●為何老闆應該讓大家在星巴克咖啡店上班？

英國作家伍德(Chris Ward)在其精彩的新書《不在辦公室工作》(Out of Office)中，提倡利用臨時的無線網路工作。

作者描述了美國總統歐巴馬首次就職演講，如何由27歲的Jon Favreau坐在星巴克裡寫完；《腦力大作戰》(Cranium)創作者Richard Tait如何在一家咖啡館裡開始創作這個棋盤游戲；Michael Smith如何在當地的Caffè Nero咖啡館發明兒童的虛擬世界Moshi Monsters；以及《哈利•波特》的作者羅琳，相信咖啡館是寫作的最佳場所。

當然，工廠經理、外科醫生、廚師和工業化學家仍然得在專門場所工作。但許多人——從軟件工程師和撰稿人，到建築師和時裝設計師，幾乎可以在任何地方工作。這種自由，再加上主動適應的意願，能夠使人們的職業更有樂趣，有時效率也會更高。

當然，就同事間的互動而言，使用數字設備，要比面對面交流難得多。使用Skype進行討論，絕不如坐在同一間辦公室裡討論有效果，正如電子郵件交流永遠趕不上電話溝通一樣。

但這是一個必須盡可能削減(固定)成本的時代。如果老闆不排斥分散工作方式，那麽你就可以讓員工在家、汽車或者酷的咖啡館工作，既節省資金，又讓他們更快樂。

企業也可以不用完全依賴臨時場所，現在新的形態辦公空間，大量湧現，包括輪流使用的辦公桌和共享氛圍。我曾嘗試在家裡的書房工作，但我不喜歡這種工作方式。我需要將我的家庭生活與工作分開。因此我每日朝聖似地前往辦公地點，因為我享受這種社會性，而且當公司達到一定規模時，如果它只能在咖啡館開會，人們就很難把它當回事。

如果你員工需要大量第一線接觸客戶，老闆那不妨試試這種流動辦公室的工作型態，不僅可以節省成本，同時管理層也可以接近客戶和經營第一線。總的來說，對員工士氣、成本基礎和團隊生產率來說，反辦公室運動可能是一件好事。(作者：英融時報專欄作家 Luke Johnson。來源)

【路暢平/南投報導】文化部協助南投縣藝術界與音樂家推動的「給阿嬤の雨夜花」系列活動，8日上午在縣史館門前熱鬧展開，由「優樂集」、雅弦拉丁爵士樂團帶動下，阿公阿嬤們歡喜參與拉丁鼓(Bongo)，跟著年輕快樂了起來。

「優樂集」樂團獲選今年文化部媒合演藝團體進駐演藝場所合作計畫團隊，進駐南投縣政府文化局「南投縣藝術家資料館」，舉辦「給阿嬤的雨夜花」系列音樂活動。活動持續兩個多月，6場戶外音樂會及10場銀髮族音樂研習營，喚起許多人對音樂的渴望。

「優樂集」總監謝雙雙表示，某次表演，有位很多事情都遺忘了的失智阿嬤，聽到「雨夜花」這首台灣民謠，居然不停地鼓掌，開心滿足的笑開懷，家人十分震撼，覺得音樂的力量好巨大，陪同的孫女也感動落淚，讓他們更堅定要給老人們安慰，演奏出一首首好歌謠。

謝雙雙表示，期盼將台灣民謠世界化、古典音樂平民化，結合銀髮族音樂研習，跨越世代傳承好音樂；每場音樂會進行的同時，有藝術家現場人像素描、手工藝品展示，以及限量咖啡品嚐，更貼心邀請新泰宜婦幼醫院設立醫護站，為觀眾朋友們免費血壓測量及醫護諮詢。
