標題[問題] 在新市比菲多上班的板友？？

如題 小弟我最近面臨一個問題,廠內剛好有要找PM的人,而我在思考要不要轉, 前陣子有去找副理面試了一下,問他級職會升嗎?他說不會!那津貼呢?他說大概4000 大概要先做半年(感覺是COST DOWN 去頂替的支援) 這樣我是不是領TE薪水作PM的事..過幾天可能會答覆他,小弟我忘記問本薪, 是不是也是用TE本薪算(假如我本薪20000== >20000+4000=24000這就是未來薪水?) 那分紅又該怎算?應該過幾天再問問好了!!雖然我做TE 3年了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.178.43

沒有壞處 可以減少本身的招喚師技能是非常棒 如果少那幾秒的時間 時常可以救你一命
不過我選擇回魔 是基於瑟雷西本身技能Q WE在前中期的消耗有點大 所以我考慮回魔 增加保護隊友以及配合JG來GANK的能力 ,畢竟瑟雷西每一招都是關鍵!!

【黃任膺／台中報導】台中市今日宣布停班停課，但截止上午並無明顯風雨。台中市長胡志強表示，停班停課的決定是依據昨天晚間10時中央氣象局發布的資訊，不論是風度或降雨量，都已達到停班停課的標準，儘管心中掙扎，但他還是決定停班停課，他說：「我們幾乎沒有選擇」！
 
胡市長說,昨天依中央氣象局在十時發布的資訊為參考依據，不論是風度或降雨量，都已達到停班停課的標準，他掙扎了好一陣子，但人事處長林煜焙建議，原本週六就不上班上課，所以還是決定放假，因為如果沒放假，但中央預測風雨的標準成真，那樣也不好。
 
胡市長也指出，很少人知道，放颱風假的標準不是只有地方政府做決定，還必須依據中央氣象局的標準，包括風的強度或降雨量達到什麼樣的標準，就必須停班停課，「我們幾乎沒有選擇」。
 
人事處長林煜焙也說明，依據中央規定，平均風力達到7級或最大陣風達10級就應該停班停課，依據20日晚上10點氣象預測資料，臺中市全天平均風力為7至8級，最大陣風為10至11級，均已超過停班停課標準，故宣布今天停班停課。

【綜合報導】被稱為今年全球最強颱風的「天兔」，前晚在廣東汕尾市沿海登陸，為汕尾及汕頭等地帶來嚴重破壞，其間引發海水倒灌、大面積停水停電及交通大亂。颱風共造成廣東全省25人死亡、超過547萬人受災、直接經濟損失逾71億元人民幣。而受海水倒灌淹沒的汕頭，傳出動物園裡一隻兩噸重河馬順着水流翻出圍欄，游至公園外圍河流。

天兔昨天已減弱為熱帶風暴，並進入廣西境內，當地氣象局預報指出廣東、廣西和湖南等地仍須嚴防暴雨。

32歲的爸爸克拉馬說，當時他正和妻子拉著大兒子的手盪鞦韆，突然聽到老婆大叫，他一轉頭才發現小兒子愛迪生已經飛了出去。幸好老天保佑，小傢伙在沙灘上背部著地，雖然哭了兩分鐘，但很快平復。克拉馬的父親是小兒科醫師，他看看了愛迪生並確認他沒有大礙。克拉馬說：「每件事都可能出包，還好這次是喜劇收場。不過我每次看到這張照片，手心還是直冒汗。」

這幾年日雜模特兒相繼推出以本身風格為出發的周邊商品。 其中， 『益若翼』的『Candy Doll』 可說是近期最受歡迎的模特兒品牌。 不管是眼線液、假睫毛、腮紅....等商品都有不錯的成績和好評。 Candy Doll 糖果洋娃娃小可愛腮紅餅 容量5g/售價NT$480 (台灣的售價不算太可親) -- [ 沒有音樂自動播放的網誌版 ] http://shockisgood.pixnet.net/blog/post/32556317 -- 而『腮紅』是我對Candy Doll最感興趣的項目， 因為他有一款超可愛的『草莓粉紅色』腮紅。 雖然...離裝可愛的年紀已經頗遠， 但，沒辦法，這種超可愛的顏色很容易讓人沒有抵抗力。 最後還是...不要臉的跟同事借來用用！(遮臉) -- 好久～～～沒用這種顏色的腮紅。 真的超可愛的！ 不過，在進入試色之前，先來簡單分享一下其他部分的使用感。 『Candy Doll 糖果洋娃娃小可愛腮紅餅』 無香味、超顯色、持久度佳、顏色超可愛。 是這款腮紅的四大優點。 但對於講求腮紅的粉質細膩度、服貼度與均勻度的人來說， 『糖果洋娃娃小可愛腮紅餅』這部份的表現只能算是尚可； 以一塊近$500的開架腮紅來說， 妙巴黎、Kate...等開架腮紅的粉質細緻度、服貼度與均勻度， 表現都比Candy Doll好。(Candy Doll蠻容易刷出色塊的) 另外，因為粉質細緻度、服貼度與均勻度不夠好的關係， 所以雖然這塊腮紅沒有明顯的大亮片、珠光來當顯毛孔的搗蛋鬼。 但...他....還是稍微會顯毛孔喔喔喔喔～ 急著出門時建議跳過這塊，因為很容易失手。 尤其他又超級顯色的...一失手可就不得了啦～ But 如果你的重點是想找一個超級『妝可愛』的洋娃娃腮紅， 請務必考慮他！ -- 『草莓粉紅』 沒有明顯珠光，略帶一點光澤感，顏色偏冷調的桃粉色。 一刷上他，可愛感立即激增！ 這樣的粉紅色其實很容易帶來濃妝感，加上這塊的粉質不算太輕薄服貼， 所以更容易讓人有厚粉、濃妝的感覺。不喜歡或害怕濃妝感的人，請慎用～ 『草莓粉紅』 對偏白肌膚有不錯的顯白效果，但因為他還不算非常冷調的粉紅色， 所以假設腮紅上的量不夠多、膚色跟偏白沾不太上邊， 這塊腮紅的顯白效果還是有限。也無法呈現出徹底的粉紅感。 (量太少的話，甚至會有一點點的橘感) -- 週年慶,是女生的7月半,百貨公司是好兄弟,大家都瘋狂燒錢給她們 (俺心中的俳句) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 編輯: fino0127 來自: 111.252.86.21 (09/21 12:15)

標題[店家]誠心推薦已被推到爆的南崁金泰機車行

以下為發生在兩個星期前的親身經歷 某周日,騎著剛牽來的機車去costco購物,結果,輪胎破了,超嘔,新車耶 當時牽去在costco附近,南崁路上有開的機車行修理,那間門面很漂亮,也很大間 有個師傅走出來,看了一眼,對我說,很嚴重喔,可能要整個後輪全換掉 我就求他,剛買的耶,補補看啦! 他就很專業的把我的機車架高,升上去,看了一陣子,然後很遺憾的對我說, 沒辦法啦,要整顆換掉,我有點半信半疑 因為來桃園十年已經繳了太多學費,決定辛苦點,先灌風牽回,隔日再說 隔天牽去大家推薦的金泰,一樣是很年輕師傅,摸了一下,立馬補胎 前後花不到五分鐘,好了~~~~~~免錢~~~~~~~ 我真的很擔心金泰的老闆如果不做了,我在南崁該給誰修理機車 誠心希望第一間機車行只是技術不好不會補胎,而不是傳說中的黑店 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.210.61
