【吳家翔／台北報導】憲法133實踐聯盟公布第一波罷免名單，吳育昇立委列為首位，行政院前院長謝長廷今表示，這區結構保守，罷免難度不小，但要落實《憲法》主權在民的精神，就不能失敗，他呼籲「頭家們要加油」。

民進黨發言人林俊憲表示，這是公民團體發起的民意展現，人民對只有馬意沒有民意的立委忍無可忍，民進黨會全力支持罷免行動，並與聯盟接觸，也會開始籌劃相關工作，民進黨中央同時也會與地方黨部會商相關事宜。

【綜合報導】敘利亞首都大馬士革郊區上週傳出發生可怕化武攻擊，造成多達1300人喪生。美法周日同時發表聲明指出，敘利亞政府軍幾乎毫無疑問，曾使用化學武器攻擊平民。

法國總統府發表聲明表示，種種跡象顯示與大馬士革策動上周化學武器襲擊的結論一致，法國總統歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）譴責敍利亞政府使用化武，法國將和美國保持密切聯繫，以討論因應對策。

美國情報機構也表示已向白宮提出評估報告，認為敘利亞部隊曾對平民使用化學武器，美國總統歐巴馬將會根據情報決定如何回應此事。官員表示，情報機構這項評估根據的是「報導中的罹難者人數、報導中的死傷者症狀和目擊者的說法」。

聯合國則發布聲明表示，秘書長潘基文「已指示目前在大馬士革的代表團，把注意力集中在查明化武攻擊事件的真相，將此列為最高優先」。聯合國將派出化武專家，26日開始調查敘利亞一處據稱發生化武攻擊事件的地點。

標題[心得] 買了s4 s600 半天使用心得

因為自己的arc s在美國這裡沒辦法用3g全速跑 t-mobile 最後只好忍痛換新手機 原本想買sony zr可是tmobile at%T門市都還沒有 連xperia z也才剛上市....這是錯誤的第一步(買空機千萬不要在門市買 照官方價格賣) 最後在s4 newone裡選了s4...價格加稅要700美金(看看台灣的價格) 幹的是沒有附記憶卡 回宿舍後還發現盒子裡沒有充電器跟usb線 有沒有在美國生活的可以告訴我這是常態嗎? 我現在也懶得回去要了用arc的先頂者 ---------------------------------------------------------------- 說說使用心得 首先手機版本是4.2.2 他X的桌面會頓 開網頁回桌面有時候也會頓一下 不過我個人要求不高 我的需求是螢幕大 可換電池 省電 用來看pps 但是如果是要求很高的要很順的這隻可以跳過了 說說溫度 我上網 開導航都只是溫溫的 還沒試過連續錄影 但是用arcs充電器充電時 真他媽的有夠慢 而且邊充邊玩有時候會掉電量....但是充電時完全不燙很神奇比我充arc s還要冰 現在考慮去買原廠三星電池加獨立充電座 不然實在充太慢了amazon賣組合約一千多台幣而已 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 98.216.9.14

林姓工人今天搭乘火車從花蓮北上，途中口袋中掉出槍枝，當時鄰座的海巡署隊員蘇正志趁機將他制伏，移送法辦。

海巡署海洋巡防總局偵緝隊隊員蘇正志說，清晨搭乘火車從花蓮北上，鄰座男子滿身酒味、神情恍惚；火車出發後不久，發現這名男子的口袋中掉出1把槍枝，男子當時為避免他人注意，刻意用雙腳遮掩。

蘇正志說，當時早已注意到男子舉動，經過約10多分鐘後，當男子準備拾起槍枝時，立即制伏這名男子，並通報火車列車長；列車隨後停靠在羅東火車站時，男子隨即被押解到海巡署蘇澳海巡隊，並由海洋巡防總局偵訊。

海洋巡防總局初步調查，32歲的林姓男子在花蓮打工，下午依違反「槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例」將全案移送宜蘭地檢署偵辦。

蘇正志在火車上機警的表現，有民眾以影音拍到部分過程，並放在臉書上與友人分享；網友盛讚蘇是「海巡英雄」。

林姓工人筆錄表示，昨晚與友人在花蓮喝酒後，今天凌晨3時在地上拾到這把手槍，當時他除了害怕之外，也不知到底是不是真槍，也沒有送交警方處理，只是計劃在搭乘火車之後，在宜蘭丟棄；但在他還沒處理好之前，就被移送法辦。
