【呂志明／台北報導】特偵組查辦法務部長曾勇夫違法關說案，上午發布新聞稿指負責偵辦的高檢署檢察官林秀濤，「竟未調卷詳予審核」、「即遵照陳守煌檢察長輚達有立法委員關說及違法指示不要上訴之意，率未予上訴」，林秀濤看過新聞稿後回應：「我有調卷為何特偵組說謊」。

林秀濤說，高檢署檢察長陳守煌確實有為柯建銘一案與她討論，檢察長告訴她：「請依法處理，如果可以上訴，就要上訴，如果沒有上訴的理由，不要為了上訴而上訴」。

林說，今年6月27日收受判決後，她還與同辦公室的檢察官陳正芬討論，她們當天立即調閱相卷證進行研究，認為判決沒有違背法令，才決定不上訴。

今年8月31日晚上7時，她在教會接到特偵組來電，她一度以為是詐騙集團，當她見到檢察官鄭深元後，鄭提示相關資料，也告訴她，有查到她有調卷，但今天特偵組的新聞稿卻說她「竟未調卷詳予審核」。

林秀濤認為，特偵組不僅誤解她的意思、還在說謊。對此，特偵組代理發言人楊榮宗稱，林有調卷但沒有詳細閱讀。

靚到底 磚去  水腫新纖法 瑜伽 瑜伽磚

免費防毒軟體身大家的喜愛，能夠有即時防護就是大家所需要的，不少人的立場是有防毒就好，總比沒有防毒好上許多吧！因此我覺得免費防毒軟體還是比較受歡迎，一來具有保護作用，二來沒有費用的問題。AVG 一直也是免費防毒中的佼佼者，已經推出了 AVG Anti-Virus FREE 2014 免費版本，若是還在猶豫要用啥防毒好的話，不妨也可以參考看看囉！

安裝步驟

官方下載：http://free.avgtaiwan.com/free-antivirus-download

官方下載的是聯線的安裝檔案，必須要完成設定之後，才會從線上下載安裝。

選擇繁體中文，除非您想用其他不同的語系。

使用者條款，也必須接受才可以繼續。

在這個步驟可以選擇安裝 AVG Anti-Virus 免費版，或是免費試用 30 天 Internet Security 的版本，後者的保護能力當然更強大，建議大家可以選擇這 30 天的免費試用，30 天之後會自動切回免費的版本。

選擇快速安裝即可，除非有自己想設定的安裝項目。

安裝過程中會建議安裝 AVG Toolbar，不過我個人不愛裝這種工具列，大家在安裝過程中可以自己思考一下是否需要。

完成安裝設定後就會開始進行下載安裝。

AVG Anti-Virus 防毒功能介紹

今年份還不少軟體都採用 Windows 8 的風格模式，AVG Anti-Virus 也是如此，這樣大家有漸漸對這種畫面更加習慣嗎？

免費版主要防護功能：

• 電腦：會保護電腦免於病毒、間諜軟體、蠕蟲和特洛伊木馬程式的侵害。
• 網頁瀏覽：可以偵測惡意探索網站，和其他複雜的線上威脅。
• 身份：提供主動式的身份盜用保護，和隱私相關的安全性。
• 電子郵件：會掃描傳入傳出的電子郵件。

最基本的掃毒功能，還可以檢測電腦是否有 Rootkit 的存在。

當出現威脅時，會跳出通知，也會要您選擇該如何處理。

所有掃描、處理的設定都在進階設定裡，預設可以不用去操作，不過會建議大家可以每個選單都展開來看看，才會知道到底有多少功能。

騙人的 PC 分析程式

看到 PC 分析程式我還高興了一下，想說免費版還有這樣的功能，但是嚴格說起來也不能說他騙人，因為真的只執行「分析」的動作，分析的項目有登錄錯誤、垃圾檔案、分散程度與損壞的捷徑。

分析完成之後會將可以修復的資訊列出來，不過無法立即修復，因為立即修復是另一款產品 AVG PC TuneUp 的功能，會導回他們網站的介紹，此功能是付費功能，因此在免費版的 AVG Anti-Virus 當中，這功能就當作參考囉！我想一般免費的優化清理軟體也就足夠了！

手機應用程式

AVG 除了在電腦上有防毒外，在 Android 系統上也有許多防毒、清理的工具，可以從手機應用當中去查看。

實際測試了 AVG Anti-Virus FREE 2014 之後，我覺得功能的確是很陽春，若要與 Internet Security 相比的確少了不少功能，但是在最基本的掃毒能力上是沒有差異的，只要養成定時掃毒的習慣，電腦也會安安全全的啦！

【李銘宏／台北報導】1部新車價值新台幣1700多萬的藍寶堅尼LP570-4 Spyder Performante ET 因左後輪故障，凌晨0時許拋錨在台北市敦化南路快車道上，由於現場旁邊就是敦化誠品，一度吸引不少民眾圍觀，事後車主請來拖車，費了好一番工夫才將車輛架上拖吊車。
 
警方表示，他們接獲報案有1部超跑疑似車禍停放在敦化南路往南方向的快車道上，警方到達時卻僅看見1部紅色藍寶堅尼停在路中。車主低調表示車子故障，已經請拖車來處理，由於現場未發現其它事故車輛，因此警方並未介入處理，該部跑車疑似在他處發生事故，左後輪部分出現故障，但車主卻繼續行駛，直開到事發地點無法行駛時，車主才停車，並在路中等待救援。

 標題那樣,剛載下來還可以播,隔天開機要播就出問題了,資料夾名子也沒什麼特殊字元,全部都英文+空白而已,要播放的檔名也是

 KMP版本是3.5.0.77
