涉司法關說案，民進黨團總召柯建銘今晚發新聞稿回應馬總統下午記者會指出，這是台灣版的水門案，是公然挑釁國會，這將是台灣民主化以來最為嚴重的憲政衝突與考驗。

柯建銘說，總統記者會僅選擇性對國會議長攻擊，卻未交待：檢察總長黃世銘先向其報告案情是否牽涉洩密？是否撤察特偵組對他及王院長違法監聽？顯示馬總統作賊心虛，不敢直接面對，未來黨團將就此事追究到底。

他重申，自己絕無請求王院長進行司法關說行為；他所涉全民電通案，在最後更一審已宣判無罪，是在「無罪之後」才與王院長談及司法迫害艱辛痛苦，並提及檢察官常有濫權追訴情況，而非於訴訟期間請求王院長干預該案。

柯建銘說，該案在一、二審期間檢察官均認為刑度過重不再上訴，反而是他自認清白才採取上訴動作，該案所涉刑度僅有六個月，得役科罰金僅約十八萬，他沒有必要為此微罪請求王院長關說。

他說，曾勇夫部長與陳守煌檢察長雖提及王院長有去電表達關心，但事實上均謹守行政份際並未就他的個案進行干預；王院長只是基於民代職責反映民情，表達檢察官不應濫權追訴而已，若此司法改革意見也能被視為關說並為總統所否定，則未來國會職權將形同被閹割，所有監督行政部門的作為都將被視為關說而被污名化，民主憲政終將敲起喪鐘。

柯建銘說，馬總統片面聽信檢察總長黃世銘的洩密，以特偵組違法監聽與胡亂編造的內容對國會議長與在野黨黨團總召進行指控，這是戕害司法、介入個案、特務治國的行為，是以違法手段打擊政治異己；此舉不但公然破壞司法體制、違法亂紀，更違反憲政份際，逾越總統該有的高度與職權。

他說， 馬總統在國會議長出國辦理女兒婚禮期間發動政治追殺，嚴重違反人性，顯然馬總統視王院長如寇讎，欲去之而後快，這是馬總統在民調僅剩十三趴之際，對國會與在野黨發動的殲滅戰。

針鼴身上有堅硬的刺，口中無牙，外表像刺蝟，針鼴有呈管狀的長嘴，鼻孔開在嘴邊，舌長並帶粘液，以取食白蟻和蟻類等；四肢堅硬，各趾有強大的鉤爪，爪長而銳利，可以用來掘土和挖掘蟻巢。針鼴身上短小而鋒利的棘刺是它的護身符，但這些刺並沒有牢牢地長在身上。當遇到敵害時，針鼴會蜷縮成球或鑽進鬆散的泥土中迅速消失，或把有倒鉤刺像箭一樣飛速射向敵害體內。針鼴能以驚人速度掘土為穴將自身埋在土中。

 

它的外形粗看好似一隻刺蝟，身體的背面佈滿長短不一、中空的針刺，體表還被有褐色或黑色的毛，腹面的毛短而柔軟，顏 色較淡。尾巴極短。眼睛和耳朵都很小，但具有發達的外耳殼。頭部灰白色，前部有一個堅硬無毛的喙，呈圓筒狀，並且向下彎曲，鼻孔和嘴都位於喙的前端。嘴只是一個小孔，沒有牙齒。沒有尾巴。爪堅硬而銳利。雄獸的後足內側生有距。但事實上，針鼴與刺蝟是迥然不同的動物，在親緣關係上相距甚遠。刺蝟是食蟲類哺乳動物，針鼴卻是鴨嘴獸的近親，同屬於哺乳動物中的單孔類，消化道、排泄道與生殖道均開口於身體後部的泄殖腔內，所以也是一種原始、低等的奇異哺乳動物

 

 

針鼴鼠的成長過程

鴨嘴獸在洞中孵卵，而針鼴則 在育兒袋裡孵卵,它們都是哺乳動物。雌針鼴的育兒袋每年發育一次，以盛放後代。孵化出來的小針鼴就在育兒袋裡成長，直到渾身是刺為止。剛出生的小針鼴僅重零點四克，剛出生的小針鼴所要做的第一件事就是找奶吃。但是母針鼴沒有乳頭，當小針鼴刺激育兒袋內的皮膚時，奶汁就會從特殊的細孔中分泌出來其乳汁十分濃稠，並隨著小針鼴的長大而越來越濃稠。五十天之後，當小針鼴長好了脊樑骨，雌針鼴就把幼仔推到體外。五個星期之後，小針鼴便能夠獨立生活了。每年5月是針 鼴的繁殖期。長吻針鼴現在僅分佈於新幾內亞島，但是則可見於澳洲大陸和塔斯馬尼亞島。長吻針鼴的體型幾乎比短吻針鼴大一倍，是最大的單孔目成員，喙長而彎，身上的刺短而稀疏，毛髮則比較多。

 

此時，雌獸的腹部會長出一個像袋鼠那 樣的育兒袋。育兒袋為新月形、佈滿粗毛的袋囊，為由肌肉的收縮而形成的皮膚褶皺，僅在每年繁殖期間才出現，可以使卵在其中孵化，成為臨時的育兒袋，並蓋住腹部的乳孔區。此外還具有一個上恥骨，與骨盆相聯接，可能是用來支持袋內的卵或幼仔。產卵時，雌獸像毛蟲一樣把身體彎曲，將泄殖腔對準袋囊，使卵由泄殖腔流出時正好落入袋內，同時由泄殖腔內還流出一些很粘的液體，把卵粘在袋囊的毛上。雌獸大多僅產1枚卵，偶爾產2枚。由於它沒有固定的住所，卵產下以後就由 雌獸隨身攜帶並孵化。針鼴的卵呈白色，裡面有一個極大的卵黃，沒有卵白，大約長15毫米，直徑13毫米，大小與鴨嘴獸的卵差不多。它的卵殼表面很粗糙，如同粗羊皮紙一樣，很像許多爬行動物的革質卵殼。孵化幾周後，幼仔就出殼了。剛出世的幼仔，體長不足12毫米，眼睛還看不見，需要留在育兒袋中繼續生長。由於雌獸沒有乳頭，幼仔只能在袋囊中舔食由雌獸腹部的乳孔流出的乳汁。這樣經過7—8個星期以後，幼仔的體長已有9～10釐米，背部長出了針刺，使雌獸感到不適。這時就開始斷奶，雌獸便把它們掏出來，藏在灌叢等比較隱蔽的地方，繼續哺育，約每5天回來餵養一次，雌獸的臨時育兒袋也就自然消失了。幼仔1歲以後才能達到性成熟，這時背上的針刺可長到6釐米長。

針鼴與鴨嘴獸同是卵生哺乳動物，與人類繁殖方式有所不同。雄性針鼴的陰莖分岔成兩條，每條上面又各有兩個頭，形成「四頭陰莖」；針鼴的陰莖只有輸送精子一個作用，其餘拉屎拉尿的工作則交給「泄殖腔」。

為甚麼針鼴會長出「四頭陰莖」？由於牠們的繁殖競爭相當激烈，平均每隻雌性發情時，會有11隻雄性同時爭取交配權。所以雄性針鼴無論是陰莖或是精子，都必須強壯到不行！交配時，雄性針鼴分岔的兩條生殖器會交替伸縮，以配合雌性生殖器大小；射精後，精子又會集結成「精子束」，這樣可以動得更快，力度更強。

美國國家鐵人三項競賽今天在華盛頓舉行，駐美代表金溥聰首度參加華府年度體育盛事，在多次大腿抽筋的考驗下完成賽事。

第8屆美國國家鐵人三項競賽8日在華府波多馬克河畔舉行，來自全球17個國家和全美48州、近5000名鐵人賽好手參加比賽。

賽程採奧運標準規格，參賽者必須先後完成1500公尺游泳、40公里自行車和10公里長跑，挑戰參賽者體能和毅力極限。

有10多年鐵人賽經驗的駐美代表金溥聰，在公餘期間輕裝簡從參加這項華府年度體育盛事。他在賽前預估，約可在3小時30分到4小時間完成賽事。

金溥聰在50歲以上成年組，前兩項游泳和自行車比賽中表現相當不錯，維持過去水準。不過他在難度最高的路跑中多次抽筋，但仍在3小時40多分左右跑進終點站。

比賽完後，金溥聰輕鬆地笑說，練習太少，跑步1公里多就開始抽筋。他說，這得靠意志力和腿部降溫的方式處理，到水站就拼命澆水，把體溫降下，大概抽了3、4次就比較好了。

金溥聰在終點站前和另一名跑者相互打氣跑進終點。他說，在終點前300公尺又開始抽筋，有很多外國朋友幫忙加油，還主動提供冰水，途上遇見老外跑者也一路抽筋，兩人一起結伴跑進終點。

熱愛運動的金溥聰在華府期間忙於台美事務，參加鐵人三項和路跑是少有的奢侈「享受」。他5月曾準備參加華府龍舟賽，當時因處理台菲廣大興案無法參賽。

鐵人三項競賽需長期準備，缺乏固定練習容易造成運動傷害。他以經驗建議有意挑戰體能和意志力的運動愛好者，最好多練習3項運動間的轉換，身體機能和肌肉才能適應劇烈變化。
