政府停止標售500坪以上及台北市精華區的國有土地。但台聯立委許忠信今天指出，政府透過國有土地招標設定地上權等措施，「換個名稱賣祖產」。他指出，國有土地設定地上權的權利金收入連年暴增，2009年僅7022萬元，但去年就飆升至27億6064萬元，今年光是1至7月就超過25億多元，加上設定年限可能長達50年到70年，幾乎等同是「附年限的出售國土」。

財政部國有財產署副署長邊子樹表示，因500坪以上的大面積國有閒置土地依法不能出售，為了活化、避免閒置，才採設定地上權、與地方政府合作開發、標租、委託經營等方式活化；又因設定地上權效益最高，有權利金收入，每年還可收租金，這是不出售土地前提下最有效益的使用方式。

新竹縣「客家之歌~義薄雲天」晚會今天吸引近萬人湧入縣體育館，有戴佩妮、柯有倫等年輕歌手，及歌手羅時豐、美聲小哥費玉清的壓軸演出，表演熱鬧，還有觀眾離席時大喊「安可」，全場嗨翻天。

現場由九天民俗技藝團帶來氣勢磅礡的演出開場，鼓聲震耳，夾雜著吶喊聲，吸引全場目光。緊接著，也是新竹人的柯有倫高歌膾炙人口的歌曲「陣頭」，台下觀眾人手一支螢光棒，隨著音樂搖擺呼喊，場面相當熱絡。

【綜合報導】美國鹽湖城昨日逮捕2名男子，這2名男子涉嫌偷取自動販賣機裡的硬幣，不過這2名男子用強力吸塵器把硬幣吸出，讓警方不斷驚呼「太強了」。

警方表示，這2名竊賊分別為53歲的賀寶格(Todd Herburg)，以及55歲洛克(Scott Luker)。警方指出，通常竊賊都會用鐵條等工具把自動販賣機撬開，然後偷取錢幣，但這2人卻利用在清理賣場的超強吸塵器，企圖把機器內的錢幣吸出來。

警方還說，賀寶格和洛克的計畫相當周全，做案時間約12分鐘，也真的吸出不少錢幣，但隨後被巡邏員警發現，將2人逮捕。警方目前還未清點詳細的金額數字，但初估販賣機內僅有總價30美元(約新台幣900元)的硬幣。

十多萬人今天前來美國華府參加遊行，紀念民權運動領袖金恩博士發表「我有一個夢」演說50週年，並大聲疾呼對就業、投票權和槍枝暴力等問題採取實際行動。

晴朗的天空下，多數是非裔美國人的群眾從國家廣場（National Mall）的林肯紀念堂（Lincoln Memorial）出發，途中停留金恩紀念中心（Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial），接著前往華盛頓紀念碑（Washington Monument）。

群眾將映景明湖（Reflecting Pool）旁擠得水洩不通，聆聽輪番上陣的演講者從林肯紀念堂白色大理石階梯上發表的演說，過程中不時可聽到歡呼聲。

金恩（Martin Luther King Jr.）長子金恩3世（Martin Luther King III），也在50年前父親發表美國史上最偉大演說的地點發表談話。

金恩3世說：「50年前，我父親坐在這個神聖的地點，聖靈透過他講話。」「現在不是為了懷舊...任務還沒完，旅途還沒結束。我們可以、也必須有更多作為。」

發起「全國實現夢想行動」（National Action to Realize the Dream）遊行的民權領袖夏普頓（Al Sharpton），也與其他演講者一起，向金恩等民權人士過去50年爭取到的進步致敬：「金恩50年前就看到歐巴馬有可能出現。這個世界是由夢想家組成，他們的夢改變了現狀。我們要做的，就是讓我們的年輕人再度作夢。」

1963年8月28日，多達25萬人參加「朝華府進軍」（The March on Washington）遊行，他們在酷熱的天氣中齊聚國家廣場，譴責種族隔離政策，要求平權。美國司法部長霍德（Eric Holder）今天呼應金恩3世，向當年的遊行群眾致敬：「他們的遊行現在是我們的遊行，必須繼續下去。」

主辦單位先前預期今天將有多達15萬人參加遊行，不過目前尚未發布確切人數。

「朝華府進軍」遊行最為人津津樂道的，就是金恩博士激勵人心，要求消除不平等與偏見的演說。當年的演說透過電視現場直播。

今天的遊行除向金恩致敬，也凸顯許多全新訴求，包括所得不均、投票權、移民改革及街頭暴力等等。
