【陳俐妏╱台北報導】台股昨天在政策利多激勵下指數突破前波高點8265點，演出中秋變盤向上，以8292.83點作收。大慶證券表示，外資於期、現貨大舉同步買超，對台股偏多看法不變，在未出現重大國際利空下，若後續能出現900億以上的攻擊量，指數緩步往今年高點8439推升的機率高。
  
大慶證券指出，受到iPhone 5S、5C上市三天銷售即突破900萬支的激勵下，蘋果股價今早表現強勢，大漲近5%，今天供應鏈可望強勢表態。電子族群仍以具有布建題材的4G、出貨情況大幅好轉的太陽能，以及受惠於Tesla創新高的車用電子等次族群表現較佳。
 
大慶證券也指出，傳產族群部分，因年底前的工程趕工潮帶領水泥股進入旺季，指標股為過短高的台泥。而中國十一長假將至，中概內需消費股可擇優逢低布局，觀察標的為遠百、統一超。生技類股在政策作多下持續有買盤力挺，預期短線仍有高點。金融股在10月有金保會的題材下，下檔仍有支撐，亦為可留意的族群。盤面可以第四季產業透明度高、9月營收向上、集團作帳作為擇股方向。

【綜合報導】中國又再傳出小孩在地鐵車廂內便溺事件，上海7號線地鐵前日上午，有民眾乘搭地鐵時，見有家長讓小孩在車廂內就地大便，目擊民眾表示許多乘客上車都不慎踩中糞便，整個車廂充滿臭味。

民眾批評這樣的行為很噁心，指責家長縱容小孩隨地便溺，而且上海才公布地鐵修法，禁止車廂飲食和便溺，隨後就發生便溺事件，根本目無法紀。

【綜合報導】法國傳出一起匪夷所思的男童遭性侵案，發生的地點在高度戒護的監獄內，而且是男童的親生媽媽親手把幼子帶進監獄，讓受刑人在會客室裡蹂躪，媽媽還協助把風。案件在當地時間周一(23日)開始審理，男童母親與男友遭控多項性侵兒童罪。

事件發生在2010年2月，當時25歲的女子邦娜(Sabrina Bonner)，帶著與前夫生的4歲兒子，剛與31歲的巴薩雷米(Lionel Barthelemy)再婚，沒多久巴薩雷米就因為犯罪遭到逮捕，關入監獄，邦娜常帶著兒子到獄中探望他，由於監獄有獨立的會客室，邦娜竟然多次任由巴薩雷米在會客室內性侵自己只有4歲的親生兒子、他的繼子，而她就負責引開獄警的注意力，或用各種方法遮住會客室門上的小觀景窗。

案件爆發後，現在已經7歲的兒子立刻被強制安置，巴薩雷米坦承多次在獄中性侵繼子，但他指控「一切都是邦娜安排的」，他只是照做而已；而邦娜則反咬巴薩雷米，說自己受他威脅，在家中多次性侵自己的兒子，還得用手機拍下影片，帶到獄中會客時播放給他看，巴薩雷米甚至曾經用帶進獄中的手機與家中「連線」，在囚室內現場收聽她在家中對幼兒施暴的過程。

無論如何，這對父母的行為都是禽獸不如，現在法國檢察官還要追究，為何在案發時，獄卒沒有發現並及時制止。

　　《魔獸世界》官方於 8 月初起陸續推出的「紹昊的重擔」系列動畫短片，共計六部已在網路上引發迴響，為此台灣暴雪和智凡迪特地安排《魔獸世界》「紹昊的重擔」製作團隊和台灣媒體視訊專訪，為玩家闡述影片的企劃動機與劇情釋疑。

Q：皇帝的衣服有時候左衽有時候右衽，有什麼特別含意嗎？
Laurel：沒有（笑），其實當初在繪製太多次了，沒特別注意左衽跟右衽的問題，也許熊貓人因為習慣的問題，會有這樣的事情發生。

　　在最初試作的影片也給 Chris Metzen 看過，他很支持這項專案，因而又找了 Lucas Merino 來參與製作。在最初由於公司內部給予很好的建議回饋，有重新製作了一次，因此第一部影片的製作上都用來確立影片的風格呈現，花了約六個月的時間製作，之後因為有了第一部的經驗，讓後面一系列的影片花了六個月製作完成，所以總共花了一年的時間，比起其他專案來說這個專案算較小的，因此這時間我們都還有其他的專案在執行，而影片製作在和遊戲研發團隊之間彼此配合、故事間的撰寫是同時並進的。

Laurel：我蠻早就參與這個創意研發團隊，蠻早就繪製過熊貓人的手稿，讓 Lucas 覺得很適合動畫的風格，以我的美術設計搭配流暢的動作影片。
