之前只讓 Apple 開發者帳號用戶使用的「 iWork for iCloud Beta 」，昨天開放讓擁有 Apple ID 的所有用戶都可以免費參與測試了！也就是現在你只要打開瀏覽器進入 Apple iCloud 網站（參考：Apple iCloud 網頁版正式補完雲端待辦事項、備忘錄工具），用你的 Apple ID 登入，就能線上編輯 Mac Office 的雲端版文書系統，也支援微軟 Office 文件格式的編輯。

「 iWork for iCloud Beta 」包含 Pages（文件）、 Numbers（試算表）、 Keynote（簡報）三種文書系統，你可以線上新增檔案進行編輯，使用的是 Mac Office 的原生格式。但是你也可以從電腦硬碟把微軟 Office 的檔案上傳，「 iWork for iCloud Beta 」一樣可以瀏覽與修改。

並且「 iWork for iCloud Beta 」新增的文件理論上可以透過 iCloud 同步到你的 Mac 電腦、 iOS 裝置上的 iWork。不過，我自己測試時，發現文件本身有同步，但是卻沒有顯示在我 iPad 上的 Keynote 中。

進入 iCloud，就能看到新增的 iWork 工具，點擊後就能線上編輯文件、試算表與簡報，不過目前編輯工具只有英文版。

而且瀏覽器上對 Firefox 沒有完整支援，並需使用新版 Safari、 Google Chrome 或 IE。

「 iWork for iCloud Beta 」本身介面很簡潔，但對一般文書處理工作來說已經可以滿足需求了。

而且確實可以在瀏覽器內打開編輯，編輯後的文件直接儲存在雲端，並且透過 iCloud 同步，目前也都開放免費使用。

只是就像我一開始說的，雖然我的 iCloud 上有同步記錄，但是我在 iPad 上的 iWork 卻沒有看到同步過來的文件，可能還有些測試版的 BUG。

最棒的是，「 iWork for iCloud Beta 」也支援編輯微軟 Office 文件，例如我只要把 PPT 檔案拖曳到「 iWork for iCloud Beta 」畫面中，就能上傳編輯。

而且對於一般的 PPT 簡報，可以說是完美支援內容的修改與簡報播放。

從我比較熟悉的 Keynote 來看，「 iWork for iCloud Beta 」的雲端簡報工具箱對於我常用的 iPad 版 Keynote 來說，功能是比較簡陋的，例如沒有看到動畫編輯的相關工具（參考：Keynote iPad iPhone App 教學，微軟 PPT 簡報編輯播放）。

暫居全聯盟防禦王的Clayton Kershaw，面對馬林魚繳出8局0失分，打擊也有1安、1打點演出，加上隊友適時掌握得分機會，終場道奇以6比0完封馬林魚，拿下3連勝。

「前幾個半局我投得很糟，真的不知道怎麼說，很有可能讓比賽變成不一樣的結果。」Kershaw前2個半局，面對首名打者不是保送、就是被敲安，但整體來看，Kershaw仍表現優異，主投8局，被敲出5支安打，3保送、6三振，沒有丟掉任何分數。

第9局接替上場的大鬍子Brian Wilson，1局投球中僅被Greg Dobbs敲出安打，另外還送出2次三振，沒有失分，最快球速為93.5英哩(約149公里)。

「這真的是期待已久，非常艱鉅的過程，但我很高興我克服了，所以我更加珍惜棒球，感覺很不錯，就好像我沒錯過任何比賽一樣。」大鬍子去年接受韌帶置換手術，這場比賽是Wilson自2012年4月12日之後，首度回到投手丘投球。

道奇投手群聯合封鎖馬林魚打者，打線方面也給予火力支援，4局上，Kershaw在得點圈有人時敲安，送回Yasiel Puig，接著Carl Crawford補上二壘長打，將領先擴大為3比0。

（中央社記者李晉緯台北22日電）台灣師大今天在佛光盃靠潘姿吟緊盯對手主力控衛外山優子，加上決勝時期一波強勢進攻，終場以66比62驚險擊敗日本山形。

2013年佛光盃大學女子籃球邀請賽今天繼續在高雄巨蛋舉行，台灣師大今天對上強敵日本山形大學。

山形的主力控球後衛外山優子前一戰以15投14中的超高命中率，狂砍30分，今天面對台灣師大潘姿吟的防守雖獲17分，但破壞力已被降到最低。

台師大總教練梁嘉音說，台師大有高度優勢，賽前就授意前鋒低位單打，大家有做到，防守上除了團隊協防外，成功守住山形的靈魂人物外山優子，也是獲勝關鍵。

台師大今天發揮高度優勢，其中劉希曄飆進19分，同時也抓下8個籃板，並送出3次助攻、吳盈潔攻下14分，並抓下6個籃板，而死守外山優子的潘姿吟也拿10分，並送出3次助攻。

劉希曄說，自己狀況調得不錯，今天也充分運用高度優勢打點，打得還算不錯。

由桃園縣政府文化局及桃園縣政府藝文設施管理中心主辦的「桃設-2013桃園產學設計展」，展覽時間即日起至9月4日（周三），每天上午9時至下午5時，在桃園展演中心一樓展場舉辦。

展區規畫為「桃園設計學系作品展區」、「桃園觀光工廠展區」及「設計競賽得獎展區」等三區。最值得一提的是本次展覽特別舉辦「2013桃園產學設計競賽」，在展前即向全國設計科系學生廣發英雄帖，分為「商品文創類」、「產品包裝類」與「微電影行銷類」三類徵件，總計共有270件作品參與競賽！這不僅是一場創意設計與產業文化的對話，更提供設計作品與產業之間互動交流的平台。

在「桃園設計學系作品展區」，由參展的桃園6所大專院校設計學系提供優秀設計作品，展現設計生力軍無窮的創作力與生命力。如「中原大學建築系」展出作品「生活線-南崁公共生活新串聯」，呈現南崁地區近30年來快速蛻變與發展的觀察與省思。縣內9家觀光工廠組成的「觀光工廠展區」展現台灣傳統產業精益求精與實踐創意的精神，如「太平洋自行車博物館」架設的自行車體驗走道，讓民眾感受行動文化，「義美生產生態生活廠區」展出與國立故宮博物院共同開發的文創餅盒，展現觀光工廠致力於傳統產業精緻化的企圖心。

展覽期間每個週六及週日，更舉辦假日設計講堂及工作坊，讓大朋友與小朋友都能品設計、玩創意。

大陸自今年(2013年)以來，全國共有22個地區調整最低工資標準，平均增長18.4%。目前，大陸全國月最低工資標準最高的是上海的1620元(以人民幣計價，以下同)，小時最低工資標準最高的是北京和新疆的15.2元。大陸人社部透露了這一消息。

根據京華時報報導，大陸人社部門今年全力保障農民工工資支付，僅上半年全國就補發被拖欠的農民工工資等待遇145.3億元。同期，勞動保障監察機構查處的勞動保障違法案件中，有62.5%的案件涉及工資支付問題，同比增長27.5%。勞動人事爭議仲裁機構立案受理的勞動報酬類案件，佔立案總數的33.6%，同比增長1.6%﹔勞務派遣類案件佔3.3%，同比增長25.4%。

據預測，下半年，大陸經濟發展環境更加錯綜復雜，經濟增長下行壓力進一步增大，部分企業生產經營困難可能加劇。加上調整經濟結構、化解過剩產能等影響，預計部分企業規模裁員、拖欠工資等問題將會增多，職工增加工資的要求與企業加薪能力下降的矛盾更加突出。

隨著大陸城鎮化的推進，農民工數量不斷增長。上半年，全國外出農民工為17111萬人，同比增長2.7%。穩定和擴大農民工的就業，推動農民工享受城鎮基本公共服務，加強農民工綜合服務平台建設，有序推進農業轉移人口市民化，將是農民工工作的重點。

標題[請問] Adobe acrobat新增文字註釋跟新增文字

《陸企》鳳凰傳媒H1獲利增近9%；進軍手遊領域

大陸鳳凰傳媒(601928.SH)今(22)日公告，擬以3.1億元(人民幣,下同)收購上海慕和網絡科技有限公司64%股權，正式進軍遊戲領域。同時，鳳凰傳媒還發布了半年報，上半年實現營業收入36.64億元，年增9.17%；淨利潤5.23億元，年增8.74%。在半年報中，鳳凰傳媒表示，手機遊戲、網路遊戲已進入實質性推進階段。

根據公告內容，鳳凰傳媒擬對下屬子公司鳳凰數字傳媒增資3.2億元，由該子公司出資3.1億元認購慕和網絡新增註冊資本355.56萬元，進而持有慕和網絡64%股權成為控股股東。而在增資交易完成後，慕和網絡CEO吳波所持有的股份將被稀釋為36%。

慕和網絡為成立於2011年的一家手遊產業的公司。財務數據顯示，2012年，慕和網絡實現營業收入6,822.6萬元，淨利潤695.06萬元；今年1至5月實現營業收入6,932.6萬元，淨利潤2,300.76萬元。據瞭解，慕和網絡已有多款產品打進世界排行榜TOP 50。

據瞭解，鳳凰傳媒所收購的並非慕和網絡公司本身，而是已裝入IFREE(香港)、IFREE(韓國)、北京盛娛的資產和業務後的慕和網絡。未來，將以慕和網絡為研發主體，香港、韓國公司為運營主體，共同展開網路遊戲等業務，構成完整的業務拓展循環。

大隊接力的問題 急~~~

*大隊接力最後一棒到終點是看 " 頭 " 還是 " 接力棒 " 呢?
恩...怎麼說??
腳先到.棒子先到都算
舌頭也行啊!!夠長的話((開玩笑的^^
*大隊接力不能穿釘鞋，請問大家都穿什麼鞋呢?
一般跑步鞋就行了喔!!
但可能有些人習慣or練習時都穿其他鞋款,所以不是穿跑步鞋
這其實是看個人,舒服,順腳就好!!
*大隊接力不能穿釘鞋，如果鞋底有突出的顆粒底可以穿著嗎?
這是可以的!!我的鞋也這樣
這樣比較抓地!!
*大隊接力有需要穿比賽用的緊身衣褲嗎?穿了會比較快嗎?
如果學校沒規定要穿運動服的話,要怎麼穿都可以!!
不過自體本身不能感到不舒服,這才是最重要的
有些人認為寬鬆的褲子會增加阻力
不過其實沒那麼糟!!畢竟是軟的材質,跑步時會往後飄的
((除非你穿丹寧的那種材質
*大隊接力前兩個月，可以做什麼呢? 每天約有1~3個小時可以利用
共同：
1.步伐跨大、手加速擺動
2.接力棒拿穩
3.掉棒時處理
4.如何超越他班
5.除第1、2棒外，均靠第一跑道
6.外套配件請人拿
7.無聲之傳接棒練習
接棒：
1.自動往第一跑道靠（含落後）－跑第一跑道
2.預備姿勢（稍半蹲、轉頭向後看）
3.聞「跑」口令－始轉頭全力衝刺－手成接棒姿勢（稍舉高不晃動不舉高）－「接」口令
4.勿忘接力棒換手
5.非常嘈雜時，自訂助跑距離
交棒：
1.鎖定接棒目標
2.確定助跑距離
3.喊口令（跑－接）
4.非常嘈雜時，聲音要宏亮
5.勿怕撞到接棒者而減速
6.勿怕接不到棒，而無助跑距離
7.交棒後，順接棒者身後跑，伺機轉邊

練習模式：
一開始當然是做完一套完整的暖身操不要讓身體受傷
再來就是慢跑個四百公尺 讓身體的肌肉做好準備
然後大家排成一列開始跑步
最後一個往前追到第一個
這樣差不多跑完一輪就可以

我滿建議訓練小碎步的
因為這對換步的速度很重要
當然一次跨數格樓梯也對增大腳步距離有不少幫助

補充幾個小技巧
搶跑道在彎道的時候再搶
跑彎道的時候 內側的手勢小一點.外側的手勢就稍微大一點,身體往內圈斜45度
這樣會使腳步更為順暢 也不會因為跑彎道減速

【蕭文康／台北報導】網路平台共享使侵權事件屢見不鮮，YouTube推內容識別系統，版權擁有者僅需向YouTube提供原創影音的參考檔案，就會針對全球所有上傳到的影音進行自動掃描，Google（谷歌）台灣董事總經理簡立峰指出，該系統不僅可為台灣打造健全的文創環境，也可鼓勵創作者產出更多優秀在地影音內容。
 
YouTube內容識別系統只要比對出任何符合的聲音和影像內容，便會立刻通知版權擁有者，根據他們之前所做的設定「封鎖」、「追蹤」或「獲利」其中之一的方式進行處理，即使是非常細微的片段、品質不佳的影音內容，YouTube內容識別系統都可一一辨別。

簡立峰表示，全球每月有10億名使用者造訪YouTube，而且他們每月在YouTube上觀看影片的總長度超過60億小時，可見YouTube已成為影音創作者向全球發聲的重要管道，為了保障這些優秀創作者的權益，YouTube內容識別系統，不但為台灣打造出一個健全的文創環境，鼓勵創作者產出更多優秀的在地影音內容，更可以幫助他們透過全新型態的行銷模式宣傳、獲利。

我的note2的android版本是4.1.2
因為網路上的影片有些都不能看
我看網友都說要下載adobe flash player
可是我都不能下載所以的方式我都試過了
像先下載到電腦然後再丟到手機SD卡的方式我也試過了
可是都放不進去

我還有看到網友說如果沒辦法下載的話
可以去三星APPS的地方下載類似flash的app
可是我打了也找不到 不知道他的關鍵字是什麼
希望各位網友可以幫助我

【李姿慧／台北報導】耗資606億元造價的國1五楊高架通車才4個多月就裂開，新北市土木技師公會理事長余烈昨夜看到照片後直言是趕工偷工減料，施工底層爛泥土沒清乾淨就回填，且回填土壓實也不確實，根本是用國道昂貴的造價做出鄉下道路的品質，必須整個挖掉重新回填，下雨和地下水是推託之詞。

台大地質系教授劉聰桂表示，工程設計本來就要考量地下水因素，台灣並不是只有今天才有這麼大的雨，說雨量超過預期和設計說法似是而非，新國道會出現裂縫只有二個原因，包括是先沒有做好地下水資料蒐集，或偷工減料，應從這二方向去調查補強。

您賣黃金.舊金.金飾等還要被扣重..扣耗損嗎?? 扣重扣多少....根本沒有一定的標準~
1.一般扣重扣多少?不是您可以決定的划算嗎??扣重扣耗耗損扣多少.全台灣根本沒有一定的標準.說多少就多少~
2.有些還會偷扣.假設您的是5兩.秤完卻跟您說您的是4.5兩~(其實已經被扣0.10%扣完了)0.5兩等於約被扣15000元
3.用火燒過的金飾.在一堆金飾裡面本來就會有顏色較黃.或較淡的成色高低都會不一樣..
4.用火燒過有些會變黑是因為焊藥(焊藥成色約8成或7成)
5.賣黃金千萬不要...被影印身分證件..或印指紋...
相信每個網友都跟我一樣.都不希望自己賣黃金.被扣重
以下假設算法及差額~ 扣0.05%
假設~收購6000元金重9兩((90錢))的算法..就好~
((不扣重的算法))9兩((90錢))X6000=540000元
----------------
((扣重的算法))有些甚至還扣更多喔
9兩((90錢))X0.95=85.5錢X6000金價=513000元
扣更多的話~~就差更多...
-----------------
540000-513000=27000元
兩者相差約~~27000元
也就是說.沒被扣重...9兩就差了約..2萬7千元 (也就是最少被扣約..2萬7千多元..)

葉君璋是我第一個認識的台灣捕手(03年亞錦) 04年開始看中職，成為牛迷後最喜歡的野手就是無敵鐵金剛-葉君璋 雖然說他的打擊和阻殺真的蠻悲劇的 可是迷人的領袖氣質，受訪時流暢的談吐、精準到位的配球功力 給人一種非常睿智的感覺! 而且其實鐵金剛長的有點帥(應該不是只有我這樣認為吧0.0) 2011年年底還很猛的受聘於印地安人小聯盟體系當教練 到現在都完全沒有他的消息，不知道他近況如何了? 只知道他一開始是在新人聯盟擔任教練，不知道是什麼樣的教練勒 有八卦嗎? 私心希望聯盟以後能重金禮聘他回來 當球隊總教練也好，國家培訓隊教練也好 提升一下台灣棒球教練的水準，不要再讓某些人殺豬公殺爽爽了.. -- 姑息養奸。 http://ppt.cc/6XYN -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.233.202
