【綜合報導】最近網路流傳一段片段，相信是發生在委內瑞拉一間醫院或衛生所，一名男醫師為初生嬰兒量身高和體重，但測量期間醫生的行為舉止相當粗魯，對嬰兒又拽又摺又扭，把嬰兒弄到嚎啕大哭。

這名醫師把嬰兒細小的軀體扭來扭去，甚至把嬰兒當洋娃娃般拋上拋下，嚇得嬰兒不斷嚎哭。但醫生沒有停下來，更單手把嬰兒「拿起」，還一度在平台上把嬰兒像手機般「摺來摺去」。

在場有一名女性觀看整個過程，但都沒有加以制止，甚至還在一旁偷笑。嬰兒遭折磨超過一分鐘後，才被該名女子抱走，但未知她是否是嬰兒的母親。

【陳威廷／台北報導】小貓熊圓仔出生57天，體重從183.4公克長到超過3200公克，台北市立動物園表示，圓仔長成迅速，除了營養的母乳，充分的睡眠也是關鍵，睡得好，才能一眠大一吋。

動物園指出，圓仔小時候住在保溫箱中，睡覺時只會原地轉圈圈，第一天回到媽媽圓圓身邊時，或許環境不像保溫箱又平又穩，圓仔睡得不安穩，時常醒來大叫，圓圓抱著圓仔直到睡著，才躺下休息，圓仔又因圓圓姿勢改變驚醒大叫，母女倆只能不斷重覆變換姿態，無法好眠，白天圓仔回保溫箱，母女倆才能各自好好睡上一覺。動物園說，現在圓仔24小時都待在媽媽身邊，有時睡在圓腳上，有時枕著的手臂，有時自己躺在竹葉床上，就連抱出來量體重都可以瞬間睡著，是不折不扣的睡美人。

一年一度的SOGO百貨「童年紀事」兩岸兒童繪畫比賽，昨天舉辦頒獎典禮，來自對岸的三位得獎小朋友受邀來台領獎、順道觀光，並與台灣獲獎的小朋友集體創作，畫下他們心目中的台灣寶島，饒富趣味。

由太平洋SOGO百貨、太平洋崇光文教基金會、徐元智先生紀念基金會共同舉辦的兩岸兒童繪畫比賽，迄今已屆滿九年，歷年來總共收到六萬多件參賽作品。隨著兩岸文化交流日益頻繁，今年參賽件數爆量，台灣參賽作品逾八千件，對岸參賽作品更突破五千件，參賽件數打破史上紀錄，競爭相當激烈。

這回受邀來台的大陸優勝學童，包括上海的吳其霖、重慶的馬新宇和天津的繆昕格，三位分別是華東、西南和華北區的總冠軍，此行除了領獎，還順道與台灣獲獎的小朋友一起旅遊觀光，參訪了台北、宜蘭等景點，並在礁溪三民國小校長徐博正的帶領下體驗陶藝創作、走訪宜蘭傳統藝術中心，深入了解台灣本土藝術之美。

標題[求助] 值得繼續下去嗎

【綜合報導】澳洲墨爾本一名登山客周六在健行途中，不慎扭傷腳踝，由於無法行走，同行友人尋求協助，救難小組派遣直升機前來救援，直升機到現場後，將擔架和醫護人員垂降到傷者處，直升機則在上方盤旋等候。
 
沒想到在將傷者從地面拉入直升機內時，突然發生問題，傷者從100英呎高空墜落，直升機立刻降落搜救傷者，但據報傷者墜落後當場死亡。

救助傷者卻導致傷者身亡，也讓救難小組相當受挫，並立刻停止使用所有垂吊救援設備，至於意外原因還有待調查，救難隊表示他們使用的設備，都是通過高標準審驗，發生這起意外，他們將重新全面檢驗找出問題所在。

【綜合報導】南迴鐵路因土石流造成自強號出軌而中斷，在工程人員不眠不休搶通下，今天凌晨三點多，將最後底盤嚴重扭曲的兩節車廂（第4、5節）成功拉上軌道拖出，待第二隧道口的淤泥清除完畢，台鐵還會以普快車進行測試，最快將在下午通車。

據《壹電視》報導，由於第二隧道口還有淤泥及土石堆，目前怪手正加緊清除中，同時台鐵也擔心軌道有問題，派出了維修台車檢試軌道，待土石清除後，台鐵還會以普快車進行測試，預計最快將在下午通車。

※ [本文轉錄自 Food 看板 #1I8qmOqE ] 作者: floma (我存在故我愛) 看板: Food 標題: [食記] 平價極厚! 新北永和 饕食屋 厚切豚排 時間: Sun Sep 1 22:15:46 2013 餐廳名稱：饕食屋 厚切豚排 消費時間：2013年/7月 地址：新北市永和區中正路310號(燦坤對面) 電話：02-29475717 網誌好讀圖文版:P http://floma.pixnet.net/blog/post/51079672 這間饕食屋在雙和版上有著一定的知名度 其賣點不外乎就是平價 豬排極厚(同價位而言) 之前住永和的時候也常常經過 不過一直都沒有進去吃 直到開了分店 才想說去嘗鮮看看 本來想說是在福和路附近的燦坤 結果沒想到中正路上有兩間阿XD 不過看在分店有冷氣的份上 跑一趟還算是可以接受嚕 店外一景 跟本店一樣採用大紅的招牌 非常亮眼 不過前面有一棵樹可能會被擋到就是 底下還掛有燈籠 直接表明了厚切豬排的特色 店內一景 店內不大 桌數也不多 算是稍嫌壅擠了些 後頭有自取的飲料 不過桌子都是看起來極有份量的紅木 算是質感不俗 飲料 提供的是無糖麥茶 一般般 說不上好喝也部會難喝 不過對重口味的豬排來說算是挺解膩 點菜單 主餐的部分是60+ 最貴不會超過一百 算是相當平價 另外也有小菜 湯等可以加點 主菜的部分也可以加點 培根藍帶豬排飯(100元/份) 像是簡餐的形式 三個小菜一碗飯和一個主菜 主菜的份量真的是挺大的 小菜的部分算是不油膩爽口 但味道就一般 斷面 起士的量挺多的 用兩片肉包起來 部位推估是里肌 炸的尚算酥脆 肉質不會太老 本身的調味不重 味道集中在起士的部分 搭起來很協調 算是不錯 麻婆豆腐豬排蓋飯(100元/份) 豬排和蓋飯本身是分開的 兩個份量都不算小 相當划算的一品 麻婆豆腐蓋飯 很簡單的肉末 蔥花 豆腐和醬 還有意味不明的美生菜 估計是用來增加青菜量的 近拍 豆腐沒意外用的是板豆 滑嫩感不太足 口感較紮實 醬的部分味道並不算太重 辣度也一般(小~中之間) 醬汁很多 吃到最後都很夠配 激賞的是麻 真是算是挺麻的麻婆 吃到後來舌頭真的有麻掉的感覺 主菜的豬排 上頭已經先淋上豬排醬了 和剛剛的起司豬排一樣是份量十足 斷面 令人激賞的厚度 以百元豬排來說這厚度絕對夠滿意 肉質稍乾了些 不過還算是有些肉汁 豬排的皮也不會太厚 雖然說沒有到讓人驚豔的程度 但還是有一定的水準了 平價 厚切 這間店很成功的詮釋了這兩個賣點 味道上不是頂好 但分量上絕對夠滿意 也算是這種店最大的訴求吧 麻婆豆腐配豬排算是有趣的組合 份量非常足 可以接受的朋友可以點來試試看 不然點基本的豬排飯也是不錯嚕 平價實惠的好店 新店有冷氣比較舒服 而且價格似乎是一樣的 就不知道味道上有沒有差別了:P -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.122.43.9 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: floma (140.122.43.9), 時間: 09/01/2013 22:16:08

【林靜盛／雲林報導】雲林沿海今晨下起豪雨，麥寮、台西及四湖鄉等道路出現積水，水深20至50公分，一度湧進麥寮鄉民宅，且鄉內各級學校都因校園積水，緊急宣布停課；台西五港村凌姓民眾說：「已經連二週淹水了，我從晚上下大雨就不敢睡，水清晨3、4點左右開始淹！」即使馬上拿沙包擋水，庭院約50公分積水，還是滲進房內，希望政府快改善排水，否則每次大雨，家中都會泡水。

【綜合報導】前伊朗總統拉夫桑賈尼（Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani）1日對伊朗媒體表示，他相信敘利亞政府應該要為以化武攻擊平民負責任，這與伊朗官方論調支持敘利亞阿塞德政權的立場明顯不同。
 
拉夫桑賈尼還說，敘利亞人民先前被政府當成施放化武的對象，不久後又將成為「外國攻擊的目標」，語帶憐憫。另外，沙烏地阿拉伯外長法伊沙（Saud al-Faisal）1日則是敦促阿拉伯國家，一定要支持美國動武制裁敘利亞的行動，法伊沙表示，國際社會對敘利亞的援助，可以結束目前血流成河的內戰殺戮；阿爾巴尼亞1日也公開支持美國以軍事行動制裁敘利亞。
