立法院長王金平涉嫌司法關說被國民黨撤銷黨籍，立法院長資格不保，王金平向法院提起「確認國民黨員資格存在」的民事訴訟，並聲請「定暫時狀態假處分」，請求判決確定前，他能繼續行使中國國民黨黨員權利，合議庭日前裁准王金平的聲請；國民黨委任律師團不服，向高院提起抗告。

王金平委任律師許英傑表示，王金平聲請「暫時保有國民黨籍」的假處分勝訴，「禁止國民黨將撤銷黨籍證明書送達中選會」的緊急處置已經沒有必要，也遭法院駁回，律師團今天具狀捨棄此部份抗告權。

許英傑說，假處分的部份國民黨已向高院抗告，王金平律師團請求高院比照過去處理重大案件，公開抽籤辦理。

綠營立委以黑衣黑褲大陣仗現身立法院，並異口同聲抨擊馬政府違憲亂政，立法院長王金平與行政院長江宜樺都在場安靜聆聽。17日上午立法院邀請行政院長江宜樺發表施政報告。然而在江揆發言前，10多位在野黨立委有輩而來，利用國是論壇紛紛發言，批評行政體系凌駕立法，並要求黃世銘接受停職調查，江宜樺道歉、下台。唯一發言的國民黨籍立委孔文吉則是呼籲要解決政爭，只有各退一步，才能海闊天空。

民進黨團總書記吳秉叡首先表示，馬王鬥爭的始作俑者就是源於特偵組的違法違憲，特別是檢查總長黃世銘行為失當，應停職接受調查，並且廢除特偵組。綠營立委陳亭妃則表示，總統馬英九的民調已掉到18%以下，清楚反映民意不再支持總統，應即下台。另外，在此事件中，馬英九縱容特偵組、江宜樺違法濫權，不僅踐踏憲法，甚至藐視國會。陳亭妃認為，不只江宜樺要道歉、下台，檢察總長黃世銘也應接受調查。

親民黨立委李桐豪上台時高舉「江揆下，經濟上」的牌子，他說，「沒有江揆的行政院，立法院已經準備好了！」李桐豪認為，立委的行為有紀律委員會可管，江宜樺身為行政院長，應秉持行政中立，而非涉入政爭。

立委葉宜津則批馬英九是「水門總統」，她說，立法委員是全國最高監督，但總統馬英九卻非法監聽國會，而身為政治學博士的幕僚長江宜樺也公然違憲，顛倒了應該要監督他的國會。「台灣最寶貴的民主憲政亂了套，憲政鋼骨動搖，」

葉宜津隨後播放馬英九當台北市長時，在罷免前總統陳水扁時的演說，要馬英九回憶當時所說過的話。馬當時強調，「人要有羞恥心，別人才會尊敬你；人要有責任感，別人才會同情你。」在影片中，馬英九還說，「當總統民調低於18%，表示全民對他不再信任，且只要總統無能就可以罷免他，大家說對不對？」這時立法院現場所有綠營立委都大聲回應「對！」

立委林佳龍表示，特偵組以不當手段取得資料，且行政凌駕立法，應修正法院組織法與公務人員選罷法，讓權力分立更明確，避免政府亂政的行為。立委尤美女甚至以威馬政府崩解，希特勒執政來比喻馬政府將手伸進國會、伸進司法，恐會破壞三權分立的憲政體制，變成威權政府。

唯一登記發言的國民黨立委孔文吉說，發生這樣的事，藍營心如刀割，他呼籲行政與立法單位應互相體諒，「解決政治僵局的唯一方法，就是退一步海闊天空，退一步可以政治和諧。」

孔文吉強調，立院正好可藉機好好討論朝野協商的透明化，改變議事效率。孔文吉舉出《原住民自治法》為例，希望立院多關注民生議題，卻引來民進黨立委抨擊，立委林淑芬大喊：「這不是關說，什麼才叫關說？」甚至拍桌叫囂，場面反對聲浪越來越大，孔文吉只好結束發言。

餐廳名稱：教父牛排 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：台北市樂群三路58號 電話：02-8501-1838 營業時間：午餐12:00~15:00、晚餐18:00~22:30 每人平均價位：2000~3000 可否刷卡：ok 有無包廂：yes 推薦菜色：澳洲7+和牛肋眼牛排 網誌版：http://joycebe.pixnet.net/blog/post/37369283 特殊的節日沒有頂級牛排來加持一下好像不太對 ，今年選定的牛排餐廳是朋友推薦的教父 牛排，這是由對牛肉瞭若指掌的鄧有癸師傅所開的第三家牛排餐廳，位於美麗華附近，吃 飽後還能在摩天輪下散散步，挺浪漫的。 星期天的晚上幾乎座無虛席，生意非常好。雖然店內燈光昏黃，不過氣氛是輕鬆的。店內 的亮點---彩繪吊燈，是以台灣中央山脈大雪山上的原生植物「高山雙蝴蝶」為意象而設計 的，打造出優雅時尚的用餐空間。 午餐和晚餐的菜單略有不同，雖然晚餐貴一些，但我覺得氣氛無價啦 ！牛排都是套餐的型 式，包含前菜、湯品、主菜、配菜和甜點。有另外一份酒單，如有需要會請專業的吧台調 酒師來做介紹。 先送上開胃麵包，外酥內軟，可惜沒有麥子香。 前菜之一的舒肥鮑魚，有著清爽的醬汁和彈牙的肉質。另一道香煎干貝的醬料則較濃郁， 但有加入檸檬所以很爽口，干貝非常軟。 湯品之一牛肝菌卡布其諾，非常特別的一道湯，整杯都是濃濃的菇味，泡沫上方還灑上牛 肝菌薄片，不過因為鹽加得少，雖然是濃湯但口味比較淡，有些人可能會不太習慣。另一 道煙燻蕃茄湯則充滿了BBQ的風味，也是屬於濃湯，第一次喝到這種口味，十分特別。 我們的主菜之一，美國頂級乾式熟成紐約客牛排，中間是美美的粉紅色。這道牛排的肉較 硬、牛肉味較重，與烤蒜頭一起吃真是絕配。另外還有提供海鹽及芥末籽醬，我喜歡沾著 海鹽吃牛排原味。 另一道主菜，澳洲7+和牛肋眼牛排，前半部是前蓋肉又稱老饕肉，乍看有點生，但肉質非 常細軟，吃一口後真的驚為天人啊！後半部則是菲力，肉質較硬，吃過老饕肉以後真的會 不想再吃其他部位了 。澳洲牛目前等級到12，不過第10級有人些就會覺得太油了，而我們 吃的7級我覺得剛剛好，不會有膩的感覺。澳洲牛和美國牛的差別除了品種外，美國牛是吃 玉米長大的，所以一般來說肉較甜；而澳洲牛是吃草長大的，所以肉質有種特殊風味且較 軟。這次比較了美國和澳洲的牛排後，我好像比較偏好澳洲的(也有可能是受前蓋肉影響) 。 在這邊再大力稱讚一下教父牛排的服務員，因為我們是兩人share，所以牛排都是一道一道 上，不會讓我們吃到冷掉的牛排，另外解說也非常詳細(可能也是因為我們愛問 )。 side dish之一，蘿勒炒蘑菇，肥美的蘑菇裹上蘿勒醬，很美味。另一道煎烤大蘆筍，灑上 起司粉，清爽多汁，連平時不太愛蘆筍的我都吃得很開心。 甜點柚子起司蛋糕，這道蛋糕不甜不膩，就算有點飽了還是能吃光光。旁邊的青蘋果慕斯 偏酸，不過味道很特別。另一道焦糖鳳梨蛋糕實在太甜了，我只喜歡上面的冰淇淋和焦糖 脆餅。 店家招待的生日蛋糕，應該是胡蘿蔔蛋糕，肉桂味道很重，用心的寫上了HAPPY BIRTHDAY 的字樣。 另外還有招待的法式軟糖、百香果棉花糖、杏仁薄片等，味道都很甜，但配上紅茶剛好， 有幸福的感覺 。 這次在教父牛排用餐的經驗非常好，餐點份量剛好不會讓人太膩吃不下，服務也很用心， 大力推薦給喜歡吃牛排的老饕們。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.62.19.49

　　9388 酷玩線上於今（17）日釋出全新版本「雙峰之戰」，不僅增加 3 V 3 全新規則玩法，還搶先曝光提升戰鬥力的超強秘密武器「星陣系統」讓玩家們期待一下。此外，ARPG 的第一經典網游《仙界幻境II》正式邁入一周年了，為了感謝所有忠實玩家的不離不棄與厚愛，官方營運團隊特別準備相當多歡慶活動要來紀念《仙界幻境II》滿周年。所有活動價值甚至高達百萬元通通回饋給玩家，活動已經開跑，大家快來參加別錯過。

拼了！為了全隊榮譽而戰
　　向來享受 PK 戰火的仙友們準備好了沒？一直受到玩家高度喜愛的顛峰對決又推出全新模式及規則，再度點燃熊熊戰火，隨時等待各位的挑戰。參加方式相當簡單，每週一、三、五 21：00~21：35，只要達 45 級並且擁有一定的戰力，三人組隊即可參加。

　　活動正式開始前 20 分鐘將會進行預告，活動期間只要在最後一輪對決開始前，點擊活動圖示都可以報名參賽。但遊戲規則是採取積分累積賽制，越晚報名的隊伍將在積分累積上越顯吃虧，所以準時報名參加將是在巔峰對決中拔得頭籌的第一步。

　　比賽將會以五輪對決定生死，每次計時五分鐘。完成一輪對決必須等待一分鐘時間才會進入下一輪。對決雙方將分為紅藍兩陣營，一開始都配有 500 生命值，兩隊之間必須透過占領水晶來扣除對手的生命值，也可透過拔除對手的水晶、殺人、採擊強力 Buff 等方式來獲取更多積分，當其中任一方生命值降為 0 則立刻結束比賽。

　　然而在對決當中，也提供加速、回血、強力等各種 Buff 刷新，只要把握住獲得 Buff 的機會，就可為自己的隊伍增添幾分勝算。當玩家不幸死亡後，必須等待 3 秒鐘才能進行復活。

　　每一輪對決玩家都會根據積分排名來獲得自己的個人獎勵，當全部對決結束後，累積積分將會進行全場排名計算，到時也可獲得全場排名的獎勵。

全新「星陣系統」來襲　　超強玩法搶先曝光
　　只要玩家等級達到 40 級，至商城購買綠玉星，即可啟動全新星陣系統，並且同時享有一定屬性和華麗的特效。

　　星陣系統也可進行強化功能，當強化到 10 級即可再進階。處於不同的強化階段，需要消耗的玉星石也將有所變化，分別有初級玉星石、中級玉星石以及高級玉星石，進階時則需要消耗星陣進階石。進街方式在面板上也都有詳細說明讓玩家了解。

　　星陣的進階過程為綠色、藍色、紫色、橙色、紅色，不同階段的星陣提供玩家的戰鬥力數值也大不同，同一階段提供給玩家加成的戰鬥力數值也隨強化階段的不同而有所改變。

歡慶一周年　百萬豪禮送很兇
　　為慶祝《仙界幻境II》一周年，除了提供全新超強改版內容外，此次營運團隊不惜砸下重金，將送出總價超過百萬的各項豪禮，不論是上線或是完成相對任務都可分別獲得特別回饋給玩家的禮品，挑戰副本甚至提供獎勵翻倍，輕鬆闖副本，好禮拿不完。最值得一提的是官方推出「超萌喵喵轉轉樂」的輪盤活動，轉動輪盤可隨機獲得敲可愛的貓咪時裝、愛心熊啟動卡等超級大禮。超多好康活動已經開跑，所有仙友們請把握時間，保證收穫滿滿。
