彰化市安溪東路51巷因地層滑動，導致馬路出現深達10多公分的裂痕，28戶民宅中也有房子出現龜裂，甚至傾斜現象，彰化縣政府及消防局立即進行強制撤離近120名住戶。

連日豪雨不斷，在大雨的沖刷下彰化市安溪東路51巷的民宅31日出現地基下陷情況。當地居民表示，馬路上一開始的裂縫僅2、3公分，到了晚上時不斷擴大，更有民宅的廚房陷落，相當危險。

而彰化縣政府及消防隊評估過後，認為民宅傾斜極為危險，將28戶住戶、約120人緊急撤離，現場也拉起封鎖線，以免有民眾闖入發生意外。

消防人員表示，這28間民宅已有30年歷史，可能是因房子建在山坡地順向坡，且後方是荔枝園，才會導致地基不穩下陷。

** 長心得文，有劇情雷， 這部電影在韓國非常賣坐，對於親情戲無法抵抗的我，看完預告片就決定進電影院。 和朋友算是看下午場，但整個影廳中，只有我和我朋友及一對情侶還有一位大叔 當然這個結果也不算意外，好像真的比較少人會特地進電影院看日韓片。 (順道一提在我們縣市約5間影城卻只有一間上映這部。) 故事的主角是一位智商只有六歲的單親爸爸李永谷(柳承龍飾)，以及他的女兒李妍思。 妍思是個熱愛美少女戰士的可愛女孩，而妍思即將開學，想要新的書包， 父女倆在店家櫥窗外看著想要很久的美少女戰士書包。 疼女兒的永谷答應妍思明天領到薪水就幫她買新的書包。 然而，就在他們說好的同時，書包被別的家庭買走了，有智能障礙的永谷非常心急 闖進店裡只顧說著那個書包是妍思的、是妍思的，並且想把已經背在別的女孩身上的書包 給拿下來，結果觸怒了女孩的爸爸，狠狠的打了永谷幾下， 殊不知，這就是一切的開端。 隔天領到薪水的永谷，遇到昨天買了美少女戰士書包的女孩。 女孩告訴永谷還有其他地方在賣美少女戰士的書包，於是永谷跟著女孩來到一個市場 但畫面一轉，女孩已經倒在地上，頭也流著血，正在對女孩做急救措施的永谷卻被 目擊者誤認為是殺人兇手。 這個案子引起了相當大的風波，原因是死掉的女孩是警政署長的女兒。 永谷被抓後，一心只想著妍思還一個人在家，擔心會不會沒有吃飯或感冒， 急著想見妍思，所以辦公的警察利用這點，讓永谷簽了罪狀證明，永谷也因而入獄。 入獄後的永谷一開始因為先姦後殺這個罪名的關係，並不受到同牢房的人歡迎。 但在之後的某天，善良的永谷救了同牢房的老大一命，老大也義氣地說要報答永谷 於是牢房裡的大家趁亂一起將妍思送進牢房中，讓父女倆相見。 大家漸漸地覺得，心地如此善良的永谷，怎麼可能會殺人？他真的殺了那個小女孩嗎？ 所以決定同心協力幫助永谷找出真相。 第一次開庭的日子決定了，大家很努力的幫永谷練習在開庭時要說的話， 原本永谷是有機會可以被撤銷死刑的判決，卻因為在開庭前， 警政署長威脅了永谷，說若是不認罪，他會殺了妍思。 愛女心切卻無法正常判斷的永谷，在庭上認了罪，所以死刑也定讞了。 在倒數判決的日子，牢房的大家都努力的想幫永谷逃出監獄， 雖然真的有那麼一瞬間真的要成功了，但我們都知道那是不可能的。 永谷的判決日定在女兒的生日， 那天的早晨還是像平常一樣，大家圍在一起吃著早飯 後來其他人端出了用巧克力餅堆成的小蛋糕，祝妍思生日快樂 而永谷也終於買到美少女戰士的書包，作為禮物送給妍思。 妍思開心地向永谷行了大禮，說「謝謝你能幫我的爸爸喔。」 永谷也回了妍思「爸爸也謝謝妳來到這個世上作我的女兒。」 之後就是一段揪心至~~~~~~~~極的片尾了。 長大後的妍思成了辯護律師，重審舊案， 她也成功的還了爸爸永谷清白，雖然，永谷已經到天上做天使了。 其實這部片子的疑點很多，有沒有強姦，驗屍就知道了 但我想，大概是因為片中提到死掉的女孩是警政署長的女兒，因此他們破案壓力很大 被限制要在一週內破案，正好永谷在場，那麼索性讓他成為代罪羔羊。 而且在很多國家，智能障礙人士幾乎是會被判無罪的。 另一方面，我想警政署長一定知道永谷並沒有強姦且殺害他的女兒 但為什麼還要威脅永谷認罪？我猜大概是想要藉此來發洩他喪女的心痛吧。 這也顯現了社會階級或者司法不公的問題。 另外，牢房的大家以及典獄長也是這部片一個很大的要點， 從排斥，到接受，從接受，到相信。 永谷雖然只有六歲的智商，雖然他是智能障礙人士 可是他有一顆愛著女兒的心，一顆願意為他人冒險的心 這一顆顆的心都是真心，這樣的愛，並不會因為他不能正常思考就減半。 不擅於寫心得，但推薦給大家，是一部有笑有淚的電影(笑32%，淚68%) 我自己是出來之後秒速進廁所補妝XD， 叮囑大家要去看一定要準備衛生紙，我就是因為忘了朋友的再三叮囑， 才整個外套袖口濕一片。 大家可以先找預告片看一下，我現在聽到某段配樂還是很鼻酸。 以上，不知道有沒有人會看到這裡XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.95.226

法籍藝術家法比恩‧樂韓個展「90度_45度_行動」，路過行人可透過鏡面行動小屋，自由體驗與建築的對話。

「90度_45度_行動」展覽今天正式開幕，台北當代藝術館外的廣場放置了一棟鏡面行動小屋，為法國藝術家法比恩‧樂韓設計作品，即日起至10月6日，供民眾自由參觀，體驗與建築的互動。

法比恩活躍巴黎藝壇多年，主要從事觀念藝術創作，對應不同環境與文化，隨著參與民眾的不同互動過程傳達概念。

展出作品「90度_45度_行動」，利用鏡面覆蓋於鋼架結構的移動式建築，法比恩希望透過這次展覽，與台灣民眾分享他的感官經驗。

敘利亞陷入戰火，在外傳美國可能對敘利亞出兵之際，菲律賓外交部已派遣高層外交官員前往敘利亞，加速撤僑作業。

菲律賓目前約有3000多名僑民在敘利亞生活或工作，菲律賓外交部發言人耶南德茲（Raul Hernandez）今天下午宣布，外交部次長塞吉斯（Rafael Seguis）已於27日前往敘利亞，尋求敘利亞政府支持菲國撤僑行動。

耶南德茲說，外交部也派遣1支緊急應變小組支援塞吉斯，菲律賓將勸說更多菲僑儘快離開敘利亞。

白宮官員今天暗示，美國有可能單獨採取行動攻擊敘利亞，以懲罰敘利亞政府上週疑似使用化學武器，導致大批平民喪生。

耶南德茲表示，菲律賓早在2011年啟動敘利亞撤僑計劃，迄今已平安帶回4553名菲律賓人，本週已有近60名敘利亞菲僑返抵馬尼拉。

【綜合報導】南迴鐵路因土石流造成自強號出軌而中斷，在工程人員不眠不休搶通下，今天凌晨三點多，將最後底盤嚴重扭曲的兩節車廂（第4、5節）成功拉上軌道拖出，待第二隧道口的淤泥清除完畢，台鐵還會以普快車進行測試，最快將在下午通車。

據《壹電視》報導，由於第二隧道口還有淤泥及土石堆，目前怪手正加緊清除中，同時台鐵也擔心軌道有問題，派出了維修台車檢試軌道，待土石清除後，台鐵還會以普快車進行測試，預計最快將在下午通車。

【陳穎╱綜合報導】33歲韓國男星李尚允，大學念了13年，終於畢業了！他13 年前就考上首爾大學物理系，為了衝刺演藝工作反覆休學又復學，直到上周才順利領到畢業證書。李尚允說：「心裡的大石頭終於放下了，現在是百分之百的輕鬆，太開心了！」網友虧他：「都已經33歲才畢業，同學都小他至少10歲，上課時應該很害羞。」也有網友說：「要拍戲又要讀書很辛苦，恭喜畢業！」

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】台股上周五大漲104.23點，以8021.89點作收，成功收復8000關卡。大慶證券表示，台股連續三日收紅留下2個向上跳空缺口，這是8月指數拉回以來最強的反彈走勢，雖然在量能上並未達到900億以上攻擊量標準，但在價的表現上短線多方已展現決心攻上季線。
 
大慶證券指出，除敘利亞局勢外，市場開始擔憂9月的FED會議對QE結論，以及美國的國債上限等，在本周仍可能影響歐美股市多方表現，所以歐美股市本週維持整理格局機率仍大，至於新興市場仍需觀察印度、印尼以及其他東協國家是否反彈後再跌，而美元、油價也為重要觀察指標。
 
大慶證券也指出，台股8月營收將開始公佈，以電子股來看，由於中國十一長假拉貨潮啟動，加上蘋果9/10日發表手機等產品，以及9/6日起的德國柏林消費電子展，預估在消費品相關的零組件、代工的個股8月營收將較具成長動能，以次產業來看，蘋果、智慧手機、網通、NB等相關供應鏈有題材表現，也是盤面重要主流股，而中概通路以及政策作多的生技甚至金融也是觀察焦點，在操作上，建議把握主流逢低佈局。

由於醫生擔心風險太太拒絕替他開刀，加上也沒有保險公司願意負擔他的手術費用，賴瑞遲遲未能動手術，直到27日加州貝克斯菲爾德紀念醫院的菲普迪夫醫生，願意替他開刀切除腫瘤。

醫生表示這個巨大腫瘤是由於硬化脂肪和感染的毛囊所造成，但腫瘤是由什麼組成還無法完全確認，手術將分三次進行，27日進行的第一次手術，切除了32磅，約14.5公斤的腫瘤，接下來2次手術將在3周內完成，預估3到4個月可完全復原。
