【綜合報導】馬王之爭纏鬥多日，王金平卻仍穩坐立院龍頭，馬英九總統在輿情、民調及司法攻防上都落居下風，為了扭轉劣勢，馬從上周六親上火線展開輿論戰反攻，除致電部分媒體說明外，昨還接受中天電視專訪，馬四度強調，「絕無7日滅王計劃」，也不是9月政爭，而是司法弊案，身為總統他須堅守司法防線，否則對不起人民。

馬英九也解釋，他從來沒有因為說運作上（服貿協議）有困難，就對王院長不滿要消滅他，完全沒有這個意思。馬再度重申法院作出假處分後，「國政照推、訴訟照打」的立場，「因為是非不能不有一個結果。」馬英九還說，如果太在意民調高低，什麼都不能做，他也接到許多支持的聲音，包括報社社論撰文支持，也有人寫信或致電鼓勵，夫人周美青也支持他。另外馬也
暗批王金平，「若職務夠高、權力夠大，靠假處分就可以度過難關，這是正義嗎？」他更坦言，王還是應「知所進退」。

上週去植村秀買了它們家的粉底液，櫃姐送了我 兩包櫻花潔顏油試用包，其實好多年前使用過一次，印象中好像不錯， 但後來為什麼沒繼續使用，也忘了。 可能後來聽說油肌不能用 卸妝油 才沒買，就改用多芬的卸妝乳(白瓶身藍蓋子)， 應該用了有上百瓶吧。 這兩天想說有試用包，來用用看，但是卸完後，覺得臉都油油的， 這是正常現象嗎? 也不是油，就是滑滑的，會覺得沒洗乾淨的感覺， 是我的步驟錯嗎? 先塗上臉、按摩、加些水、乳化、再按摩、乳化、清水洗， 多芬使用起來，比較難卸，要卸好幾次，至少要花我二十分，因為我是 先塗、按摩、加水、按摩、用面紙擦掉，再重覆動作，直到洗完臉變澀， 我才覺得乾淨。 可是櫻花卸妝油洗完後，我摸不到澀澀的感覺，而是滑滑的，這樣是對的嗎? 這樣不是悶住皮膚，長痘痘粉刺嗎? 這樣有洗乾淨嗎? 洗完臉不是應該要澀澀才好嗎? 是它使用後本來就會這樣嗎?? 請各位板友回答我一下好嗎? 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.166.114

印度孟買一名23歲女護士，上月27日搭早班火車上班途中，在火車上遇到一名酒醉男子，男子在人不多的列車上調戲女子，之後更動手毆打，拿出武器威脅並要性侵她，幸好女護士掙扎中按到車廂內的警報器，列車上的工作人員才趕到把男子逮捕。

女護士下車後到警局報案時又看到這名酒醉的惡狼，氣極衝上去對他連續掌摑，旁邊的警察也沒有阻止她的意思。這名男子現在被控企圖性侵與謀殺。

【政治中心／台北報導】為了說清楚立法院長王金平涉入的關說案，馬英九總統再上火線，接受《中天電視》專訪。馬總統在專訪時4度強調，九月政爭「不是政爭」，是司法案件呈現的「弊案」，沒有任何陰謀和詭計。馬還說，不管是鬥爭還是滅王計畫，「都是無中生有！」

對於近來民調降低，馬英九坦承，「我會感到失望但不會感到氣餒，因為大是大非是我的責任 ，不會因為氣餒就退怯」；馬說，這件事(指處理關說案)沒有陰謀，但媒體一直說有滅王計畫、九月政爭，民眾不喜歡政治鬥爭，所以出現這樣的結果(民調降低)。

馬總統也提到王金平有許多朋友，這些朋友會跳出來聲援他，可以理解，但他也會去跟這些朋友說明，「身為總統，我要保障人民最起碼的司法正義能力」。

　　9388 酷玩線上於今（17）日釋出全新版本「雙峰之戰」，不僅增加 3 V 3 全新規則玩法，還搶先曝光提升戰鬥力的超強秘密武器「星陣系統」讓玩家們期待一下。此外，ARPG 的第一經典網游《仙界幻境II》正式邁入一周年了，為了感謝所有忠實玩家的不離不棄與厚愛，官方營運團隊特別準備相當多歡慶活動要來紀念《仙界幻境II》滿周年。所有活動價值甚至高達百萬元通通回饋給玩家，活動已經開跑，大家快來參加別錯過。

拼了！為了全隊榮譽而戰
　　向來享受 PK 戰火的仙友們準備好了沒？一直受到玩家高度喜愛的顛峰對決又推出全新模式及規則，再度點燃熊熊戰火，隨時等待各位的挑戰。參加方式相當簡單，每週一、三、五 21：00~21：35，只要達 45 級並且擁有一定的戰力，三人組隊即可參加。

　　活動正式開始前 20 分鐘將會進行預告，活動期間只要在最後一輪對決開始前，點擊活動圖示都可以報名參賽。但遊戲規則是採取積分累積賽制，越晚報名的隊伍將在積分累積上越顯吃虧，所以準時報名參加將是在巔峰對決中拔得頭籌的第一步。

　　比賽將會以五輪對決定生死，每次計時五分鐘。完成一輪對決必須等待一分鐘時間才會進入下一輪。對決雙方將分為紅藍兩陣營，一開始都配有 500 生命值，兩隊之間必須透過占領水晶來扣除對手的生命值，也可透過拔除對手的水晶、殺人、採擊強力 Buff 等方式來獲取更多積分，當其中任一方生命值降為 0 則立刻結束比賽。

　　然而在對決當中，也提供加速、回血、強力等各種 Buff 刷新，只要把握住獲得 Buff 的機會，就可為自己的隊伍增添幾分勝算。當玩家不幸死亡後，必須等待 3 秒鐘才能進行復活。

　　每一輪對決玩家都會根據積分排名來獲得自己的個人獎勵，當全部對決結束後，累積積分將會進行全場排名計算，到時也可獲得全場排名的獎勵。

全新「星陣系統」來襲　　超強玩法搶先曝光
　　只要玩家等級達到 40 級，至商城購買綠玉星，即可啟動全新星陣系統，並且同時享有一定屬性和華麗的特效。

　　星陣系統也可進行強化功能，當強化到 10 級即可再進階。處於不同的強化階段，需要消耗的玉星石也將有所變化，分別有初級玉星石、中級玉星石以及高級玉星石，進階時則需要消耗星陣進階石。進街方式在面板上也都有詳細說明讓玩家了解。

　　星陣的進階過程為綠色、藍色、紫色、橙色、紅色，不同階段的星陣提供玩家的戰鬥力數值也大不同，同一階段提供給玩家加成的戰鬥力數值也隨強化階段的不同而有所改變。
