記者李鴻典／台北報導

又傳落軌事件，台北捷運公司今(16)日午間指出，先前竹圍站人員跳入軌道事件，受傷旅客送往醫院救治，系統於13:36恢復正常運轉。

北捷指出，12:58竹圍站往新店方向月台，一名女性旅客於列車進站前跳入軌道捲入車下，目前淡水線採取忠義站至紅樹林站單線雙向運轉，公車接駁區段北投站至淡水站。

北捷稍後表示，先前竹圍站人員跳入軌道事件，受傷旅客送往醫院救治，系統於13:36恢復正常運轉，至於旅客跳入軌道原因，後續交由警方調查。

民進黨團幹事長高志鵬今天提出三項呼籲，他表示，民進黨下個會期會持續維護憲政體制，任何人任何黨都不該影響憲政運作。

其次，高志鵬說，這次政爭利用特務治國，特偵組、檢察總長黃世銘毀憲違法，荒腔走板，希望新會期能盡速達成廢除特偵組、讓黃世銘下台的目標，解除「東廠打手」，讓台灣真正邁向民主。

而在民生議題方面，民進黨團強調要力拚經濟，將會和執政黨立委通過服國利民的政策，呼籲馬、江「不要只管掌權，不管漲價」，不管國民黨怎樣內鬥、政爭、鬥爭，10 月份電價絕對不能漲。

【何哲欣／台北報導】國民黨拒絕讓立法院長王金平出席9月29日全代會，法界質疑國民黨違法，最重可被罰30萬元。王金平上午受訪說，之前有接獲黨中央的出席通知，現在是不是有變化，他還不知道。至於未來是否會向法院提強制執行？王也說，這要交由律師去處理，他目前也還沒跟律師討論此事。

此外，年代民調指總統馬英九滿意度勝9.2％，也有34％民眾希望王金平努力重回國民黨。王金平低調說，民調只是參考，且他一直都還是國民黨的黨員。

【張欽／台北報導】前總統李登輝涉及國安密帳案，台北地院今天下午2時30分開庭辯論，李登輝稍早2時許抵達法院，媒體告知國民黨主席馬英九不讓立法院長王金平參加全代會，李登輝說：「人家（王金平）還有國民黨黨員的資格在啊！」

至於馬這樣會不會太「鴨霸」，李指出，民主社會要照民主制度來進行才對，「不能個人想要怎樣就怎樣，要用（遵守）制度啊！」

剛完成了新酷音 TSF 版本，第一版的安裝程式!!! http://www.sendspace.com/file/glfk65 這不是正式釋出的版本，距離可用也還有一段距離 只供內部測試，還有喜愛刺激的朋友。 追求系統穩定的朋友請千萬不要下載，我不敢保證你裝了會怎樣 大家不要期望太高，這是半成品，只是確定能否運作 還有看跟新系統 (尤其 Windows 8) 相容性如何而已 基本打字功能都有，但是設定界面都還沒有做好 這個安裝程式會偵測系統版本，如果是 64 bit 會自動安裝和註冊 32-bit 和 64-bit 兩個版本的輸入法 dll 如果發生無法啟動的情況，請手動建立 C:\Users\\ChewingTextService 這個資料夾。理論上會自動建立，但是似乎偶爾會失靈... 注意：這個版本「預設」只能在 Win 8 deskop mode， 要開啟在 Windows store app 運作需要「手動」，我還沒想到好方法讓他自動 請看這裡： https://github.com/chewing/windows-chewing-tsf/blob/ master/README.md#for-windows-8-you-also-need-to-do-this 原則上，要透過神秘的 ACL，開啟權限讓 app 也可以讀取， 請在命令列提示裡面，執行如下指令： cacls C:\Users\\ChewingTextService /e /t /g "ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES:f" 請注意，這個指令可能會破壞安全性？不確定 會把讀寫ChewingTextService 目錄的權限開給所有 metro apps 我還沒想到更嚴謹的設定方法，反正先可以用再說，剩下再研究。 以上，終於有初步可試玩的成果了，跟大家分享 再次警告：雖然我測試都沒問題，但這是半成品，若下載使用，請自負風險 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.64.247.2 ※ HZYSoft:轉錄至看板 IME 09/15 01:30

【陳如嬌／台北報導】中華郵政表示，9月19日至22日中秋節連續假期間，各地郵局營業窗口一律停止營業，投入信筒（箱）郵件也停止收攬；惟為應顧客緊急需要，連續假期中仍照常投遞快捷郵件。

為因應連續假期間顧客交寄快捷郵件需要，全台20處郵局快捷股或郵務科及駐有守衛或保全的郵局郵務股，中秋連假期間均開放收寄國內快捷郵件服務。台北郵件處理中心航郵科國際快捷郵件股或空運股（地址：大園鄉航勤北路18號）也提供收寄國際快捷郵件服務。

此外，各地郵局附設的自動櫃員機、開放式信箱間以及自助郵局，每日24小時仍提供用郵服務。

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市私立玄奘大學的湯姓大四生剛開學不久，昨夜與同學在學校附近烤肉同樂慶中秋，未料一群人烤肉到今晨１時許結束，湯生自行騎機車返回南寮住家。湯生行經中華路五段１６０巷一處鄉間小道，因視線不良，天色昏暗撞上路旁電線桿，連人帶車跌落田裡，但因撞擊力道過大，當場傷重不治死亡。湯父得知兒子死訊趕到現場，他無法置信的說，昨夜才活蹦亂跳去買東西跟同學烤肉，結果現在他死了，中秋節又快到了，真的不知如何跟家人說。
