插畫者可為手機背蓋揮灑出獨特創意，將作品上傳並報名至「夢想．繪實現COLOR YOUR DREAM」活動網站，評選出的前十名創作可登上「Samsung ART COVER」全球網路平台，全球消費者可以透過平台欣賞到台灣的創作作品，創造台灣設計新秀國際能見度。

台灣插畫師協會的理事長楊勝智說，台灣創意涵養早已具備國際水準及競爭力，卻欠缺國際視野與能見度，他認為插畫家的夢想值得被經營，希望能讓優秀設計人才的創作理念被國外看見，登上更大的舞台，被國際肯定。

他表示，他自己也經歷過沒資源的日子，有很多才華的創作者都必須為五斗米折腰，這次舉辦此活動，讓新生代有機會實踐夢想，將台灣的創意推向全世界。

台灣三星電子行銷部資深協理余倩梅提到，參賽的亞洲區域包含台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞、菲律賓、泰國、印尼、越南、澳洲和紐西蘭等九個國家作品，全球消費者可共同欣賞台灣的創作品；相信藉由這個選拔活動，讓插畫家可以跨出國外，提高能見度，感受台灣的原創力。

四度榮獲葛萊美獎包裝與內頁獎，以及德國紅點設計大獎的蕭青陽和實踐大學老師曲家瑞，本次擔任「夢想．繪實現COLOR YOUR DREAM」的主評審。

蕭青陽將深獲葛萊美獎青睞的「故事島」系列作品，挑選出三幅在他逐夢過程中特具意義的創作，曲家瑞也為活動特地量身打造了全新背蓋設計，兩人都想透過全新創作表達對台灣設計人才的高度期許，鼓勵藝術創作者能把握各種資源，追逐夢想。

主辦單位10月24日將公布前10位入選者名單，作品也將被放在「Samsung ART COVER」全球網路平台。余倩梅說，入選的手機背蓋將接受消費者的訂購，每個販售25美元，其中創作者可以獲得新台幣24元的回饋，希望創造出長期的商業模式。

【大紀元2013年09月23日訊】（大紀元記者林麗霞法國報導）在法國組織兒童選美比賽將是犯法的了。9月17日，法國參議院在通過一項《減少男女不平等》法案的同時，禁止了不足16歲的「小小姐」（Mini Miss）選美大賽，違者罰款3萬歐元和判刑2年。

參議員、前法國體育部長朱安諾最先投票提出要修訂「小小姐」選美賽授權法案，現政府代言人、婦女權利部長瓦洛貝卡森提出了同樣的修訂提議。參議院最終以196票贊成，146票反對，通過了該禁令 。

朱安諾表示說，這個比賽是針對的是女孩，法國不能讓女孩子們從小就學會自我崇拜，不能讓商業利益凌駕於社會利益之上。

「小小姐」選美自上世紀60年代在美國興起，後來慢慢發展成為一種潮流。法國第一次舉行這種比賽是在1990年，後來斷斷續續地有過數次的比賽活動，從2010年起，是每年都有比賽。

對於該禁令，法國性行為社會學家Michel Dorais認為，選美其實不過是一種「性表演」，對女孩子們並非一件好事情。他分析說，組織這樣的比賽，很大程度是媽媽們的比賽，年紀小小的小女孩（有的7～9歲），她們只是跟隨父母的安排。雖然父母們會為女兒被評出是最美的而感到驕傲，但在天下父母的心目中，自己的孩子總是最美的。

Michel Dorais還提問道，如果有人對禁令感到不滿，那麼，讓小女孩上舞台參加「誘惑表演」的比賽，她們成年後在社會上還會有甚麼地位呢？

【大紀元2013年09月23日訊】（大紀元記者李平綜合報導）在薄發動的重慶「打黑」運動中被判刑、裸身受訊的武漢商人徐崇陽事件，曝光周永康早有預謀打擊胡錦濤心腹大秘令計劃。令計劃作為主要的倒薄執行人之一，被江派早有計劃放風、施恐怖威脅。

據徐崇陽向《大紀元》披露，今年1月出獄後，他和妻子、美國公民喬麗，因為在網上曝光批評薄熙來應該就重慶淹水負上刑事責任；以及周永康支持薄熙來唱紅打 黑，而遭扣上「阻止薄熙來進京」、「和令計劃勾結」的大帽子。

2011年4月遭周永康嫡系、北京市公安局局長、周永康的心腹傅政華親自下令秘密拘捕，因否認控罪，期間遭酷刑凌辱，被扒光衣服吊打、被打斷肋骨、打掉牙齒、打至殘廢，走路困難。

此消息在今年2月間被網絡曝光。而網絡上流傳的這段視頻是海外網站從維權人士胡佳處獲取。視頻畫面顯示徐崇陽被脫光衣服吊銬，雙腳因不能著地沒有平衡點，身子不停晃動。

徐崇陽事件爆光周永康早有預謀打擊令計劃

據瞭解，負責審訊徐崇陽的是周永康的嫡系北京市公安局和湖北政法委，其中湖北政法委書記吳永文是薄黨核心成員。周永康密令北京政法委系統與湖北政法委聯手接此案，目的是為把徐案辦成一個針對時任中央辦公廳主任令計劃、法輪功、美國政府的「鐵案」，是江派打擊胡錦濤、溫家寶、令計劃嚴密策劃政變的一部份。

據徐崇陽向《大紀元》披露，他在遭遇多次酷刑時，被周永康的手下逼其承認三點：1.接受胡錦濤的「大內總管」令計劃的密令；2.是法輪功學員；3.同時接受美國情報部門的指令。

徐崇陽還披露，刑訊逼供中，對方要他說出和中央領導令計劃是通過甚麼關係接上的頭？給了令計劃多少錢？是不是接受了令計劃的指使，曝料併發表批判薄熙來的文章？令計劃做的批示藏在哪裏？上訪材料是怎樣進入中南海？為甚麼令計劃把告狀材料送進了中南海引起了胡錦濤辦公室的重視？到底和令計劃的交換條件是甚麼等？

受高層力挺 令計劃接管統戰部

去年初王立軍事件爆發，在薄熙來下台中起著關鍵作用的令計劃隨即被「挺薄黨」瘋狂攻擊，海外放出許多關於令計劃的負面消息，今年1月2日，中共新任總書記習近平攜令計劃出席官方活動，被認為是高層力挺令計劃，為其闢謠。

2012年9月1日，當時任職中央辦公廳主任的令計劃被胡錦濤和習近平認可的栗戰書接任，令計劃調任統戰部長。中共中央統戰部從江澤民執政到令計劃調任統戰部長之前，一直被江派曾慶紅掌控，特別是薄、王事件之後，江派利用統戰部來給中共高層攪局。

令計劃此時臨危受命，就是去接掌和瓦解江派特務頭子（也是暗殺大王）曾慶紅、周永康的情報和特務系統。對於令計劃來說，完成此任務，是從根本上瓦解薄黨的殘餘勢力，也可替被薄黨暗殺的兒子「報仇」。一直以來，曾慶紅、周永康就是依靠這條系統在海外實行恐怖主義。

令計劃「倒薄」有功 曾慶紅周永康施恐怖威脅

大紀元曾報導，北京高層消息人士稱，去年3月14日的「法拉利事件」實質是「令計劃的兒子遭到政治謀殺，曾慶紅、周永康藉此施放恐怖，威脅高層其他人對薄熙來案『收手』」。
