來回一下文好了... 要不要熄火，跟有沒有火星塞沒有關係 主要的問題是來自於靜電跟油氣 車子上的電系...是一個獨立的系統 橡膠輪胎又是絕緣體 所以車子跟加油站一定會有電位差的 (地表上各處的零電位也都不同 所以電力系統要有N相跟E相的設計 一個是系統參考的零電位，一個是所在位置大地的零電位 盡量平衡從發電廠、各級變電所到用戶端配電設備的零電位差) 臺灣因為地形跟氣候的關係大部分的地區、大部分的季節都很潮濕 所以靜電的現象不明顯... 如果是像某些乾燥地區，動不動就會被電到，應該就會知道靜電問題多嚴重了 (應該看過國外加油碰到靜電起火或爆炸的影片吧 YouTube上很多) 也因此，加油站的加油槍設計都會處理靜電問題 如果加油時引擎繼續運轉...會增加靜電存在的可能性 而加油站又是油氣濃度偏高的地方，即使你用柴油 加油站也還是有供應汽油或天然氣，萬一加油員操作不慎讓油氣外露 遇到靜電還是很危險的 (正常情況下 當然加油槍有防靜電設計 也有油氣回收設計 相對少了些風險) 另外...就一般消費等級的小型車來說 目前省油、環保意識抬頭加上引擎技術進步 ...現在新車幾乎已經不太需要延遲熄火或熱車了 (特別是臺灣又這麼熱... 剛熄火的引擎也還會維持工作溫度好一會兒... 也已經不少車廠有位引擎設計怠速熄火功能 需要動力輸出時又可以立刻啟動) 所以... 一般小型車加油時熄火還是明智的選擇 安全又兼顧你的荷包 ※ 引述《teddy76830 (新海)》之銘言： : 小弟對車子不太懂 : 之前開家裡的teana加油都會習慣熄火 : 自己買了柴莽之後習慣還是沒變 : 但是後來聽說柴油車沒有火星塞所以加油可以不用熄火 : 在加油站看到貨車也都是不熄火加油的 : 想知道柴油車是真的可以不熄火加油嗎？ : 感覺還是怪怪的.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.63.178

標題[問題] Win8的app:Hyper for youtube

前陣子用Hyper for youtube這win8 app看水管還蠻方便的 但最近突然不能用了,一開就自動跳出,寫信問了作者 作者說是AMD顯示卡驅動的問題,我的確前陣子有更新過顯卡驅動 但那是因為之前抓了一個STEAM的遊戲需要新版的OpenGL 不然也是有執行問題,app作者建議我重灌顯卡驅動搞得我現在兩頭堵,冏 不知道win8的app資料記錄在哪?是否有舊資料沒刪除乾淨? 或是還有什麼可能的方法可以順利啟動? 或有什麼推薦的youtube app可用阿 我找了十多個水管app才發現這東西的說,慘= =' 還是說這問題該去顯卡版問?請給點意見,謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.5.34

打從接觸單車一年多來，今年總算有機會去挑戰一下，更有許單車客躍躍欲試，挑戰困難度
全台之冠的『武嶺』。
武嶺位於台14甲線最高處上，海拔3275公尺，也是台灣公路的最高點；以往到台14、14甲
沿線線遊玩，頂多只到霧社、清境農場...而已，未曾到過武嶺一遊，況且今天是騎著單車
前往，沿途的高山峻嶺美不勝收，讓人流連忘返，更能發現「台灣真的好美」。
從各方資訊得知，騎單車上武嶺要作好準備，從埔里出發到武嶺，全長約55公里，總共要
爬升2800公尺，尤其是到了後段路線，海拔超過3000公尺，不但坡度陡，空氣又稀薄，連
走路都會喘，更何況是騎單車。
參加永不放棄(NS)挑戰巔峰武嶺，我抱著如果無法關門前進來，也一定要騎上到武嶺，
當成是來武嶺郊遊踏青，就這樣邊騎邊駐足拍下沿途美麗的風光，騎到後段鳶峰時，
自覺已經體力耗盡時間已經來不及了，一路是走走停停、上馬下馬，進入終點時已經關門了，
足足慢了半個小時才進來，於是我的挑戰巔峰武嶺...“殘念”了。

前晚無法入眠睡眠不足，算是失眠吧！9/14清晨2:30點與太座兩人從家中出發，
一個半小時的車程就到了埔里鎮，前往埔里國中大禮堂辦理報到並領取活動紀念品。

歷年單車賽事武嶺盃、挑戰賽都是在「台灣地理中心碑」集結出發。

清晨天空未破曉，大會也準備就緒，眾多單車菁英好漢慢慢集結，人越來越多。
這次參加NS挑戰巔峰武嶺，參加人數約2800人。

還是一樣與麻吉車友(有三次挑戰武嶺經驗)前往挑戰。
車友問我怎帶登山車來？，天氣預報說會下雨所以登山車上場(我想安全騎乘)，
他只輕描淡寫的回我一句...不會太重嗎！不輕鬆喔，量力而為吧！

清晨5:20出發，騎到這天空已破曉，各路英雄好漢往前行，我們的目標...武嶺。

從地理中心碑→人止關(16公里)，航段16公里，海拔約800公尺，平均坡度2%。
到了人止關，只是暖身、開胃小菜，更精彩的還在後頭等著我們。

往下個目標前進-霧社，爬得越高坡度陡，那就慢慢騎吧...

清晨有著清新的空氣，山水景色也漸漸的印入眼簾。

從人止關→霧社(22公里)，航段6公里，海拔約1100公尺，平均坡度6%。
大會準備第一個補水站-霧社，我自己帶的兩瓶水也喝光了，進來再補水一下。

過了霧社補水站，往下一個目標前清境農場；
氣象項報告說會降雨，天空是晴空萬里；續行中沿途美景是越來越壯觀美麗。

群山環抱中，風光明媚、山水秀麗宛若世外桃源般，不停下腳步...很難。

從霧社→清境農場(29公里)，航段7.5公里，海拔約1700公尺，平均坡度7%。
清境農場有著法式的浪漫，在青青草原上擁有最美麗的視野。

離開了清境農場，往下一目標前進-翠峰，此時覺得越來越陡，高山美景依舊美麗。

但我們後段班的同學，此時已是力不從心，疲憊不堪了，有樹蔭的樹下就有人在休息。

從清境農場→翠峰(40公里)，航段10公里，海拔約2300公尺，平均坡度6%。
到了第二補給站-翠峰(檢錄站)，大會準備了超多貢丸湯、香蕉，有得吃趕快吃也好上路，
10點鐘準時關門，到這時我是9:40分，還好沒被關門。

離開翠峰，往下一目標前進-鳶峰，途中發現自己速度明顯下降了，均速只剩5公里。
此時已自知關門前絕對進不了的，騎起車來是左晃右晃，烏龜散步慢慢爬行中...
沿途的景色太漂亮不尤得多拍幾張下來。

看到遠方的山路，讓人覺得好累，心底也滴咕著到底還有多遠啊...

從翠峰→鳶峰(46公里)，航段6公里，海拔約2700公尺，平均坡度7.5%。
到了鳶峰，空氣變得稀薄，雖有太陽照射也覺得冷了，感覺溫度只剩十幾度吧。

離開鳶峰，往下一目標前進-昆陽；
此時不是累到了，而是累爆了，感覺頭有點痛，牙齦怪怪的，只差沒精神錯亂，
難道這就是所謂的高山症。

從鳶峰→昆陽(51公里)，航段5公里，海拔約3100公尺，平均坡度6.5%。
到了昆陽，車友已騎完全程收工了，但我還有兩公里的路要牽，不是騎；加點水好上路。

離開昆陽，往下一目標前進-武嶺；
昆陽上到武嶺，雖是只剩短短2公里，坡度更是陡9%，幾乎都是一路牽上武嶺。

不見天日，山間雲霧已飄了過來，氣溫驟降感覺不到10度好冷，也快下雨了。

雖然力氣用盡，天堂路上光走路就很喘還要牽著單車，縱然關門了，我也要上武嶺。

從昆陽→武嶺(53公里)，航段2公里，海拔約3200公尺，平均坡度9%。
上了武嶺，很多車友在武嶺石牌照張相片留念，而我是累癱了，想再抬單車上去的力氣
都沒了，坐在旁邊休息欣賞風景。

高山上天氣變化萬千，飄起雨來起濃霧，趕緊下滑到昆陽；
坐上女王車上，食物包裝竟然膨脹起來，空氣稀薄程度可見一般。
坐在車上還是頭痛欲裂，女王買了杯薑湯讓我去去寒，回程由女王開車，交代她下山時開大燈、

雖然參加過大雪山、杉林溪、極限三號、紫南宮一路發等挑戰賽，
這次挑戰武嶺有完賽卻是完全失敗了，也是有始以來最累的一次。
原因：
我混的太兇了，騎程中還駐足拍照。
睡眠不足、本身體力不夠、狀況不佳(主因)。
用錯器材，應當用公路車上山。
有高山症，頭痛、倦怠。
我想明年先作好萬全準備，再拚一次單車的終極目標朝聖之旅。

【大紀元2013年09月17日訊】剛剛結束在保定精神病院長達12年的迫害還不到兩個月時間，劉勇，這位身心健康的邯鄲鋼廠職工，9月12日晚7點左右再次被中共當局綁架到精神病院，近況不詳。

兩個月前的7月13日，被河北保定第六醫院（精神病醫院）非法關押、迫害12年的法輪功學員劉勇，終於走出牢籠。

河北保定第六醫院的醫護人員說：「劉勇根本沒有精神病，身體一直很好，每天也就是打坐煉功，還幫助別的病人，是一個很好的人，是得到全醫院公認的好人。」院方終於決定，7月13日上午9點，將劉勇送回邯鄲鋼廠。

據醫護人員透露，邯鄲鋼廠的人並不歡迎劉勇的歸來，推說劉勇不是該廠職工。醫院人員氣憤地反駁：「不是你單位的人？交醫院費用時怎麼就是？你們得賠償人家損失費，賠一百萬都不多，最少四五十萬。」廠方人員啞口無言。

劉勇遭精神病院迫害經過

法輪功學員劉勇，現年42歲，原是邯鄲市邯鋼集團職工，在1999年7月中共開始迫害法輪功後，他曾因去北京上訪為法輪功鳴冤被非法勞教。

2001年6月，由於受中共鋪天蓋地的謊言欺騙，劉勇的母親竟然夥同邯鋼集團不法人員，強行將自己精神正常的兒子劉勇送入保定精神病院。那一年，劉勇剛剛30歲，一個身心健康小伙子，就因為拒絕放棄自己的信仰，在保定精神病院一關就是12年。

剛到精神病院時，醫務人員每天強迫劉勇吃破壞中樞神經的藥，每次還要他張嘴檢查是否將藥嚥下。他們曾對劉勇說：「我們知道你沒病，我們這麼做是迫於壓力，不得不這樣做。」醫院還強行給劉勇注射一些不明藥物，在極度痛苦中，劉勇險些喪命。

精神病院鑒於劉勇是個正常人，就讓他每天干固定的活，劉勇利用到院中倒垃圾的機會曾兩次試圖逃出，都沒成功，第二次是從長途汽車上被截了回來，從此便被徹底封閉了起來，連樓道的門都出不了，每天打掃樓內衛生，包括打掃廁所。劉勇堅守法輪功學員在哪裏都得做一個好人的原則，他說：「無論到哪裏都得讓人知道法輪大法好！」

醫院擔心劉勇遭迫害的詳細情況外洩，不允許劉勇擁有一支筆、一張紙，不許通信、通電話，不許親朋探視，就是在遠處偷偷看他一眼，都不行，將劉勇與外界完全隔絕。關心劉勇的親朋好友把電話打到病區的醫生辦公室，醫院從來不讓劉勇接電話。

從30歲到42歲，這人生中黃金時期的12年，一個身心健康、風華正茂的青年，卻是在與世隔絕的精神病院中度過。漫長的12年，劉勇是憑著對「真、善、忍」信念，頑強地活了過來。

再陷牢籠

2013年7月13日，保定精神病醫院將劉勇送回邯鄲鋼廠。

劉勇雖然回到家中，可是生活異常艱難，原單位邯鋼推卸責任，不讓劉勇去上班。他的母親依舊是不願了解法輪功真相，還在相信中共欺騙的謊言，敵視法輪功，對劉勇看管的很緊，嚴格限制兒子的活動範圍，不讓和外界接觸。

當初劉勇就是他母親夥同邯鋼惡人送到保定精神病院迫害，十二年來，這位母親一直害怕邯鋼不給兒子出治療費，害怕「政府」放棄對劉勇的治療，所以她從未營救過兒子走出牢獄，相反，而是害怕兒子回到邯鄲。

兩個月後的9月12日晚7點左右，劉勇再次被中共當局綁架到精神病院，近況不詳。

【綜合報導】湖北鄂州市澤林鎮，14日發生一宗離奇的鐵捲門「吃人」事故，一名男童被鐵門捲入身亡。

事故發生在澤林鎮福盛社區辦公樓，當日上午近8時，男童坐在辦公室大門口玩耍，身後的鐵捲門不知何故突然收起，男童被捲入一直上升到頂部。

當地消防局派出12名人員趕赴現場救援。當時男童頭部朝下、臉部發紫，卡在已升到2公尺高的捲門頂部。男童父母愛莫能助，在現場大哭。

【綜合報導】一名失業半個多月的蔡姓男子（32歲）到化妝品公司應徵司機，不但被要求先交一千元印名片，還被主管以「給你做面子」為由，要求他付四千多元KTV唱歌費，甚至要他去酒店續攤。男子批：「還沒領到薪水就被要求埋單，根本是詐騙！」

該公司魏姓主管表示，不記得蔡男，公司正派經營，員工數五十人，下班後同事唱歌聚餐很正常，費用都是大家分擔。台中市何安派出所長蕭旭成說，除蔡男外，確另有民眾報案稱到該公司上班，被要求購買直銷產品。
