濟南中院發言人劉延杰今天表示，法庭上午審理薄熙來涉嫌濫用職權案時，檢方持續出示谷開來、王立軍等人證詞及涉案款項等多項證據；但薄熙來仍否認自己有罪。

劉延杰指出，上午的庭審中，法庭除繼續調查薄熙濫用職權的事實外，並對本案案發及涉案款項、物品的扣押凍結情況進行調查。

他說，檢察官在上午庭審中，當庭出示薄妻谷開來及王立軍、吳文康、郭維國等人的證詞，以及谷開來案、王立軍案的判決書，還有王立軍被免去重慶市公安局長、王鵬飛被以誣告陷害罪立案調查的相關資料等書面證據。

此外，檢方出示的證據還包括薄熙來的供述及供詞，以及有關單位出具的全案案發經過說明、涉案款項及物品扣押凍結手續等。

劉延杰說，檢方與薄熙來仍對上述證據「發表質證意見」。

薄熙來案今天進入第4天審理，濟南中院上午只庭訊2個半小時便宣布明天再審，引起媒體譁然。但濟南中院並未對今天的審理只進行半天就休庭作說明。
