越籍女子指認，死者是她28歲越南籍黎姓女友人，8月與丈夫南下之後就失去音訊，因牙齒相似度達9成，失蹤越女的越南籍先生也在棄屍地點仁德區工作、有地緣關係，專案小組請駐外人員採回女子親人檢體，比對後已確認身分。
 
警方經多日佈線，今天展開搜索，目前已帶回被害人先生做偵訊，現仍設法突破心防，釐清案情。
 
警方上周公布死者最新畫像，一名在桃園縣工作的越南籍女子上周六與警方聯繫，指死者可能是她的28歲越南籍黎姓女友人。歸仁分局副分局長鄭安章說：「她的牙齒特徵極為相似，大概有8、9成。」指認民眾說，女友人牙齒是內暴牙，且伴有虎牙，跟警方公佈的死者特徵相似度高達9成。
 
警方透露，這名黎姓女子8月與先生南下工作就失去蹤跡，外配先生的工作地點就在狗叼出斷臂的仁德區，這裡隨後還找出另一隻手臂及頭顱，只是下半身及屍塊仍然下落不明，牙齒特徵幾乎一模一樣，加上地緣關係符合，讓陷入膠著的案情有了新發展。

標題[請問] 中華電信網路方案

目前我在中壢讀書，大一是住在學校宿舍， 升上二年級後便在外面租屋． 由於房間內網路是整棟共用的， 如果有鄰居在下載東西，網路就會不穩定． 所以我自己找了中華電信牽了網路， 使用的好像是什麼學生方案的． 當初辦的時候對方好像說要辦一年． 繳費方式我是用半年繳一次的， 前陣子忘記交錢所以被停掉網路． 去中華電信繳費時有問了一下， 他有提到說太久沒繳費他會收回數據機． 那麼半年後若我不繼續租屋的話， 我不繳網路費是不是網路會被停掉， 然後數據機拆掉就沒事情了呢？ 還是會有合約上的什麼問題呢？ P.S 這次繳錢我大概拖了將近兩個月, 本來是七月份就要繳費了, 我九月底才繳. 所以感覺是沒有什麼合約上的問題嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.128.252

標題[心得] 無名毒

在板上潛伏已久,第一po就獻給2013夏季檔我最愛的無名毒 也是我唯一從頭追到尾的劇. 一開始只是因為演員我都很喜歡. 就先追了第一集.沒想到就愛上了.還一口氣把兩本書買回來收藏阿~ 這部我個人認為不管是劇情.角色.配樂.甚至到運鏡都非常棒 尤其是選角非常好.從主角.配角.就連一些小角色我都覺得演的很棒 (像是廣報室其他同事.睡蓮老闆.甚至到會長秘書) 宮部老師的書一象都蠻注重人性這方面的.日劇也很深刻的刻劃這一點 小泉的內心獨白很容易讓人感受生活的辛酸與無奈 (再加上聲音好好聽~) 劇中有些橋段看了真的是心有戚戚焉 以下有雷 當中的梶田姐妹讓人看了好生氣又好辛酸阿 就像聰美說的:明明是相依為命的親人卻彼此仇視 父母都很疼愛他們卻認為父母只偏愛對方 走到最後我想最受傷的還是自己吧 這當中我覺得除了梨子之外.最可惡最噁心的莫過於是聰美的未婚夫了 梨子對三郎講出那些過分的話,雖然有制止她,但他自己也對三郎嗤之以鼻 (這點看來梨子跟濱田倒是很配) 口口聲聲說想和聰美結婚,但又不想跟梨子分手 拿父親的事當成是阻止姐姐結婚的手段 真的讓人看了很生氣 我最喜歡也覺得很心酸的橋段就是三郎跟聰美最後的談話 聰美雖然也怪三郎多管閒事,但我想她最生氣也最無奈的應該是自己吧.... 這段看了我也跟著她一起落淚 雖然是說下毒的社會事件,不過這部我不管看書還是看日劇 都一直被原田泉吸引目光阿 書中描寫的已經非常可怕,演員本身演的更好阿 結尾那段對質讓人看了心驚膽跳的 其實無名毒是我最喜歡的.不管書或是戲 不過本人才疏學淺,很難把心得很好的轉化為文字 看了文章的板友請不要見怪. 小泉孝太郎不虧是宮部老師親自指明,把杉村三郎這個普通平凡的上班族演的唯妙唯俏 把那股生活幸福卻老是感到不安的感覺與善良的好好先生演的很棒 小泉雖然以往大部分角色都是好好先生,但這次的杉村三郎並不會跟之前的角色重疊 也把少爺氣質去除 我看書的時候都會一直把小泉代入到杉村身上 期待小泉下次的主役~ p.s如果要說不像的地方,大概是小泉帥到不像平凡人吧....... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.1.230

　　《超級瑪利歐兄弟》相信各位都玩過，操控著瑪利歐來場帥氣（又悲慘？）的英雄救美，一路撞磚塊踩蘑菇踢烏龜，打敗庫巴找到公主，從此過著幸福快樂日子，這是大家所公認的劇情（應該？），不過有一群俄國玩家自行創作了惡搞版本的《超級瑪利歐兄弟》，展示出了另一種相當趣味的劇情。

　　雖說劇情上與原版的《超級瑪利歐兄弟》有蠻大的差距，不過小編覺得這群玩家還挺有意思的，不管是配音還是在三位俄羅斯壯丁們打磚塊或是剛進入遊戲的反應都相當有趣，幾乎是把遊戲中所有的要點都用相當趣味的方式給完美的惡整了。
　　
　　小編覺得整部影片裡，瑪利歐想自己跳掉澇跑還被抓回來那段是最為爆笑的一幕，跳起來以為裝死就可以逃過一劫，結果還是被壯丁們一手抓了回來（不虧是戰鬥民族？），不知道各位覺得這個俄國版的《超級瑪利歐兄弟》如何呢？

標題[問題] xperia C, xperia L及 HTC one mini

第一支智慧型手機, 想要搭配大省333方案, 目前在考慮這幾隻手機 xperia C, xperia L, one mini 我的需求功能是 FB, line, 看地圖, 外出時拍照, 偶爾可能需要上網查資料,不玩遊戲 價錢的話 xperia L $4490, xperia C $5990, one mini $8890, 看來 L 很有優勢 而且L可以換電池,其他不行換 以入門而言,似乎L 就夠用 但是爬文發現雖然xperia L 標榜"超好拍國民機" 但是自拍或夜拍效果都極差? [真的有那麼差嗎? 有沒有愛用者想幫L平反呢?] xperia C 規格似乎都與L相似 同樣是800萬畫素 8G記憶體 標榜有美肌模式,但不知道拍照效果是不是依然很差? 感覺比L 是贏在四核心還有雙卡? 但是雙卡對我沒效用, 四核心應該是會讓速度更快,但是MTK做的 所以不好?? [而且因為剛上市所以評價相對於L 少了很多?] one mini 是16G 感光高 拍照效果也不錯?? 但是有紫光的風險? [優點只寫這樣 是因為不知道mini還有啥特別優點XD] 一度想說乾脆忍痛 再多花一點錢($10190) 買xperia ZL好了,好像規格最高 1300萬畫素, 又16G記憶體 又四核心 但爬文爬半天 卻發現好像CP值也沒那麼高? 拍照效果仍然不好? 不知道這幾支的cp值 ,大家會如何排序呢? 謝謝^^|| -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.132.123

見仁見智,但是要知道這個導演是非常偏激和完美主義的,每部電影的東西他都很講究和 龜毛,天才的是鬼店是一個故事,但他又把他想陳述的想法加在電影裡 光明會的點來了,就是他的遺作這部片出來被罵到噴 事實上,導演完成這部片後4天就死了,說是心臟病...但家屬說他沒有心臟病史 這部片也被放入許多密碼和彩蛋是要影射光明會的存在(如聖誕樹),而劇情也在講述 阿湯哥闖入上流社會的性愛派對,而且這部電影很明顯被動手腳過,就是該刪的都刪的 在google打庫柏立克何光明會 會有非常多的資訊 庫柏立克長年隱居英國,也被許多人認為是逃避美國監控的原因 這是我最愛的導演,沒得過奧斯卡 他拍類型電影,但都只拍一部 就成為經典(而且是前無古人後無來者的那種) -- -當手臂神經受傷必須停止音樂生涯 我是個鬥士.我不會逃跑.即便是我要踏入棺材了,我可能還會再出一張專輯-"葬禮 現場專輯". -Dave Mustaine- Megadeth -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.14.84.162
