【賴又嘉／台北報導】土耳其淫郎王凱傑因涉猥褻、性侵2名台灣女子，今遭台北地檢署起訴，王凱傑委任律師回應，將待收到起訴書後，再與王凱傑討論如何回應。
 
王凱傑日前遭1名女大生指控，透過手機通訊軟體「SKOUT」認識王凱傑後，王約她出去，再假借回家餵兔子為由，帶她回住處性侵。王的惡行曝光後，又1名剛滿16歲的女高中生出面指控，遭王凱傑在車上猥褻，後來又被拐騙到王的住處，慘遭性侵。

我在翻閱國外雜誌，一頁香港政府的廣告吸引了我的注意。

「假如你是一位懷抱願景想要改變世界的創業家，請報名2013香港新創事業培訓課程，加入全世界最有潛力的創業之都。」

「因為香港有自由經濟，多重融資選擇和龐大腹地，聰明的創業家都會選擇這裡。」

有沒有搞錯？我嘆了一口氣，把香港描述成亞洲創業之都？無可否認，香港有它的門戶（gateway）優勢，也是亞洲金融中心，但提到香港，你會聯想到李嘉誠和匯豐銀行，而不會想到新創小企業。

香港政府正在做和紐約市長彭博（Bloomberg）類似的事情：積極往金融以外的其它方向轉型。彭博為了打造紐約成為「科技之都」，邀請著名的康乃爾（Cornell）大學在紐約成立一個科技分校（Cornell Tech），非常有創意。但香港至今尚未提出什麼有建設性的轉型之道。

值得注意的是，台灣人在全球創新創業潮流中會不會有什麼機會？你可以笑香港，但全世界認識香港的人肯定比台灣要多。

最近類似國外Kickstarter「群眾募資平台」（Crowd Funding）的機制引進台灣，掀起風潮，也讓大家見識到台灣創意的潛力，以及支持創業的能量。

仿效外國Color Run的「太白粉路跑」，結合台灣群眾募資平台Flying V，在短短100小時內募集了650萬元台幣，打破之前350萬元最高紀錄。
