【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市政府針對轄內32處捷運站進行周邊交通大整頓，今年上半年結果出爐，其中「取締汽機車違規」項目中，出人意料的竟是「竹圍站」開單數最多，以2148件位居第1，平均1天可開12張罰單，遙遙領先2、3名的板橋與亞東醫院站，警察局分析，淡水竹圍離台北市近，當地新建案多且陸續交屋，大量移入人口導致停車空間縮減所致，呼籲民眾勿存僥倖心態。

兄弟倆的頸間莊嚴地繫上紅緞帶
便五百里加急的匆匆上路
而自春徂夏，秋復經冬
高大鏞的奏摺已經歸檔
隱約聽聞大清帝國也謝幕了
那也別輕說這200年的凝望
是一場壯美的等待
且瞅瞅一身精鋼已然成鐵
鐵將成灰……

北關北通三貂角，南連烏石港，昔為進出蘭陽平原門戶。清嘉慶年間，宜蘭通判高大鏞奏請於此設立駐兵關卡，以防海盜進入宜蘭。

今北關公園內遺古炮二尊，據傳為200餘年前鑄，後所砌展示用炮台亦見灰敗。2013 年璁日復為登臨，古炮寂寞向海，寥落如此，沉吟久之。 @*

【綜合報導】已經獲得俄羅斯一年政治庇護的美國中情局「叛諜」史諾登(Edward Snowden)，今天(26日)遭到俄羅斯當地報紙《The Kommersant》引述他身邊相關人士說法，原來6月底史諾登仍滯留香港期間，一度是藏身在俄羅斯駐香港總領事館內，還在領事館內慶祝30歲生日。

當時史諾登的身分極其敏感，並未取得任何國家的政治庇護，消息也指出，當時俄羅斯官方可能就已經邀請史諾登避走俄國。
