重點來了....手機有內建 相機膠捲 ....影片......
可是現在又多了一個 我的圖片 (顯示照片來自我的電腦)

可是3張照片都無法刪除,也沒有刪除的選項

我該怎麼處理呢?

【大紀元2013年09月22日訊】 (據民視新聞報導)天兔來襲，北部地區今天雖然都有間歇性的大雨，不過中國觀光客卻依然玩興不減，一早北海岸野柳公園就擠滿了觀光客，拼命的對著大浪拍照，直呼不虛此行，不過卻也讓一旁的工作人員，捏了一把冷汗。

強風挾帶著大浪，拍向岸上，中國觀光客看的是不亦樂乎，拼命拍照留念，天兔颱風逼近台灣，不過卻不減中國觀光客遊玩的心情，一大早北台灣的野柳公園，依然湧進了不少的中國客，就算突然下起了大雨，大夥兒還是穿上雨衣，繼續行程，看到難得的大浪，中國客是愈站愈靠近岸邊，嚇的工作人員趕緊上前制止。

看到大浪，雖然開心，不過生命安全還是很重要，工作人員謹慎以對，就怕不小心發生意外。

【黃揚明／台北報導】針對特偵組監聽民進黨團總召柯建銘一案，綠委管碧玲今公布她向特偵組調閱自2012年3月起偵辦100年度特他字第61號案件開出的28份監聽票案號。她質疑，今年5月15日起特偵組向台北地院聲請的監聽票案號為「102監字第000079號」，與之前的「102聲監字第00000X號（X為1~6）」不同，且之後的監聽票案號也不連貫，且共有9筆擴線監聽，質疑特偵組涉嫌違法監聽。

管碧玲指出，100年度特他字61號案件若如特偵組所言，是為了偵辦法官陳榮和不法所得90萬元，為何遲至2011年6月一審判決後5個月才開始簽案偵辦、2012年3月才開始監聽？且2012年8月二審判決後仍持續監聽，「到底是監聽誰？」

其次，管碧玲說，特偵組聲請的28張監聽票中，包括「聲監字」、「監字」兩種案號，就她所瞭解，「監字」是特偵組主動偵辦，「聲監字」則事由警方向地院聲請，特偵組今年聲請的「監字」監聽票字號不連續，為何會跳號？管還質疑，28張監聽票中包括9筆擴線監聽，究竟監聽誰？特偵組應該說明清楚，公布所有監聽資料，「坦白從寬！」

服貿協議過得了嗎？台灣智庫於23日發表九月份最新民調，台灣民眾竟有8成以上不知道服貿內容，但對服貿議題的影響皆表關切。記者會上邀請立委林佳龍與台大經濟系教授陳博志對民調作分析，政府簽訂過程草率、圖利大財團、未充分考慮人民利益，皆是民調反調服貿協議的主因。

關於服貿協定的簽署，幾乎大部分民眾認為政府對服貿的簽訂過程太草率，數據顯示，高達85.5%的民眾不知道服貿內容。台大經濟系榮譽教授陳博志指出，馬總統一向只對外界宣傳服貿的好，但政府團隊隊服貿協議卻未深入研議，而只是一昧地運用宣傳手法來欺騙民眾，對中國開放。

陳博志教授說，民調反對服貿比例很高的原因有三點，首先，認為政府簽署過程太過草率；其次是圖利大財團，認為服貿協議對台灣服務產業衝擊大的有6成多，而擔心工作會因服貿協益受到影響的有70.9%。兩岸服務業開放，能到中國發展獲利的幾乎是大財團，中國服務業到台灣發展而被排擠掉的卻多是中小企業和勞工，陳博志指出，這種協定對財富分配和社會公平是極不利的，不該簽訂。

第三點是政府未充分考慮人民利益。民調顯示，認為政府在服貿協議沒考慮民眾利益有61.4%，認為有考慮的是20.3%，高達68.9%的民眾認為服貿協議是比較重視財團利益，重視中小企業的只有7.8%。多數民眾擔心大陸企業來台後對台產業造成的負面衝擊，有66.5%擔心愈來愈多的大陸人移民到台灣。

服貿協議是否會在年底前通過？立委林佳龍表示，立法院應不會在年底前通過服貿協議，因為還有許多的流程未走，如服貿協議要逐條審、且還有12場公聽會要舉行。林佳龍認為，服貿協議需詳細評估，立法院不會在年底前通過。

立委林佳龍指出，大陸官方曾表示，若服貿協議未在年底前簽訂，就無法談日後的任何相關合作。林佳龍認為，政府應將外交放在國際上與其他國家的議定簽署，例如加速與美國有關的TPP，來讓台灣在國際上的經濟形勢能有公平的競爭，並加強台灣內部的產業改革，而非愈來愈往兩岸關係靠攏造成經濟被弱化。

離上次到宜蘭遊玩已經有十多年嚕~
很多地點早就改變了許多了~不知現在有那些點能去玩的呢??
我們是小家庭.帶著二個還小的孩子~一個七歲.一個三歲多~
目前上網查了一下~心中的地點有幾米空間,國立傳統藝術中心,冬山河親水公園~
礁溪森林公園~
預計的時間是二天一夜或者三天二夜~不知有沒有達人能給我們建議要怎麼遊玩才會順呢^^~{從花蓮出發,再回到花蓮~}

【王烱華／台北報導】國軍的志工外交再出擊！國防部上午公布三軍總醫院的「暑期海外志工服務隊」，組成柬埔寨、印度孟買、泰國小桂河、尼泊爾等4個志工團，利用暑假期間進行為期3週的志工服務，除分享不同文化外，也增進彼此情誼。

國防部發言人羅紹和表示，國防部本著對人道的關懷與服務的熱忱，由三軍總醫院馬辛一醫師、田炯璽醫師、朱德明醫師、邱國洲醫師、彭家勛醫師、江建平醫師、張耀文醫師、國防醫學院魏榮貴老師、林富煌老師與50位學生，組成4個志工團，前往柬埔寨、印度、泰國、尼泊爾進行志工服務。

羅紹和指出，志工隊服務期間由醫生專職看診工作，學生則負責批掛號、藥衛材清點、病患照護、兒童育樂營、家訪衛教等工作。參與印度孟買志工隊的國防醫學院學生陳婉亭表示；志工隊在當地還教導當地居民正確衛生觀念、資源回收及基本醫療保健常識，並捐贈當地人民生活必需物資，同時藉由分享不同的文化，增進彼此感情，拉近兩地民眾的關係，使該地民眾更認識台灣。

【吳國仲／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，國道三號南下26.5公里處發生一起交通意外，1輛本田小客車疑因雨打滑擦撞中央護欄，後方的日產小客車閃避不及追撞上去，兩車均沒有人員受困，日產小客車乘客康姓男子(約40歲)胸部疼痛送醫。
 
本田小客車駕駛表示，當時自己開在內側車道，因天雨路滑導致車子左偏擦撞中央護欄，就被後面車輛撞上，詳細事故原因，正由國道警察調查中。

一、酒店經紀人存在究竟是為了做哪些事情？

＊把現在市場、文化做全面的了解後，再依照甜心的需求做最適切的規劃。

＊帶甜心到理想的公司後，幫甜心談到一個最適當的薪資和福利‧

＊追蹤、觀察甜心對公司的適應度和投資(時間)報酬(薪資比)。

＊了解甜心的上班情形及給予照顧和保護。

＊薪資的處理和罰款的了解；除了將公司的票換現金給甜心外，也要注意上面的時數或金額有沒有正確，若是莫名其妙的罰單款項，就要即時處理掉。

＊做為甜心的發言人；因甜心長時間待在公司的關係，有些問題也不便多言，而經紀人就可以站在甜心們的立場幫忙發言，這樣甜心不會得罪人，更不會獨自受委屈。

＊幫忙追應該得到的錢，這種事最容易發生在有配備的甜心身上，雖然公司會幫忙追，但有時因怕得罪幹部，所以時間也許會一拖再拖。

＊給予經驗指導，沒有人天生就會做酒店，有時候因為現場很忙，人手不足就直接趕鴨子上架，所以經紀人的指導就很重要！如果槍都沒準備好怎麼上戰場呢？

＊給予甜心心理建設，告訴甜心們其公司的性質， 以及如何用一些小技巧應對可能碰到的狀況。

＊甜心們的包裝和上班的食衣住行問題。(包裝是指每天上班的妝髮…等等)

二、什麼事情酒店經紀人沒做到就是失職？

看甜心個人對酒店經紀的要求，像上列十點就是公司對經紀本身的要求。 不過酒店經紀最基本的就是負責甜心薪資的部分， 最惡劣的酒店經紀只有領錢才出現， 若連薪資方面都沒辦法處理或不了解有沒有出入，這種狀況還是換經紀好了！ 來酒店是賺錢，而不是給經紀賺經紀費的，！

三、怎麼樣子的人才能當酒店經紀人？

原則上只要有小姐可以上班就可以做， 只是分【專業酒店經紀】還是【兩光酒店經紀】而已。

四、酒店經紀只要找到人上班就能養家活口？還是必須另外再做其他工作？養家活口必須要旗下小姐量足夠才有辦法達到， 若只有小貓兩三隻，只做酒店經紀的話，除非經紀的資本很夠， 不然還沒處理完小姐的薪資自已就先破產了。

而另找副業的經紀又不能全神貫注的照顧小姐， 這樣的獨立作業的小經紀逐漸被現實淘汰， 然後又新增一堆小經紀再被淘汰，這樣一直惡性循環下去，甜心的權益何在？ 所以甜心美眉們最好是選擇合格有執照的大公司，才會對自己有保障， 也不會遇到經紀捲款走人的窘況。

五、怎樣才算是好的酒店經紀？是看的順眼就可以的嗎？能做到甜心的需求就算是好經紀。

例如：有些甜心主要的訴求就是正確的薪資，那麼錢都沒算錯就是好的酒店經紀。

以正派的酒店經紀來說，每個人做事和處理事情的方式都不一樣，難有好壞之說，

重點是：

1、為人正不正派。

2、專業度夠不夠。

3、能不能幫美眉們處理事情。
