【呂品逸／基隆報導】擊解基隆巨石進度超前！原先預計今天下午才要開始擊解巨石，不過施工便道提前架設完畢，巨石底下的住戶也全數勸離；上午9時許，怪手已經開始敲擊巨石，估計巨石會像剝洋蔥般，一片一片的被擊解，若是不成功才會使用膨脹劑。

昨天JUKE交車，小弟的車是黑紅色內裝NA版，
今天跑去三義試車，整體操控性不錯，避震也很舒服，
車身雖然看起來偏高，但開起來很穩，路程上車內隔音良好，發動時真的會無感

CVT進氣的車剛開始很不習慣，油門感覺非常舒適，
但沒有試乘TURBO版時的貼背感，會感覺馬力稍嫌不足，
不過習慣之後,開sport模式,然後油門大腳一點,超車還是夠用了,
只是遇到上坡還是會有點吃力.

加裝的6合一語音,導車顯影畫質略顯粗糙,音響會有點大小聲.

方向盤有定速跟限速,很好用,不過第一天還不習慣,高速開起來有點手忙腳亂

紅色內裝看起來滿爽的,座椅超好坐,私心覺得比turbo版的皮椅好坐,也比較不熱

經過在01問&實際走訪店家

大部分都推這兩台

以下有幾個問題想請問

1.這兩台分別的優缺，及相對的優劣

2.我不太懂型號會有一串數字，是什麼意思

3.我昨天去光華看MSI的GE70，他說現金的話算我30.9k，還幫我把記憶體升級8G，這樣算很划算嗎，有值得多花一點錢買嗎

我想要問這樣可以告他嗎?
有辦法可以解決這種情形嗎?

※我家全部成員都是辦遠傳
※我有疑問就會加上◎這個符號

原本我妹也是用遠傳手機,後來她同學跟她說亞太網內互打免費，
所以她就改另外辦了一支亞太

我大姊跟我妹拿我媽的雙證件(有經過我爸媽同意)一起去辦手機的，
然後再辦手機的時候，我姊就顧著跟辦手機的櫃台人員聊手機的事，
就沒有發現到其實我妹辦了兩支手機號碼(一支我妹的、一支她同學的)，
我妹是自己付費買了手機殼，她同學是原本就有手機機殼，
後來收到帳單我們才知道我妹辦了兩支手機。
(超不爽我妹的)

原本我爸是看我妹同學都有準時繳錢所以沒說什麼，
不過我媽一開始就有想廢掉的意思，不過就是沒廢，
結果最近我妹她同學把手機借給另一個同學打，打了3753元(7.8月的)
原本5.6月也是打三千多，不過有繳錢
可是7.8月的她就繳不出來，結果電信局就一直打電話來催錢，

之前就有打電話給那個同學要她繳錢，還叫她給她媽媽聽電話，
她好像會怕所以都不敢給她媽聽電話，
我媽就打電話去跟我妹老師說(老師也知道)，要跟老師要同學家的電話，
我媽就想直接跟同學的媽媽說。

結果老師竟然說我妹她同學跟她說已經廢掉手機了(就同學跟老師說手機已廢)，
老師問我媽是不是我妹自己用同學手機打電話打那麼多，
我媽就傻眼跟老師說我妹自己也有手機，幹嘛還要拿同學的手機打?

(到這邊，我覺得很扯，哪個老師會先懷疑自己的學生的?也太誇張了吧
而且我妹是真的只拿自己的手機，真的很不敢相信有這種老師)

老師怕會有衝突，所以也沒給我媽電話，老師就自己當中間傳話的人就對了!
後來老師又打電話來，說同學家長想要有通聯記錄，看是打給誰
(就懷疑我妹也有打手機就對了!)
我就說好，因為我媽在忙所以是我跟老師說電話

(其實我是在想有通聯紀錄就可以知道是不是那個同學打的?
畢竟那是同學借給另一個同學打，不就有兩個人，怎麼知道是誰打的?)

最近就是在調通聯紀錄6.7.8月的
我妹他同學就在學校說我妹害她手機怎樣怎樣講得自己很可憐，
還說我妹幹嘛要打電話跟老師說，害她媽媽知道之類的

我妹她同學在學校還問我妹:「你媽有要告我嗎，要告我才要付違約金。」
(我看你連3753都不繳吧還說啥違約金，真的超級不爽)
今天是第四天了，想到這件事情就很氣
我妹學校老師還問我妹要不要轉班或轉學，真的很誇張

對了，我有叫我妹打電話給他同學說我要跟她講這件事情

我妹：你等一下
她同學：喂 幹嘛
我心裡os有人會跟第一次講電話的人這樣講話?
我：你明天會繳錢吧?還有妳九月也不要打電話不然你打的那些錢你也是要
自己付(我打給她是9/3號) (她們老師有叫她明天一定要繳)
她同學：不知道啦 我手機又沒電怎麼打電話
我心裡os沒電你是不會充電?怎可能都不充，從9/1~9/3，而且還跟我說不知道?
明明你們老師就叫你明天要繳錢了
我：你沒打就好，如果你有打就要自己付錢，因為那是你打的不是我們打的，
如果你一直不繳電信局就會一直打來我家靠北靠母
(我必須要說因為我真的太不爽她的口氣，所以才會講這樣，但我都沒有罵到她
也沒有對她人身攻擊)
後來她就一直喔喔喔我就跟他說要繳錢(我發誓我絕對沒有罵她)最後就直接掛
我電話了!

PS.我也很不爽我妹就很笨很糟糕，但是還是想快點找地解決的辦法!

◎想請問大家，這樣可以告她嗎?
◎還有如果要告她要有哪些證據?

E96f13b4be4468ea3d916c1a3687064d 本文作者Michael Mace是Apple和Palm前高管，原載於其個人部落格。軟硬體結合真的這麼有前途嗎？這種方式背後的一個基本假設就是，軟體和硬體相結合可以為公司帶來更為出色的用戶體驗（和更高的利潤），就像Apple做的那樣。

10 年前，打造一個作業系統然後再向 OEM 廠商發放使用許可被看做是稱霸科技產業的最佳方式 ，人人奉為至理。高手們告訴你，「關鍵是要建立一個標準。如果你只為自己的裝置寫程式，那就永遠都達不到先平台後授權所能取得的規模，也就永遠不會成為行業的領導者。」

Windows 的空前成功佐證了這種說法。Apple把 Mac OS 封閉起來，微軟則向其它公司發放 Windows 使用權。微軟贏了，所以這條路走得通。然後，Apple先是用 iPhone 改造了智慧型手機市場，然後又硬是以 iPad 變出了個平板市場。突然間，「閉門造車」式發展路線似乎又成了更好的選擇。

現在，兩大行動作業系統各自擁有了硬體工廠：Google 有Mororola，微軟則剛剛牽手Nokia。儘管仍然向 OEM 做授權，但他們明顯感受這是不夠的——必須要具備自己做硬體的能力。10 年前的黃金法則開始失效了。

今天回頭來看，這也算是個驚人的變化了。實在很難找出另一個在 10 年內就徹底顛覆了基本法則的行業了。到底這對我們來所意味著什麼還很難講，以下只是我的幾個初步想法。

軟硬體結合真的這麼有前途嗎？這種方式背後的一個基本假設就是，軟體和硬體相結合可以為公司帶來更為出色的用戶體驗（和更高的利潤），就像Apple做的那樣。但這種假設背後還是有這麼幾個問題的：

  1. Apple已經占盡了先機。如果肯為那些附加其它價值（設計，應用和品牌等）的智慧型手機或平板電腦付出額外金錢的用戶群體是固定的話，那麼我們可以大膽地假設Apple已經搶在所有人面前吞掉了這個群體的絕大部分了。剩下的是那些對價格更為敏感的消費者。這給微軟和 Google 的行動設備部門留下了一種可怕的可能性：和Apple一樣高的成本，但卻沒有Apple一樣高的利潤。Google 有廣告業務來抵消這種負面影響。承受著股東壓力和投入更多資源的微軟可就沒多少操作空間了。
  2. 軟體加硬體真的可行嗎？除了Apple之外，還有哪個走軟硬體結合路線公司敢說在行動領域的各方面都取得成功了？Palm，黑莓，Danger…Apple開始變得越來越像一個特例。要是執行不到位的話，什麼策略也行不通。也許微軟應該把資源放在其現有平台戰略的優化上，而不是徹底調轉船頭走另外的方向。但現在已經太晚了，我們應該想想為什麼Apple能成功而其它公司不能。

也許是Apple的產品優化由產品經理而不是工程師主導。如果是這樣的話，微軟恐怕要在組織文化上動一番手術了。Google 也是如此，但你覺得這對於 Google 來說可能嗎？

或者天上掉下一個有超能力的 CEO 來。這正是我的下一個觀點…

微軟的下一任CEO必須得是超人。

以下是鮑默爾將給他的繼任者留下的爛攤子：

  • Windows 8在沒能挽救微軟逐漸頹廢的態勢。
  • Surface系列在市場上半死不活。
  • 公司剛進行了一次大型的高層組織性變化。這種影響通常需要一年才能被完全消化。下級管理層會有一定程度的變動。
  • 微軟和Nokia的部門需要被整合。這會帶來文化上的挑戰——Nokia是一個奉行集體主義的硬體公司，而微軟做的則是高度競爭的軟體生意；還有操作上的挑戰，根據我在Palm的經驗，創造一個同時讓內部硬體團隊和專利持牌人同時滿意的管理系統是極其困難的。衝突時刻存在。微軟宣傳他們在收購Nokia之後會繼續將Windows Phone授權給其他公司，我希望這只是一個口號而已，因為它實行起來非常困難。

這真是個複雜到無以復加的情況。誰可以做到這一切？誰又有足夠的自信來嘗試？CEO 的選擇對微軟來說將會是關鍵中的關鍵，並且選擇還真沒幾個。

微軟需要找個合適的對手。在收購Nokia的記者會上進行的演講中，微軟得意洋洋地講述如何「在 34 個不同市場打敗了黑莓」。這不是我第一聽見微軟拿自己跟黑莓比了。我覺得可以適可而止了，因為這就像在馬拉松比賽裡跑贏死人一樣無聊。

陰謀論者應該會愛死這些話。早在這次的收購事件之前，一些Sybiam的死忠粉絲抱怨過 Stephen Elop 是微軟送給Nokia的特洛伊木馬：搞垮Nokia以便於微軟收購。但我不認為 Elop 是木馬，因為他之前的Nokia管理層已經在搞垮公司這件事上做得很好了。

接下來會發生什麼？現在，軟體加硬體三足鼎立的格局已經形成了，那麼會有其它的廠商繼續效仿這種模式嗎？準確地說，三星會不會也打算為自己找一個新的 OS？三星已經有 Bada OS 了，並且有消息稱會和 Tizen 結合。中國的廠家會感到壓力嗎？如果他們要行動的話，市面已經沒多少 OS 可買了。或許黑莓是個不錯的選擇，但是加拿大政府會同意嗎？(mobileopportunity.blogspot.com)
